This Braum's is in a very convenient location for me and it's fairly consistently clean inside. There is a small grocery section on the right when you first walk and then they have two lines to order from. One is for ice cream treats and the other is for meals and food. We came in for their small twists - it's a chocolate and vanilla frozen yogurt in a small sugar cone and it is only a dollar. This is one of the best values in town and a perfect treat for a hot summer day. There are usually plenty of open tables or booths inside to enjoy your treats. While the food is mostly mediocre at best, they really excel at the frozen treats with their own labeled ice creams and made in house fro-yo. I'd recommend stopping by for an inexpensive treat for the family in a nice quiet location. read more

Terrible customer service. I've eaten at this Braum's more times than I can count over the last two years. Staff always has a bad attitude, and the staff will even talk back over the drive through if you're not careful. There's no actual care put into making the order. If you order "no sauce" on a burger there's a 60% chance it will still have sauce. I thought maybe the Braum's staff had begun recognizing me and that's why I was receiving bad service, but after talking with many other people I've learned it's just the norm here. I really liked their 1/2 pound burger and their fries. As a big man this filled me up fully, I ate this meal at about noon and it kept me full for about 7 hours. The fries are phenomenal when it comes to other fast food restaurants they are crinkle cut fries with a generous amount of salt. I'd also recommend the Ice Cream Sundays but don't get the nuts on top. I recommend that you get them on the side so you can taste them first. We don't have these in California but it was recommended to me to give a try while visiting Oklahoma. This is by far one of the best places I think to get a bacon cheeseburger, with crinkle fries, and milk shake add on for free! You could literally taste that the hamburger meat was seasoned, the bacon was crunchy not rubbery and the milk shake was quality. It's a shame we don't have one of these back home but I loaded up the suitcase with cookies to take back lol! read more

Called Braums to let the manager Donna know that the last 2 times I have ordered from them delivery, they have got my order wrong. The food gets refunded pbut not the $6 in fees. I had been waiting for the chance to go back to Braum's for years. This time was a little bit of a hot mess but totally worth it. I had ordered a chicken club first, wanting crispy chicken to be substituted but still with all the bacon, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. The young lady at the counter was quite confused with this order and asked for clarification a few times. The chicken came out nice and hot but the tomatoes were missing so I had to go back and ask for those (but plenty of bacon though). After I finished my chicken, it was ice cream time. I had wanted a single dipped cine with cookie dough ice cream. Well, there was a little cookie dough left in the bottom but not enough for one scoop. After grilling a side of beef worth of T-bone steaks, our relatives wanted me to try Braum's Ice Cream. Upon arrival on a Friday night they were fairly busy. After a few minutes wait, we began ordering. I ordered a double scoop Sunday consisting of a scoop of peanut butter chocolate and a scoop of cookie dough ice cream. It was topped with hot fudge, marshmallow sauce, whipped cream, peanuts, and a cherry. The Sunday was very good. The ice cream was fresh and the topping were tasty. It's only been a week and I'm having withdrawals already. We need a Braum's in GA. The ice cream is SO CHEAP and delicious! A single scoop is only $1-something and a double is $2. As the name implies, they not only serve ice cream, they also have a dairy store to the side. There's cartons of every ice cream flavor you can think of, along with milk, some fruits and veggies and other things. They also serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner but I was never able to walk past the ice cream to try actual food. The lunch/dinner is like our Dairy Queen with burgers, chicken fingers, salads, etc. If you're too lazy to get out of the car, just go through the drive-thru and they will take care of you! Okay this is my neighborhood Braums and I really love this cute place. Every time I go there I would get a double dip ice cream cone and my fav flavor is pecan pralines. They also have a small diary store and I always buy yogurt and milk sometimes fruit there. You can get those big boxes of ice cream from their freezers but I usually don't because I am afraid if I did I would eat the whole box in one time. Their fast food menu is good for a quick and cheap lunch/dinner. I have tried salad, chicken strips and burgers so far. Salad is very standard but their burgers, the California burger and bacon cheese burger are both good. My only complaint is the inconsistency in their burger. The first time I ordered the bacon cheese burger it had this huge portion of bacon (u can see that from my photo, multiple layers) and the second time only like one or two bacon strips. read more

This is a nice Braum's, but it has been lacking over the past couple months. They've been running out of ice cream flavors rather often. Perhaps they have a new manager that doesn't know how much to order or something. I would think if you run out of popular flavors several hours before close you would pull another carton, but that doesn't seem to be the case here. I've also never had a Braum's mess up my ice cream order except for this location. It's not that hard to remember and properly make a peanut butter shake and a single flavor scoop. Food is good! The service is horrible. I went through drive through sat at the speaker for few minutes no one even said a word to me until I said hello. She then said just order when your ready. So I ordered. Pulled up to the pay window and she said only to me the amount. I never got a hi how are you?, or thank you.
