I also ordered a side of gravy on my chicken tenders and the gravy is excellent and it came out very hot, which is good. Chicken strips they were a fairly good size for kids meal. Fries were hot. Service was quick no one standing in the line. I ordered right away. Got my order within two minutes. The store is clean. My burger was okay but this is the dirtiest Braums I've ever visited. The employee who took my order was dressed in a very dirty shirt and pants, too. The windows are smeared with handprints and have obviously not been cleaned in a long time., the tables and chairs/ benches need to be wiped clean so customers don't have to sit in goo. It pains me to report these issues as Braums has been my favorite fast food place for many years and I don't have a chance to eat at Braums often. read more

Traveling with my family and went through the drive-through on 12/1 around 3pm. The young man working was so polite and so helpful with my fairly large order of combos and ice creams. I don't get to this location very often but I happened be close to it and was hungry so I stopped in for an ice cream and decided to get a salad also. I was hoping they might have a chicken salad sandwich but they didn't. I ended up getting the strawberry poppyseed chicken salad with grilled chicken on top. It was okay but nothing to brag about. I doubt if the salad dressing is very healthy. I didn't use the whole packet, just enough to give the salad little flavor. The chicken is obviously pre-packaged. It was 90 degrees outside so it was pretty good and got some greens into me. As with the last time I came in here to eat I had difficulty figuring out where the silverware was, finally had to ask someone. I'm sure if I came in all the time I would know but it isn't real visible or obvious to someone unfamiliar with the location. The kids working there were very nice but seemed somewhat clueless. The young man behind the counter was very sweet but didn't seem to understand what I meant when I asked if they had a chicken salad sandwich. I even said you know, where you chop up the chicken and mix it with mayonnaise and stuff? Blank look. He read off the chicken items they had robotically. I just decided to get the salad. I asked for my ice cream to be put on hold until I finished my meal and this time that worked. When he made the ice cream though, he didn't seem real sure of what he was doing. I happened to be watching when he put the whipped cream on and he was barely pushing on the nozzle so a little pencil thin stream of whipped cream was coming out instead of a big poofy glob like you would expect. It still tasted wonderful. I love Braum's Ice Cream. As I get up to leave I noticed an old man sitting a couple booths over who had been sitting there pretty much the whole time I was eating. He was holding receipt like he was waiting for a to-go order but it seemed like he should have gotten it by now. I stopped and said something to him about it seemed like he had been waiting a long time. He was very receptive and said yes and looked at his receipt and said I've been waiting since 7 pm. At this time it was 7:35 p.m. I said let me go ask. I had vaguely been aware that there was a to-go bag sitting on the counter for quite a while and feared it might be his. He mentioned he had ordered two cheeseburgers. I went up and had to wait several minutes for someone to come over and ask me what I wanted. I noticed the girl had a badge that said assistant manager so I said oh good, you're a manager, and told her about the old man that had been waiting so long. She glanced down at the bag and peeked inside it and I told her what he said about it being two cheeseburgers she immediately whisked past me and over to him and came back and while she wasn't unpleasant she seemed to give me a brush off when I tried to say I think you should make him two new ones. I think that was what she was intending to do anyway but she could have been more polite. I've had that happen to me in other restaurants and I don't think it's real forgivable for them to have a bag sitting on a counter for half an hour without trying to figure out who it belongs to. They may have called the number and he may have somehow missed it because being young people they probably rattled it off real fast and I noticed sometimes they called off two numbers in a row so he might have not caught it because he told me he had been sitting there listening the whole time. I was glad I spoke up and said something but it did not speak well for the establishment. read more

Great service. While we were eating a crazy storm started up. This beautiful soul offered the kids bags to cover their heads and brought out their drinks. Such a sweet gesture, if management is reading this, she needs a raise! Also, staff mentioned how the doors need to be fixed as water was getting in, they had an employee in charge of that area and keeping it closed/dry as possible. read more

Overall good tasting food if you consider fast food good. Burger reminds me of a less bad five guys. Fries were good. However the entire place felt very dirty, my shake came covered in grease and chocolate looking stains! NASTY!!! The young man Jadon at the front was not kind and I had to repeat my order 3 times and he still got it wrong and we were over charged. I live in Amarillo so I go to Braum's quite often. I go to both stores, the one on 34th and the one on S. Western St. I've never had a problem with either one nor have I been disappointed. I love the burgers, the specialty salads, and the ice cream has always been right-on for me without any problems. They've never gotten my order wrong yet. I especially like the dairy products, particularly the milk when it's on sale: 2 gallons for $4.00! The milk is always fresh and BGH free from their own private diary herd and not treated with rBGH. These two places are always clean and the staff is always friendly and courteous. Oh yeah, and they are Service Dog friendly too! I give them 5 stars for each store! read more

Huge disappointment! When you are craving an ice sundae and are willing to splurge the calories... DON'T go to Braum's!! Go home with sundaes last night to find a (literally) small 1/4 to maybe 1/2 (really pushing it) "scoops" of ice cream! Total disappointment AND ripe off for the $3.49 paid for each sundae! Luckily had vanilla ice cream in the freezer to make it a sundae and toppings in the refrigerator!! Note to self... should have made my own sundae at home!! Came for ice cream. 1 scoop cone was plenty. Black walnut. The ice cream was as good as 31 flavors, but portion and cone was bigger, for $1.50. Employee said they're limited to 300mi from Oklahoma City, to make sure products are fresh. So in Amarillo, but not in Lubbock. It's really a combination small grocery store and hamberger cafe, with lots more ice cream. read more
