I ordered a small cup of the honeycomb lavender ice cream, which came with a free waffle chip. They also have cones, flavored cones, and other options if you want something a little more elaborate. The ice cream itself was very creamy and delicious. I would have loved to have some actual chunks of honeycomb mixed in, but the honeycomb flavor still came through nicely, and there was a swirl in the ice cream that added to it. Overall, it was a really delicious scoop and felt well worth it. I visited on a Thursday afternoon around 3:00 p.m., and it was already fairly busy with families, moms, and young kids. I imagine it gets even busier in the evenings, especially during the summer after dinner. Overall, it is a neighborhood-friendly spot with great ice cream and a fun neighborhood feel.

Definitely would order this again. But there's the thing. If you take it outside, your soft serve is going to disintegrate. It just will, because the heat in Oklahoma is stronger. When my food came out, the employee practically shoved the bags into my face--aggressive and completely unnecessary. At that point, it was clear this wasn't just a bad moment; it was a complete lack of basic customer service. I called the store to speak with a manager, hoping to resolve the issue. Instead, I got even more unprofessional behavior. The manager dismissed the situation with "I'm not the one who did that." That's not the point--you're the manager, and it's your responsibility to address how customers are treated. When I pressed the issue, she escalated things further by cussing at me over the phone. Completely unacceptable. I've already filed a formal complaint with corporate, but given that complaints appear to be outsourced and handled with little accountability, I'm not holding my breath. If this is the standard of service at this location, customers should seriously consider going elsewhere. Respect costs nothing--and this place seems unwilling to offer even that.
