I had one of my cars towed in to rapid auto care last week. Once again these guys went above and beyond to get me back on the road. They told be what needed to be fixed and how much. When I went to pay for everything, the bill was less. Once they started with the repairs they figured out that one of this issues still had some life left in it so they didn't need to change it out and told me we will fix it down the road as needed. It's not every day that you find a company that understands your situation and doesn't try and take advantage of you for unnecessary repairs. When I initially moved to Florida about a year and a half ago, my car was a mess. Well, it still is in some regards, but that's besides the point. Rapid Auto Care was almost around the corner, and had outstanding reviews, coupled with reasonable prices. I came in and spoke to Brent about my issues, and he tackled and solved them all. Every issue was solved in a reasonable time span as well, for an unbeatable price. To this day, all of the pain in the butt issues I had stay fixed, and any issues I continue to discover I now bring to Evan's attention. Evan appears to be running this particular location, at least the majority of the time now, and certainly deserves to be recognized for his stellar work and laid back demeanor. For the past six months, he has shown nothing but extreme diligence, drive, and efficiency when it comes to my vehicle. And let me tell you, it's one of a kind with the issues it has had. Rapid Auto Care, and namely Evan, have created a comfortable, affordable, and speedy one stop shop for any issues that arise with my vehicle - minus those in regards to body work. Answer to my prayers. Thank you fellow Yelpers for your reviews of this establishment as I have lived in Palm Beach Gardens for 2 years and could not find mechanic that I trust. Let me start off this way. Brent, the owner, answered the phone and I explained the problem I have having regarding my daughters car overheating. He explained that it did not sound like a major issue and that just one of the plastic components failed. I had the car towed over to him on July 3rd and said there was not a rush. Brent called me last evening and said the repair was completed. Went to pick up the car today and it is perfect and pricing is fair. After a horrible experience with Mazda at Northlake who told me the car was unfixable and the part that we needed was no longer made by Mazda and they couldn't find it anywhere, Rapid Auto Care solved the issue. My brother in law who ran a mechanical shop in Atlanta found Rapid Auto Care. They replaced brake parts on a Mercedes and he was happy. My Tesla front end was squeaking like a haunted house and knocking so he sent me to Rapid Auto Care to replace upper suspension control arms. They did a great job, car was ready when promised and price was great. I spent $$$$ at Tesla and they couldn't fix it but Rapid Auto Care did and it is still quiet and tight. Called Rapid Auto Care, got an appointment, and after a quick diagnosis I was on the road again with a cold air conditioner that only needed some freon. It was a minor repair and a reasonable price. Juan ran right out and helped me- he let me know that their tire shipment wouldn't be in until tomorrow, he said that he would be happy to put a new tire on for me if I could go pick one up. I had my car towed to Rapid after it overheated. Brent immediately took it in and diagnosed the problem. He then ran additional tests and invited me out to the garage area to actually show me what was going on. He walked me through all of my options, and then he helped me decide on the most inexpensive repairs. Not once did he try to pressure me into spending more money than I could afford. Later on, when he found out I needed a ride home, he personally offered me a ride. However, after waiting for him to finish up at the shop, he surprised me with a loaner car to drive around for a day at no extra charge! He also gave me his personal phone charger to charge my phone! I have never had a more positive experience at an auto repair shop, nor have I ever met a more genuine person who really just loves his job and helping people. Very impressed. I found Rapid Auto Care through yelp while looking for someone to do electrical work on a 2004 Nissan Maxima in the Palm Beach Gardens area. To walk through the experience, I have a modest amount of car knowledge but I draw the line on complex electrical work. I walked in and spoke to Brent (the owner) about the problem. I told him I suspected a short circuit, possibly in the area of the dome light that kept blowing the fuse for the tail lights and radio lights. He immediately knew what I was talking about. He walked me through their evaluation and repair process, explaining how the cost would be broken down. It was very reasonable. He said if he couldn't fix it, he would refer me to someone else and there wouldn't be a charge. He also explained approximately how long the diagnostic process should take and when to expect a phone call. After they detected the issue, he called me and we had a conversation about how to proceed. As suspected, the problem was a short in the dome light. The dome light unit is a notoriously faulty piece of equipment and quite expensive (it would need to be obtained from the dealership), so I asked if they could just disconnect it and wire around it. He spoke to his electrician and that is exactly what they did, fixing the problem. Brent understood that for me, at this point in the car's lifespan, the tail lights were obviously essential but I could live without the dome light. Their ability to customize to my needs by working around the problem instead of simply replacing the unit not only achieved what I was looking for but saved me several hundred dollars and left me very impressed. Third times a charm. My 1st and 2nd experience were just fine. Other then the grease smeared on either side on top of the wheel wells. Np. But my 3rd visit, I noticed my wheel key missing. I spoke with Chris at the front counter, who sent me into the shop to ask for it. The owner Lance was having lunch with his staff. I mentioned my wheel key was missing. He cursed me out in front of his staff. And told me to go up front. I did. Came in like an animal claiming I'm busting his fn balls and that he cant even eat his fn lunch in peace. No sooner the mechanic showed up with my key in his hand. I walked away like a man and didn't say a word. I actually thought he was gonna hurt me, that's how angry he was. I do not recommend this mechanic shop to anyone. Just think your own mother, daughter or wife going there and having to deal with such an angry, bitter person. read more

This establishment is a breath of fresh air in a sea of often crooked or dishonest businesses...my 08 Crown Victoria's ac started blowing nothing but hot air...ac just gone...I racked my brain over it for a week straight and was working right near their shop, so I figured wth right? Might as well check em out and see how they are...I dropped my car off and a couple hours later, to my complete surprise, I received a call back saying everything was OK! The amount of knowledge these guys have is insane. They will work on anything from an American muscle car to a new European car, and they get it done perfectly. Extremely poor in diagnosing my old 2001 car. Told me that I need a new engine, transmission and front suspension and that I should just get rid of the car. Well, Went to Pepboys and is all I needed was a wheel bearing replaced. I originally brought in the car because of a knocking noise coming from the front suspension. It made sense that it was unrelated to engine or transmission. These guys are real idiots! read more
