I paid $149 for a pre inspection diagnostics inspection of a car I was buying. They were suppose to…read morefully inspect the vehicle both inside and outside, mechanically, diagnostics (any error codes), hoist up inspect under vehicle etc. I never received a detailed report nor did they call me to go over any of the issues other then it needs a brake flush and oil change. I shipped the car from west palm beach to Austin. Texas you must have it state inspected in order to get tags and registered plates etc. When going into the state inspection office they alerted me that all of the diagnostics were cleared and it failed inspection. Then that same day after getting from the car carrier the check engine light came on. I took in and they said I need a new thermostat and usually when a mechanic clears the diagnostic codes they are hiding something which they get their referrals from Logan dealership whom I bought the car from. I paid $149 never got a detailed report, I called them many times they never picked up their phone, they clearly never checked my car out. Also they never told me the 3M paint protection film vinyl on the front bummer and fenders/hood was very damaged which will cost me $2-$3k to remove and paint etc. Do not use this auto place if they cannot pick up the phone, nor send any diagnostics reports for something you paid for and very unprofessional. Beware using them!

Very unprofessional chauvinistic behavior; did not listen to me at all. I went in the dealership in the evening and expected to sign the papers that night since they had the exact car I wanted. They offered me $29,000 for my exact same car that 2 other dealers offered $36,000 and $38,000. Then the Sales Manager KEPT my KEYS in his office and could not get in my condo upon arriving home. It was purposeful; my key chain is monstrous and hard to lose/miss. Just an awful car buying experience since I fully expected to drive home in a Jeep that night after several days of Shopping. During the following week, I received a total of 9 phone calls from Napleton Jeep salespeople. The salespeople do NOT talk to each other apparently. I have seldom been in a professional sales environment with people "trash talking" another dealership. It's one of the few times in the 2000's that I felt prejudiced against by being a woman. They need sensitivity training as well as Jeep Car colors. My initial call concerned a Mojito green Jeep and the telephone person needed a stock number as he did not know what "Mojito" was; hung up on him and then called a week later after I found the perfect Jeep on their Internet site. Could have been a very easy $40,000+ sale . The positive was the salesman was extremely nice when I went for a test drive; Sales Manager was abysmal.
