We came here because we wanted to take our kids to the splash pad and playground behind the restaurant. So we thought we should just eat here since it was convenient. This had to be on of the worse dining experiences I've had. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When we came inside, it was super hot. We asked if they could turn up the AC and the server told us she wished she could but apparently they just changed management and was told they couldn't touch the thermostat.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When we finally ordered. It took over an hour to get our food. We all ordered salad for our entree and calamari for appetizers. There was only a few other guest inside the restaurant, definitely not enough for the restaurant to take over an hour to make our food. The calamari was so over cooked. The octopus was just as crispy as the bread coating. We asked them to make it again, and it came out super crispy again. I don't know about you, but I've never calamari where the octopus was super crispy squid as well as the coating. It was not enjoyable. Definitely not coming back here. read more

Our server, Colin, did a great job. Service was slow but he came by as often as he could to check up on us. The food was such a huge disappointment. The calamari came out cold and all breaded. The tiny bit of calamari meat was terribly chewy. The Bravo Pasta was tasteless and barely any chicken meat. We were aware they ran out of mushroom. But what happened to chicken meat? The Romano Crusted Chicken Salad was probably the best dish we got out of the 8 pasta dishes we ordered. But we came for delicious pasta not tasteless. And we did not get the bread and butter. The chicken Marsala was cold on arrival. It was good, just cold. The Fettuccine Alfredo was warm, but lacked enough Alfredo sauce. The ambiance was fine and the place was clean. Haven't been in awhile and thought we could go for my birthday! It was so great. The server/bartender Sebastian was really nice and attentive. He made really good white peach sangria. Bravo is an easy place to go to if you have a larger group or with family. They have plenty of options available for everyone, and their lunch specials allow you to choose an app and half pasta or entree. However, where bravo falls short is also the most important - the food. I found the pasta to be quite bland and lacking in seasoning, and wasn't really that special. I think it's fine for a quick lunch or meeting, but it's not a place I would actively seek out. Overall, easy place to go to, but probably not my choice for date night. Service was very friendly, and people are nice. Plenty of parking in the big lots along the sides of zona Rosa. read more

Visited for a weekday lunch and the place was really empty. We were quickly seated and brought out the bread and oil--- delicious! The lunch combos are an affordable option for Italian dining. The orzo pasta in the Wedding Soup was a nice touch and was a tasty starter on the healthier side. Of course, you can't go wrong with the classic Shrimp Scampi. The food is 4 stars, but the service brought it up to a 5 star review. I ordered the Wedding Soup without parmesan due to dairy sensitivity, so our waitress made sure to let me know that the pasta sauce was creamy and contained dairy. I assured her that was okay and that the headache I would get would be worth it lol. However, as she brought out my food, she let me know that if at any point throughout the meal I changed my mind, she would take care of it and bring me something else. That was absolutely not necessary because I voluntarily ordered it and just such a sweet offer. read more

First, the service here was good. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely pleasant. The food was decent here. The warm bread is delicious. The Lobster Bisque is unappealing, it was too creamy and very bland. I needed to add salt and pepper and dip the bread in it to make it edible for my pallet. The Pasta Bravo (Grilled Chicken, Rigatoni, Mushrooms, Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce) is good enough for a chain restaurant of this caliber. The Interior is clean, but dated. read more

