We just wanted some frozen yogurt. We got just what we wanted here. There were several regular ice cream flavors, but we did not want any of that. My husband and I both had Sundaes with frozen yogurt, chocolate sauce and nuts. It only cost six dollars for both of us. We couldn't have been happier. Worth the drive from the country. We went into the Braum's store in Seminole to get some ice cream and waited 20+ minutes for someone to take care of us. There was an employee, a young girl, who was just standing there not doing anything, looking at us and would never once approach us to see what we wanted until someone told her to attend to us. This is ridiculous! She wasn't the only employee just standing around not helping other customers. I'm not sure what they are getting paid for; certainly not for customer service. read more

Well my visit is interesting. Still at store. A worked dropped a double hamburger on to the floor. She picked it up and told the cook she droped it on the floor. She handed the hamburger to the cook. He unrated it on the counter. Opened the wrapper and checked it out. Rewarded it and put in on the customers tray. read more

This was another opportunity to try a chain that I thought was specific to the Oklahoma area. Turns put it's way bigger than I'd thought, 300 stores in 5 states, roughly the same size as In-N-Out. If I have the story straight Braum's was originally a dairy, known for their great milk. They turned the milk into ice cream and eventually opened up restaurants to feature their milk, ice cream and bread. The burger didn't look like much. In In-N-Out speak it wasn't smiling. But what it lacked in looks it made up for in flavor. It was delicious! And it was amazing to me to have tried Freddy's just a few days before and compare them. Both companies are medium sized, regional chains, operating on the same market and both strongly feature burgers and ice cream. But that's where the similarities end. Braum's menu was easier to understand, it's employees were friendlier and the food was much, much better. And I was shocked to find a mini-mart in the store. The attendant said they have one in every restaurant. I thought it was kind of an odd combination but they made it work. Naturally it featured Braum's milk and bread but there was a respectable selection of produce and dry goods and home supplies. Essentially anything you'd find in a typical mini-mart minus the liquor, cigarettes and porn. And the more I think about that the more I like that. It was a tasty restaurant and a fascinating peek into mid western culture. No wi-fi though in case that's a deal breaker. read more

I have loved Braums for 30 plus yrs never a complaint. I pulled Into the store in Seminole Ok. At 10.28. Ordered a hamburger no cheese. Got to the window at 10.40 and handed a bag that felt light, asked what it was? Sausage biscuit!! How is that a hamburger? We are still serving breakfast. Why wasn't I told this when I ordered? Shrug. I don't want a sausage biscuit.. Shrug.. Dogs enjoyed the sausage biscuit, I don't eat sausage. ‍ Only go here if you are OK getting a surprise bag. read more

Service can be a bit slow, and the help is constantly turning over, but the food is good! And I absolutely love their grocery market.

Placed a drive through order. Went to the window and paid 20.17 for a chicken strip dinner and a #6. I was not given a receipt. Went to second window. They tried to give me a small bag with an order of fries in it. Told them that wasn't my order. Then they refused to give me my order because I didn't have a receipt. When I asked to speak to the manager, they said no. They were'nt giving away free food. When I asked for the corporate number they refused to give it to me. The guy I was speaking to told me to look at how busy they were and was very obnoxious and condescending. I'm out $20, no food, and was treated like garbage read more

The food at the Seminole Braum's is really good. I have no complaint on the quality of the food or the service. However, the food prep counters where shakes and sundaes are made is disgusting. Does no one wipe anything up or sweep behind the counters? Food is all over the floor every time I have gone up to the counter to order. Two weeks ago I wanted a simple shake. As I was waiting to order, I just took a good hard look at the back counter and I ended up walking out without ordering. Blenders had not been cleaned, nuts were all over the counter, and the food containers had the lids flipped open. I know it can get really busy working in a food establishment, but please take the time to clean up after you make a shake or a sundae. Literally, in my last four visits, I have seen basically the same thing each time. So I know tonight wasn't just a fluke. read more

I moved here recently and and discovered a small piece of heaven right here on earth! The ice cream is incredible. Then they really blew my mind with the tastiest fat juicy cheese burgers even the fries taste better than other fast food places! It's the trifecta of sinful food! I love this place! read more

Braum's was amazing! We stopped while visiting OK and the food and ice cream was to die for. The staff was courteous and answered all of our questions. We will visit again if we ever travel that way again. read more

My daughter and I went to the Braums drive-through this afternoon it was Saturday around 2 o'clock in the afternoon they were fairly busy but when we got to the window to pay the girl who was taking the money was hugging everybody talking to everybody not acknowledging the fact that we were there and it took forever and then we went to the other window they at least acknowledged us but she was talking about us to somebody else about who is working in my opinion very unprofessional and they need to work on it. read more

Where do I start.. we were in town for a OCCRA race and was starving so of course why not Braums. we ordered did not get a receipt, so the lady I am guessing who is manager yelled out a number my husband and I walked up and said what is this order she likes your number is on your receipt in a rude tone we said we never even got a receipt and sure enough it was still on the register.. so anyways we get our food and choose a window seat well there was about 50 dead flies alongside the window seal right next to all the tables. It was really clear this place didn't get cleaned on a daily basis so we tried to ignore the nastiness b/c we were hungry well as I am eating I pulled out a fry with a hair on it. yuck yuck we spit out our food and dumped the rest. thanks for a waste of 15 bucks and I will never eat at a braums again thanks to this dump! read more
