I went to get my brake pads replaced. Todd, up front was friendly and attentive. The waiting room was clean with snacks and cold bottles of water. Replacement was done without any attempt at upsell. What motivated me to write a review was a small gesture of goodwill. My transmission cable was misaligned so the shifter would need to be put in 2nd Gear for Drive. I let them know that they would need to do this when they test drive the vehicle. Turns out, they fixed it without any mention and it was a nice bonus! I brought my car here after having the dealership inspect it and advise me the car needed over $1300 of work, none of which I felt addressed my main complaint - the transmission. Todd did an inspection and said "the car is very clean" and the error codes indicated an issue with the transmission (go figure!). Angels Auto Care is a great garage. Expect qualified technicians who are more than happy to explain what work needs to be done and why. I ran into zero up selling, that is selling you a part you don't need. They fixed my problem, a bad starter, in less than an hour and offered to replace my air filter as mine was disgusting. Price was spot of for the people they employ! I did experience problems after my car was fixed, some surging past 3000 RPM. They told me I might. Called it in and Angels saw me the next business day. Visited my 23 yo daughter and noticed her car drove poorly. I assumed it was the brakes and took it to a garage for an estimate. They told me the car did need new brake, pads and rotors front and back, and new tires. Someone who works with my daughter recommended Angel's so I decided to have him do the work. Angel called me later in the day and said that the brakes were perfectly fine. In fact, the front pads were almost at 100% and the back at 60%. Tires were needed and Angel helped me choose a safe and reasonably priced set. The car drives like new. Both Angels shop and the waiting area are the cleanest I have ever seen. I can't say enough about Angel and his shop. It's not often that a mechanic will save you money and even less frequent when you feel good after getting your car repaired! read more

We were on vacation when our a/c blower went out. We wanted to get it fixed before driving 3.5 hours back home. I went on Yelp to see where the best place would be in our area. My husband took our car in, they checked it out and advised they had to order the part and that it would be in two days later. My husband said they were very friendly and knowledgeable and gave a very reasonable estimated price for the part and labor. The day the part came in was the day we had to leave to head home. I was nervous the part would not be in and we would be there all day which would not be fun considering I had a 2.5 year old with us. We arrived around 10:15am and the part was already there. They took our car in right away since they knew we were from out of town and still needed to travel hours to get home (they were even short handed and running behind). We were out of there within an hour (which as we all know NEVER happens at an auto center). The waiting room is nice with a big flatscreen tv (with dvd player), magazines, water, coffee and lots of toys to keep the young ones entertained (my son didn't want to leave!) The employees were extremely polite and got the work done quickly and did a great job. I HIGHLY recommend this place for any auto needs. I just wish this place was closer to our home in Central Florida! read more

I was referred to Angel's when I first moved to West Palm Beach 4 years ago and have continued going for all auto repairs and services...everything from a regular oil change, to AC repair, to brakes, power steering pump, belts, batteries and much more. They are true to their estimate (sometimes even less!), don't try to "up sell" services like "you really need a new air filter" like other places do at every oil change, and Angel's prepares you for services and repairs that are coming in the future...rather than catch you off guard and have have you leaving the service center paying hundreds more for additional services that you weren't anticipating.
