Store is located in a busy shopping center in Doral, so if you go later in the day, you might not find parking. We walked in and we were immediately greeted. My daughter looked around and found a pair she liked. The very nice lady that was attending the store advised us that they have a foot analyzer that would help on determining what would be the best shoe for the feet. She advise that I buy the shoes with her the analysis is included, otherwise there is a fee. We advised her that we were going to buy a pair, so she went ahead and walked with my daughter to the machine. Very cool how it takes a 3D image of the feet and allows you to see where you need more support. Ironically the shoe she had selected was the right fit. Daughter loves the shoes and feels a her feet feel a lot better support them before.

Initially opened as a clearance area for the original Nordstrom in Seattle in 1973, it then opened as a standalone store in 1983. My wife and I have been to quite a few, and found it to be a good place to buy department store quality (i.e. not clothes specifically made for an outlet) for reduced prices. This location had the one thing we look for: a large clearance area for both women and men, and this store fit that bill well. It has free wi-fi, which was appreciated. It didn't seem too busy while browsing throughout the store, but then realized how high the throughput was when having to wait in a very long line. They had all registers going, and the line moved surprisingly quickly. We were just window shopping, but I ended up buying some Nike briefs that were double clearanced, making it well over 50% off.

Her attitude was rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in resolving the issue. I even left the defective product at the store, hoping they could inspect it or provide some kind of assistance. Still, the manager did not care about keeping the money for a product that clearly didn't work. Not only does she lack basic customer service skills, but she also demonstrated a concerning lack of professional ethics. I did well here, buying a pair of casual dress shoes, 2 dress shirts, a pair of jeans and 2 t-shirts - all for about $110. The only minor complaint is that they only had 2 cashiers working on this day so the checkout line moved relatively slowly. When I first got in line they had 3 cashiers, until one walked away to fold items that had been returned - while talking on her cell phone the entire time and working very slowly. I'll check out this Burlington location in the future because, while it may be a bit smaller than their store at nearby Dolphin Mall, on this day at least, they seemed to have a better selection of items in stock.
