If I could rate zero stars I would. I go in to get my drink, there is no one at the register. I wait a couple of minutes and finally someone comes up. They completely messed up my order. I waited forever to get my drink but at least I got it unlike the poor person who also reviewed this place!! Some woman in the back had the nastiest look on her face, not sure if she's the owner but she was definitely older than the kids working. Looked like she didn't even want to be there! I waited at the inside register for an extended amount of time while the drive-through was taken care of. I was acknowledged. Then other customers came in and jumped the line. The staff allowed this after seeing me stand at the counter for an extended amount of time. Others cut me and the staff jumped to their service. Pretty much horrible customer service. I come here a lot to read and study. While I drink my coffee I get to look out those big windows at the front that lighten the mood of the whole building. This is such a great place to get things done, have conversations with friends, or just relax and read a book. I've done all three lol. I also drink my drinks fast( even if it's hot coffee). I'm able to get a pour over/drip and get a free refill before I go! The staff are the sweetest too. They all talk to you and are good people. I would love to give this coffee shop more stars The decor inside is adorable the waitresses are so sweet BUT the first time we went they were completely out of pastries ( why we went was to relax and try there pastries , quiche , breakfast burrito. But unfortunately we never got to try 2 nd time we went we thought we would just get coffee but unfortunately there air conditioning was out so they were closing. 3rd times a charm we thought we will try there mango / pineapple smoothies and unfortunately they were out of what ever it took to make smoothies so we ended up getting a blended coffee drink but for 7.00 for a small unfortunately I can't afford to drink those everyday.
