Very cozy spot north of Seattle in a suburban area. Lots of space to sit down, very clean and kind staff who were quick to welcome us in. They clearly lay out the menu with several size options and drink choices. I got an iced latte, which was ample and quick to come out - the espresso tasted a little flat and seemed to pull quick so may have just been a one off, but that may also just be my taste/preference as the staff seemed knowledgeable in their craft. Super friendly staff. Went to get coffee on Christmas eve. Americano was great, was very quick. Hubby's latte was great. My americano was fresh (like the beans tasted like they were freshly roasted). I first visited this place 7 years ago. I was its first Patron...as they were just about to open. Fast forward and I'm here again on business I found the spot by "mistake". I was working a facility and needed a bite to eat and as I yelped I found a burger spot and on my drive I began to remember area having flashbacks to my stay. I was looking for a good coffee place near Mukilteo after skipping the ferry and cam across RedDoor Coffee Roasters. This cozy modern coffee shop is hidden off the main drag in a corner strip mall with decent parking and a drive through option. It's usually a good bet that a place that roasts their own beans can brew a good coffee. I walked in at a rather slow time and was served a large espresso pulled well and fast. Several stuffed animals were my guests as I enjoyed my brew before heading back out to face the world. RedDoor is one of the reasons I love Yelp.
