One thing to keep in mind--the road to get into the park isn't paved. Make sure to watch out for the entrance at the tire shop. They mention it on the website, but you really do need to be prepared to make that last turn after the light immediately.

The site we were assigned had a sewer back up, as did the sites on either side. Toilet paper between the sites, which is still there after 1 week. An RV graveyard in the back of the park is very unattractive. The park is not enclosed and stray dogs from the neighborhood are roaming. Very friendly, but the park needs a fence. Lots of cats everywhere. The permanent residents seem very friendly but a lot of their sites need to be cleared of debris. No bathhouse. Internet was excellent. We were only here one week. Hopefully they're working on issues but we saw no one working.

Daily prices are comparable to other parks in the San Antonio area and they are a Passport America park. GREAT PRICE!!! GREAT PEOPLE!!! We paid $325/mo + electric for December. Our electric was only $42 and that was with our Christmas lights on every night. The laundry is FREE also. It is located in an outdoor pavilion and doesn't have hot water but still...great money saver. There are no showers. This is a new park. Our electric meter was at zero when we pulled in. Our site was perfectly level. They are putting in trees and keep the park immaculate. The owner and employees are super nice and helpful. It's 13 miles from any sights but that makes for a quiet area. Groceries and your favorite fast food is 5 miles South. WE WILL BE BACK!

We let them know we wanted to use the pool they advised us that the pool closed early but assured us that since we were both adults that we can stay as long as we like inside of the pool. They even adjusted our spot to help us closer to the pool. The restrooms and shower were super clean! Great people we met gave us the go to's when we left east from New Zealand! Thats how we found ourselves at Cajun Palms resort in Lafayette, LA. Definitely the best pull through service we've gotten on our journey RV'n!
