He did everything he could to make it simple and easy on us as first time home buyers that knew absolutely nothing about buying a house. We had tried to other Realtors and lost numerous bids that we put on houses. I finally just thought it would be fun to give me to try because he was here in our town and I figured he would know exactly what was a good deal and what was out there. Then in a great conversation we had I found out that Mitch sold all the houses that we put bids on because he knew what he was doing. I am certain there are many many satisfied customers of Mitch but no one ever seems to write anything positive on these web sites. Trust me when you're trying to buy a house these days you want someone that is going to be aggressive rather than some Realtor that's going to sit by and let someone else buy the house from underneath the client. My husband and I are both very satisfied with Ruth Realty and Mitch. He is a really great guy. He is also funny easy to work with and very very hard worker. He will meet with you late at night, early in the he morning or on the weekend. Whatever he has to do to get the job done to get your house for you. We thank you very much for being so honest along the way in our house buying. Sometimes people just don't want to hear the truth and that makes people angry. We really appreciate you Mitch, thanks!

Lori Kesler was a fraud in 2008 and I see she is still the owner per reviews. When I had to get an…read moreattorney, I saw the application New Concepts used when renters applied. The application was very incomplete, yet it was accepted by Lori. The applicant (who never paid rent and trashed some things) didn't even put where she worked, or any references. I had a no-dog rule due to occasional FEMA floods, but New Concepts allowed 2 huge pitbulls that killed the brand new pet of a neighbor, as well as chickens. The may have killed other pets which I would not know. I only sadly found out about the one cat years later. The pitbulls wrecked 2 wood doors to the shed, and ruined a nice camper which was stored there. They left the dogs in horribly overheated conditions in the camper. Only one renter applied, a female, but New Concepts allowed a male felon with active arrest warrants to move in as well. These renters never paid rent and also made death threats on a neighboring lot where I was having a small home built. Because of their death threats, the developer backed out of a deal that would have paid off my student loans. The renters were uppity, insisting I fix the tub even though they had a shower and had not paid rent in 4 months. I fixed it, to avoid controversy. Then they decided to try to bring me down economically so that they could live there forever without paying rent. Through neighbors, they found out where I worked and they called the security department there and claimed falsely that I had accessed an account of theirs with no business reason. Of course, I was cleared of any wrong doing, but they inconvenienced me and my employer terribly. They found out where I lived, and canvassed the neighborhood telling everyone false lies about me. I had to pay for a restraining order against them. They were so bad in court that the Marshall had to warn them to behave in court. They wanted me to have no job and no references so they could sit in my rental without being challenged (I guess until it would have foreclosed, who knows what these "renters" were thinking). I was able to get the felon arrested on his warrants. I evicted them and won a small, expedient judgment, which they did not pay. I sent it to collections and they still did not pay. New Concepts failed to screen my tenant and all in all, with eviction fees, I was out $7000 plus property damage and my neighbor's pet was killed by their dogs. When Lorie found out how bad her chosen tenants were, I asked her to help me get rid of them. She said, "We no longer serve your area" and stopped doing business. Fortunately her employee had a little more integrity than that, so he did help me get them out, along with my realtor and the eviction company. He helped make sure the place was clean, although the shed and RV were very damaged. I see now that those renters have gone to court over domestic violence. Not surprised. Shame on Lori for letting someone move in who could hardly write let alone fill out an application. And shame on her for not getting those dogs and the felon out of there.