I have been to this location several times before and the food is super delicious. Each time I have visited, the service has also been delightful. This restaurant is ideal for birthdays, anniversaries or date nights. I ordered the Pepperoni pizza and it was super tasty. I arrived and sat up at the bar while I waited for my date. It took a bit for someone to come greet me. There were a few other people sitting at the bar as well and some people sitting in the bar area. Once the bartender arrived she was nice and gave me a menu which was a regular menu and Happy Hour menu. I chose a Red Wine- Rossa I believe and then I ordered the calamari off the happy hour menu a bit later. My date arrived and we decided to stay up at the bar for dinner. He ordered a drink and we chit chatted and looked at the menu to decide on dinner. It took a bit for the bartender to come back around, I told her that we would like to order our meals. We both decided on the Italian Wedding Soup and I ordered Pasta Woozie while my date ordered the Chicken Parm. Our soup came out along with breadsticks and a dipping oil which was very tasty. We both enjoyed our soup but I noticed mine had clumps of rice in it-the taste was good however! When our dinners arrived my noodles looked sticky and dry and was barely hot. My date was not impressed with his Chicken Parm he said the sauce was not that great. We were both disappointed since he had been craving Chicken Parm for days. He was also disappointed that we were not offered any Parmesan Cheese on any of our entrees. When we looked around it didn't look too busy but it also looked liked only a couple people were serving-one being our Bartender out on the restaurant floor. I know she was doing the best she could hard to keep up on the customers at the bar top while she's out serving on the floor. I wanted to take my GF out for birthday dinner. She loves Italian, but not 'real' Italian. Anyway, we went to Bravo! I've been to the chain before and it was pretty much as expected. I noted on the reservation that it was her birthday and asked for a quiet table. The hostess had no idea what to do with this information. So we got a table in the middle of the restaurant. Onto the food. My calamari was rubber. My scallopini was overdone. The accompanying pasta seemed like it had been under the heat light for some time. GF chicken was overdone. But she said her pasta was ok. Waitress really wanted to rush us through. We know enough to pace our ordering when we encounter this. Ok, so it's a chain, and what do you expect. Bravo used to be one of our family favorite restaurants because they offered gluten-free options for our family members who have dietary needs. I'm not sure if the pandemic has anything to do with the change in the atmosphere of Bravo, but it's just not the same. We went in for lunch after not dining at Bravo since before the pandemic and we were not impressed. When we were seated we were brought out very stale pieces of cut-up bread with the oil dipping. The ice water had bugs floating in it and we had to ask for fresh water. The lunch options were very restrictive and not as accommodating as in the past. Overall the service was okay but the quality of the food has declined. read more

We decided to have our rehearsal dinner here at Bravo in Zona Rosa and it was an amazing experience! All the food was delicious and the service was great. Our server paid special attention to everyone and gave us space when needed. He even cut our cake that we brought for my dad's birthday for us and brought it out beforehand with candles on it lit and singing. Had dinner here the other night after coming here a few times before but it's been since 2020. Didn't return because service was so bad and food wasn't great. But we gave it a whirl the other night and I personally saw improvement. Said we had a wait for 10 mins because they were short staffed and my husband was not pleased, he wanted to leave. So I struck up a convo to where it would stall him from over reacting. It worked, she came for us in 5 mins and we're were seated. Very comfortable, roomy, and our waitress was very friendly, helpful and timely. Food was decent too. I had capellini pasta with tomato creamy sauce, decent wine selection as well had a glass of Duckhorn Merlot i liked it. Husband had Wedding soup and meatballs, with a chopped salad. He wasn't feeling great and blamed the soup. I think he's got a bug. A bit Pricey! Forgot to mention the bread served when seated! Warm and delish! Helped move the rating from a 3 to a 4 for me. The menu for food is a little short (like most happy hours), but what they offered they excited on. Happy hour for us means sitting at the bar, and the person taking care of you is part of the event. We had to get our own straws and napkins, and after telling us four times he was bringing bread (apparently you have to ask for it now) the server brought it literally five minutes before our check. We stopped in at Bravo during Italy Fest to stick with the theme since it started raining. Ultimately, we would've been better off waiting out the weather. Bravo has a large dining area as well as lots of patio space. The location (right in the center of the Zona Rosa Plaza) is convenient, especially if you have kids who want to play in the mini park out front. The restaurant itself is spacious enough, but the service and food are mediocre. Our server was nice and not necessarily inattentive, but she did seem spacey. We could see our first courses (one salad and one soup) sitting out on the counter for about 10 minutes before she grabbed them. It was 2 p.m. on a Sunday when we were in, and there were few tables occupied. Everyone has off days, and this wasn't a deal breaker for us. The Italian Wedding Soup was lukewarm. The flavor was decent, but nothing memorable. My sister and I both had the shrimp scampi. I'm not a big fan of spaghetti noodles in general, but especially paired with a thinner sauce like this. The shrimp were a little tough, too--almost over-cooked. The crème brûlée was the best part of the meal, with a crispy, flaky top and a smooth, creamy center. It didn't have much flavor, but the texture was good. Overall, this dining experience wasn't worth the money. Although I try not to support mega-chains, we would've been better off going to Olive Garden for our basic Italian fix. read more

I wasn't too hungry so I ordered the Lobster Bisque & Tomatoe Caprese which was really good. It was my first time having tomatoe based bisque & I was surprised it was so good.
