In the midst of a snowstorm we find a gem, Looking thru the snowstorm for a hotel we could only see what we could smell, is that a waffle cone or home sweet home. The hotel can wait! What I love most about this location is the friendly service. People are so nice in smaller towns and communities. It's also less busy as well. Service was great, it's actually THE best chain burger I have tasted. Tastes very home made burger. I ordered a banana split and me thinking burger fries and finish off with a usual size (small) banana split but when they brought it over to my table, that was a very well served banana split. This is a typical Braums. The standout part of our visit was the service. The woman behind the counter I believe was a manager, and she did a great job organizing her staff into making sure that our group of seven was taken care of as quickly as possible. The downside was that we had a hard time finding a place to sit because the place needed cleaned so badly. Both of the corner circle booths that would have held us were filthy, so we had to find some room in the middle. Not bad, just not stellar. I've always loved Braums ice cream in general, so I will always choose this over most other places. read more

Braums! This is a favorite weekly meal for my family. We love getting a good burger (or chicken strip sinner) and following it with some delicious ice cream. You really can't beat the chilli burger... an amazing meal. read more

Great fresh produce...best milk money can buy. Burgers and ice-cream are also rather good. Only problem I've had is every single time I've tried to get specialty coffee the machine is broke and I end up paying extra for the regular coffee. You also have to watch out for the brown bags they give when buying from the market items. I've had the handle break several times ending up with broken bottles and spilled milk. read more

A very poor example of Braum's. At 8PM on Friday they were out of ice up front, ketchup, and the floors and tables were dirty. They were not very busy and appeared to have enough staff on hand. The burgers had a tremendous amount of cooked slime on the bun and patty, which I have never seen on a Braum's burger in 17 years of eating at Braum's. The shift manager explained that the slime was from their patty stager which is different than other Braum's and that is the reason for the brown slime. read more

Very good ice cream, although when i asked for the sugar cone instead of the cake cone or a waffle cone, the guy reacted like they considered that the kids' option. I do wish they had more interesting flavors available for the cones - the freezer in the grocery store has more interesting flavors. read more
