The employees seems that they are trying to take care of customers, some more than others, but hey, nowadays getting anyone to work face to face gets an A for effort. I normally just go through the drive-thru or run into pickup milk from the grocery area. Tonight I went inside & waited for several milkshakes to be made. It gave me time to look around, and really observe. The staff was hustling, but this store's food area & the bathroom needs a thoroughly serious cleaning!! There's a lot to look at here. They have ice cream as well as a full menu and a grocery store! The place is always busy every time I pass by it. I had a quarter pound cheeseburger with ketchup only and it came out just the way I like it. The burger is okay nothing to write home about but not bad. My husband had a jalapeno gouda burger. He says it's very good. Obviously a precooked and kept warm patty. This made for super fast service our sandwiches were in our hands less than 5 minutes after we ordered them. They have crinkle fries they were well done. They were hot. So good. They have their own dipping sauce it's very peppery while still being sweet. They're sweet tea is fresh brewed. Go for the ice cream or dairy items, skip the blah fast food. Or, go for the small food market attached to Braum's. A grocer/fast food restaurant is a marketing concept I don't understand, but it must work for them. If necessary, you can pick up a head of lettuce, gallon of milk, packaged bacon, or fresh meat along with your burger combo or ice cream cone. This Braums finally made me a picture perfect burger. It was so pretty, I didn't want to eat it! The burger sort of reminds me of a sonic cheeseburger. But only reason why it was better than Sonics was because it's juicier and tastes decent. It had the right amount of meat and wasn't too overwhelming in flavors nor was it too greasy. I had the fries also, not much to rave about since they're just normal fried and salted chopped potatoes. There's Something about those bright pink straws that they give you for their white drink cups, it makes it taste better cause the pink is so vibrant!! I've been coming here for 20 years. My last visit was with family. I don't eat ice cream anymore but the Cherries, Pecans & Cream ice cream is ambrosia. Delicious. Braum's sells everything from hamburger meat and buns to yogurt and cheese to ice cream and sorbet in their grocery section. - 1 star because all Braum's have the nastiest french fries on Earth. Ok so we love their ice cream hands down! There is just something they do right like all the time.. I love their bacon burger as you can't get the taste like their burger anywhere! They seriously just need to master the onion ring world and I'd probably eat there more than I should... This is their new location and I'm so glad it's like right around the corner from the house! This location is great - and newly remodeled as of Spring 2017! I've been a Braums lover since I was a child // my mother always took my family there as a treat! BEST BISCUITS AND GRAVY, a close second to my grandmothers recipe of course, but definitely something that satisfies EVERYTIME - the sausage in the gravy and the amount of pepper flavor is just right! Sometimes the line is long for ice cream inside, but that's because it's so delicious #worthit!! When the line is long we grab items we need from the grocery side (eggs and orange juice are the best from Braums). Wonderful service and a great place the take your family!! Braum's is a great place...for ice cream, that is. There are a whole bunch of options to choose from, and you can have them all in a cone, as a shake, etc. Braum's also has a little grocery store inside of it, which is appreciated. The French fries should be paired with a shake on every visit. The staff is okay...service is kind of slow but at least they always get the order correct. Be sure and try a hot fudge malt!! Horribly managed. Rude crude and socially unacceptable. Cherry limeades were unsweetened. When we asked for sweetened they threw in two new cherries. They asked what do you want me to do about it. I decided to give them one more chance in the same visit. And went back to order a single dip ice cream and a small french fry. They gave me a Junior cone. And no fries. I've been here several times and kept telling myself, "maybe it'll be better next time" even though It never is. The manager complained about the customers and made sure we all heard by constantly complaining to other employees working in the kitchen.
