So I'm definitely not a lazy person and like to keep myself neat. My sister suggested I try a full Brazilian for the experience and there is no pesky stubble. Plus, you don't have to maintain as much. All I pictured was the one guy in 40 year old Virgin movie screaming, "Kelly Clarkson!" whilst getting his chest waxed lol. I figured getting my eye brows waxed is a breeze so just suck it up. I'm going to the Islands soon so.........suns out, buns out. Why not? I will admit to taking one 500mg Tylenol as well as one 200mg Ibuprofen. If this is your first time getting a Brazilian. It. Will. Hurt. PeriodT. Although it was painful, Trini talked about different ways to upkeep to keep your mind focused on other things and the whole process did not take long. I was surprised at how fast she was even with prepping you before she begins her service. Her advice is to come back once a month and I'll do just that as the suite is very comfortable and clean. Let me reiterate that the first time you get it done will hurt but it's hours later and I feel no pain. Next time I may just take a Tylenol beforehand and leave it at that. read more

Trini is amazing! I should have left this review weeks ago! My first wax experience was definitely the better than most- let my group texts tell it lol! I started with a mini vagacial at her suggestion and I would definitely recommend that to anyone, especially first timers. Next was the wax- let's be honest- there's no way it's not gonna hurt. Yanking hair from your sweet spot is just gonna be painful anyway you slice it. Trini suggested two aleve 30 mins before and I believe that helped with a bit of the pain and any potential swelling. Key points: 1. She's super knowledgeable and a kind person which makes conversation when your lady parts are out, MUCH less awkward lol! 2. The space is clean and comfortable 3. She knows what she is doing and will have you walking on air for a good 6 weeks, post appointment ‍‍ My suggestions: 1. Wear a dress- it's just easier. 2. Take aleve 30 mins before 3. I initially made and appointment for bleaching bikini area and a brazilian wax w/butt strip (205.00) @ 3pm . I called the previous day to see if she could take me earlier (scared my cycle was coming thank god it didnt) she did change my appointment for 11am. I showed up at 10 minutes til 11 and we both showed up at same time. Trini then said another client was coming early too. Fyi her suite you walk in and bamm the table and set up is right there kinda took me back no waiting area. So i proceed to take my pants off (she did make convo that made me feel simi comfortable ) her phone kept going off . Her other client had arrived( she said she mistaken and thouggt i was wax only) knocked on door. Of course she cant open cause im spread eagle on table so she yells thru door to wait shes almost done. My wax took no lying no more than 10 minutes front and back from moment i layed down. So then i put my clothing back on because she said she was going to do a quick back wax on another client so i had to wait around in hallway . I sat at stairs for 10 min while her other client got waxed his back. (Room has thin walls i could hear all the convo) he finished left and here i go again inside getting undressed. She apologized and i was fine because i was waiting for some extra attention at least .( i feel like all my salon visits should be serene you dt want nobody rushing a oedi or facial right?) Well she did my bleaching and( "micro") then said that i needed to add another servuce but shell just fix it in the end im like ok. Never discussed price. Her phone kept ringing and her next client came and was at the door. I rushed to put clothing on and she said another 90.00 :/ i dt have it on me so i payed the following day. I expressed my concerns to her about everything and told her it should be less and i would be reviewing. I do not think 300.00 for a SUPER rushed service that took less than 40 minutes total was no where worth it. I will not go again. I payed for my services 205.00 up front . I looked at myself when i got home because she didnt even have time to show me with mirror i have hair everywhere no care at all!!! I mean it i feel like service that i payed for wasnt given. She didnt even try to correct or fix when we text after. She just cared about her money no discount no nothing no understanding. And fyi bleaching is take home treatments do it yourself. You see no difference leaving there. And again i cant stress enough that i felt anxiety and rushed the whole time. Despite the attempts of convos. Between all the interruptions . DONT waste your money, worst wax experience ever. As a first time customer, I felt rushed and unwelcome. I don't get waxed often and the waxer made sure I knew how displeased she was with me. I found Trini on Groupon but after speaking with her decided to trade in the deal so she could see me same-day. The studio is in an office building but her studio is very nicely decorated and cozy. You can tell that she is extremely professional and uses quality products, and I felt as at-ease as you can when you're getting waxed. I could tell you horror stories I have experienced in other places and this was the complete opposite. She does everything to help you feel like you are in good hands. She works very quickly and although it was not as thorough as another wax I have had previously (that one took forever, though and the girl moved), I would definitely go back to see Trini because she is worth it! read more
