Stumbled on this coffee shop, walked in looking for a cup of coffee. Well, this coffee shop doesn't actually sell brewed coffee - except for what's in a carafe sitting on a counter. The employee seemed surprised that I would want to buy a cup of coffee. In a place called Miller Coffee Roasters, mind you. Strange. I guess they mostly sell whole beans. Still confused by the setup, I asked the lady, "If I give you $3, can I fill my cup with coffee over there and leave?" She said yes. So I did. And the coffee was actually very good.

I was on a search for a flavor profile similar to my current favorite. ( a co-fermented mango Castillo) . He offered a peach cold brew and explained the details behind how it was made. A few tables available inside to do work at but plenty of tables in an adjoining workspace. I definitely recommend a visit for a tasty brew and to support Mr. Delgado's expert work.

A refrigerator contained yogurts, juices, oat milk, and other bottled beverages. Shelves held bags of coffees and kettles. Employees kindly took my husband's order and payment and promptly made our beverages. Some tables and chairs were inside the cafe, so we sat down to enjoy our beverages. Other customers were using the dining area to read, spend time with family and friends, and work on laptops. I rate the Chai Latte has 5 stars and the holiday Sugar Plum Latte as 4.5 stars. We enjoyed their flavors. Each beverage was 12 ounces, and their total price was $11 plus tax and tip. I did notice that the cafe was very humid because of the cold weather outside and the many customers inside. The windows had much condensation. Not a lot of typical table and chair setups (mostly couches and shared tables), plus overhead music was loud. I only had a premade bottled drink so can't comment on coffee. Barista was friendly. I really don't know why this is on so many lists of places to get work done. It's a beautiful place with a laudable mission, but don't expect to plop down at a private table and get in the flow of work.

Drinks are reasonably priced, especially in comparison to other coffee shops. The coffee is also so high quality. They have pastries including some gluten free! You can definitely still have a conversation there but I would say most people are pretty locked into their work so it is also a good place to focus. Staff are friendly and helpful.
