I first discovered Ms. Trini through Groupon to try out a skin treatment. She is very knowledgeable and has a great background in dermatological procedures as well as a compassionate personality. Afterwards, she suggested that I should return and try a Brazilian Wax. Never have I experienced a Brazilian Wax not have I considered in doing so, but her kindness and insistence on how it would be painless convinced me otherwise. I made an appointment a month later, did my research on how to achieve the most painless Brazilian wax. Upon arrival, I notified Ms. Trini that I was nervous, she guided and distracted me through conversation throughout the whole session. It was very quick, and not as bad as I thought it was! Afterwards, she offered products as well as instructions to help make the next waxing sessions less painful - a bar soap and an exfoliant specifically for your sensitive area. Overall, she is very skilled and knowledgeable in what she does and I will continue having her as my designated esthetician! read more

She practices safe hygiene, not only fast and efficient, she goes back and makes sure I do not have weird sporadic hairs hidden in my folds. Trini is accommodating to her loyal customers and her appointment slots fit the services you pick when you book online. So if you schedule a bikini wax, your time is for a bikini wax. I came in today for my first Brazilian wax and was so scared of the pain. But once the process had started, I noticed it didn't hurt like I thought it would. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the most pain), I would give this session a 2 or 3. I do have high pain tolerance though. It was not awkward at all because she made small talk. I loved it so much! It was a little hard to find but her daughter guided me there on the phone while I was lost. Initially it was a little off putting as I thought they might not be as sanitary because the wax was dark colored. I later found out she doesn't use wax but sugar. This process reduces irritation to the skin & is less painful. In my 35 years of life, I have only been waxed once when I was 19 for a pool party. I vowed never to do it again because of all the pain & skin irritation I experienced afterwards. There was minimal pain & absolutely no skin issues after this procedures. I had seen all the good reviews before going, and dismissed it while I was there, and I was in and out so quickly and I was mostly hairless after, so at FIRST I was like ok well she did a good job and it was fast. However the ingrowns nightmare came for me soon after despite me doing what I always do to prevent it, and years later I'm still embarrassed by the scars it left.
