My wife ordered a cinnamon latte and I got a coconut latte and an M&M cookie. The lattes were good, but I wish I had more milk in our drinks. My wife's cinnamon latte needed the milk to dilute the cinnamon, but my coconut one was great with the minimal milk. Since they're new, I'm sure it's just something they're working out. The staff was really nice and quick to make drinks. We had our dogs with us and they were given two pup cups for being good boys. I'll definitely be back to try other items on the menu. The coffee was good and I'm excited to try different variations.

There is one kiosk for self ordering and you can also order with an employee at the register. I order the Biscoff Matcha Latte with whipped cream and it was outrageously good. There was a perfect amount of Biscoff so it didn't overwhelm the matcha. I am usually afraid to try new drinks but I am glad I tried this. Considering how many drinks they had to make the wait wasn't bad and the staff was very friendly and smiled and said hello to everyone. I am looking forward to coming back for another drink. My Americano was ready in maybe a minute and a half at the most, all filled with friendly chitchat. The poor thing was next to that huge open window on a 32-degree day, trying to survive in a sweatshirt. Credit to her, 'cause she was cheerful and funny the whole time. The coffee was pretty good, and a decent selection of pastries. They do have fries and chicken nuggets but definitely more for a kid's palette. If you're a remote working parent and have the kiddos home all day for winter break, this is a great spot to pop in so they can expend that energy while you work! The staff is friendly, the place is pretty clean, and they have some great jams playing. We will for sure be back as our little grows up!

Nice chew to them and neutral flavor to pair well with your dip/filling of choice. Croissants were super flaky and buttery. I wasn't paying attention and expected the chocolate to be more like your standard pain Au chocolate with the dark chocolate but the one I chose was actually truly a chocolate cream filling (very full!) more like the cake frosting in fancy cakes. All quite messy, happy I chose to eat out of my trunk in the parking lot not inside the car. There's only a bench for seating in the bakery itself. The knafeh I baked at home in the air fryer (fit just perfectly) and this was my favorite part which I think I would most come back here for. We had this a couple of times in Istanbul earlier this year and at the time I thought, "Americans would LOVE this, cheesy, crunchy, some salty, and sweet a how is this not more readily available?" Now I know where to go! Ran into the owner and he was super sweet and appreciative of us for stopping - he's taking his celebrity very well! Pro tip if you're into pop culture things, Everett is also the home of Funko Pop HQ and they have a really quirky store to visit on the ground level that's only like 12 min away if you're looking for more things to do if you've come from somewhat far and don't want to immediately turn around and head home.
