I ordered a cheeseburger and a scoop of butter brickle ice cream. The cheeseburger was nothing to write home about, but it was fine. The ice cream, however, brought back all kinds of childhood memories of eating at Braum's with my grandfather when ai was a kid. I am going to be so honest this was the WORST braums experience of my life. The product was good but the staff don't even get me started. The staff was impolite and didn't care at all. I heard VERY clearly the staff talking bad about customers while i was waiting on my ice cream. If you want ice cream or a burger GO ANYWHERE BUT THIS BRAUMS. If I could give it a 0 out of 5 I would in a HEARTBEAT. It was so gross in there I can't even began to tell you. Old food everywhere and the tables were VERY dirty. I want to start off by saying that I Love Braums. It's a huge part of my childhood so I was super excited to find one in the town I was driving through today. I also want to say that the milkshakes did not disappoint my childhood memories! Absolutely incredible and lived up to my rose colored hype. That is however where the good aspects of this location end. The service is absolutely abominable. The student worker taking my order took at least 10 minutes just to get a simple 4 burger order down and then when he did finally get it in the system had it wrong despite reading it back to me 3 times. Was charged for an additional burger I didn't order and to make matters worse, 2/4 burgers I didn't order came out wrong with incorrect toppings. The food was ok but definitely wasn't made with care. Also, the dine-in area is extremely cramped and seems to have been an afterthought to the store and drive through. You cannot call in a to go order or in other words a pick up order they have a sign that says online pick up. But the online order service is down. And with freezing temps out they close early. If I could give them zero or negative stars I would. read more

waited in the drive through for 50 minutes to get 4 sandwich combos. they handed us 3 drinks and 3 burgers. I asked for the fries with our combos and the additional drink, then realized they shorted us a combo. I asked for the additional sandwich and that I would be happy to pay for it since it was not on the receipt. Brat at the window said "we can't add that here, you will have to go back through the drive through or come inside." Terrible customer service, I will not be back. read more

Love to stop in this local chain when in the area. First discovered it in Oklahoma City a few years ago. Not going to win any culinary awards but for a nice, cheap cone it can't be beat! Some of their seasonal flavors are really good. I look each summer hoping they have brought back the raspberry truffle that was my first taste about 4 years ago but no luck yet. read more

Ordered 2 mix's and 2 sundae's in the drive thru had to wait over fifteen minutes for one of the sundae's. And that's because we went back to the window after they had us pull up. I love the ice cream here but the employees (and there were a lot of them) didn't seem to know what they were doing. When we asked for a sundae with vanilla ice cream, the high school boy scooping said, "the vanilla is really hard to scoop" and then just stood there waiting for us to choose something else. First off, the workers there are so rude and entitled. My boyfriend was ordering food, and before he was done, she cut him off and started repeating the order back to us as if we were done ordering. We go up to the window and there's a worker sitting on the floor. Once we got the food, it all was thrown in a bag, fries upside down and everything. the order was also wrong on top of everything, even though she repeated it back correctly. read more

I usually eat in Amarillo, but if I head through Canyon, this Braum's is my favorite place to stop. Standard menu items, usually very friendly & helpful staff, and clean areas to eat at. If you have not eaten at a Braum's, I would recommend visiting this one. Hopefully they're having a good day, because I realize that these other reviews aren't great. If you have been to Braums this is about the same as others. You come into the market area. They have great ice cream, compatible to Blue Bell. Some flavors I say are better. The milk is cheaper than the supermarkets and is much better tasting. My entire family love the milk. The bread and bacon are also typical buys in the market for us as the quality is better. We love the market. The restaraunt has maybe the best burgers in town. There salads are also very good. The kids love the option of having a shake rather than a drink. They usually do not drink the entire soft drink anyways. We always have had a great experience with the staff. They are friendly and helpful. The place is clean and the food is great. read more

This is a standard Braum's in term of menu. However, the staff has got to be the most rude, incompetent bunch I have ever encountered at a Braum's restaurant. I have gone back numerous times hoping that the last experience was some sort of fluke, but no such luck. I have no hope in this establishment since I have seen their management act just as insolent. If you are in the area and in the mood for a shake, skip McDonald's, skip Sonic (because sonic shakes suck) and come here! The shakes are absolutely amazing and such a good price. The burgers are pretty good as well, fries are average. Overall I continue to go back because I crave their shakes! read more

We stopped at Braums last night for a bite to eat. We entered the store a little after 10 pm. We were greeted with employees that were clearly ticked off that customers came in so late. While waiting to order, I noticed the shake machine that looked like it had not been cleaned all day. Melted ice cream overflowed the machine, the counter and down the front onto the floor. The employees' aprons were covered with yuck. I ordered my meal with a drink and went to get some tea. There was not any out. When I asked if they had any, I was told, "yea, we did but we already dumped it". So, I paid for a drink and ended up having water because I don't drink sodas. The food was not very good (woke up sick and throwing up the next day) and the employees were beyond rude. There were ten other people in the store at the time, so it was not like they were having to work just for me! Disappointing to see a business run like this! read more
