I've had it, this place is an absolute nuthouse where they throw in Stillwater's finest idiots to go flip their curly hair into hamburgers while managing to screw up the world's simplest orders. You heard it here folks, I have found a hair in my hamburger 3 out of the 4 times I've eaten here. And why do I keep coming back? Because despite everything Braum's delicious fry sauce and a milkshake is all too tempting. Regardless, this Braum's location needs to get it together because their apparent lack of food safety likely goes far beyond hair in burgers. Every time I have gone here within the past couple months something has been wrong. Shakes weren't mixed all the way, gravy was extremely watery, sundaes are missing entire ingredients, sweet tea tastes like it hasn't been changed in a few days. The experience just isn't worth it. I'm giving this restaurant a one star for these various reasons one: The environment was very uncomfortable made me feel not welcomed. second I got ice cream and while still in the store I took a bite of that ice cream and there was a rock in it I said something in the employee laughed at me look at me up-and-down and laughed again I'm giving us a one star because I can't give it a zero star I do not recommend visiting here. When my family lived in Oklahoma (a long time ago I was like 12 years old), we'd come here once. I'm not even sure if this is the right Braums, but we came here once and tried their icecream. They have and decent selection of dairy-free options in the freezer section (sherbets), and a gluten-free section better than most health food stores! A typical Braums - great products but filthy dirty. We could hardly see through the dirty freezer glass to select our ice cream.

Awful employees no sense of common curtesy. There was another car that had order maybe a minute or two before I got there an so I pull into the drive through an I try to order for more than 5mins in the process of waiting someone within the store had purchased food so I assumed maybe they couldn't hear me so I pull up to the window and the guy who was at the window deliberately walked away after making eye contact with me an another couple employees walk by the window also and finally a female comes to the window and doesn't even have the decency to open the window an at least say hey sorry we closed but instead I get the hand back and forth across her throat signaling that the store was close -April 18th 2018 read more

If i could get by with giving no stars i would. I walked in to order ice cream and i was appalled by the appearance of this "restaurant". It was so filthy that you could not see the ice cream through the glass, there was sticky stuff all over the bar that ran behind us as we stood in line, the floors looked as if they hadn't been touched in months, and the counter where they made our ice cream order had droppings of toppings and other melted ice cream flavors everywhere. I was afraid to touch anything around me, and the worst part was there was a sign that said to keep a lid closed to keep stuff out of the toppings, and you guessed it, it was open and disgusting. I don't know about the other store, but i will never go back to this store until it gets a major cleaning. I couldn't even try the ice cream i was so sick to my stomach just by the appearance of the store. If it is that filthy in their appearance, i can only imagine how sanitary their kitchen is. read more

Food is always pretty good but service is terrible. The staff are always nice but they work incredibly slow. If I was waiting longer for a meal then I wouldn't complain but instead of working with customers they just chit-chat among themselves. But overall, if you're fine waiting a bit longer then the food is worth. read more

It was my first time there and I only tried the ice cream, not the food. I got a cone with two scoops and it was incredibly melty. And it was one of the more cooler days in OK (Not even 90 degrees out). The flavor was okay, nothing special to me, but I encourage others to try it because we all have different tastes. read more
