Needed an emergency repair for my patio door lock on a Saturday at 1:30pm called Fabio he picked up and said...sure I can come over (as I couldn't leave until patio door locked again ). He said I'm at another job but let me text you in a few mins to see if I can find anyone to help you. 1min 15 seconds later I receive a text saying send me your address I'm in the neighborhood and can come over. I gave one last push to my patio door and the claw locks went into the locking panel. We contacted BRC Home Services for drywall replacement from a plumbing leak that caused a mold issue. The areas that had to be torn out and replaced are now beautifully repaired, drywall installed and painted. We also had a pocket door that wouldn't close because the track inside the wall had become detached but Fabio opened the wall, fixed the issue, replaced the drywall, patched, painted and the door works perfectly! Fabio did a wonderful job hanging drywall in my garage! He did an impeccable job inserting perfectly-shaped insulation in between studs, putting up the drywall, screwing everything firmly in place, and patching and painting everything to match the existing wall in the garage. He also had to work around some wall-mounted conduit and switches, and did so without any problems at all. My garage now looks SO much brighter and cleaner - a night and day difference! Fabio is responsive, professional, polite, and just a cool guy to have around. He came on time, worked really hard during the day, and had the whole job done in about 1.5 days, from studs to a fully painted garage. I called Fabio because of the positive reviews and I was not disappointed. He was very responsive and came the same day to give me a quote. His rates were fair. We scheduled a few days out. He was on time and came prepared. He did all we asked and squeezed in a couple of things that we hadn't agreed upon before hand. During the work, he asked the right questions and made great judgement calls. The work came out perfect. He was fast, tidy and efficient. I can't tell you what a relief that was. We have had so many "repair" people make just dumb choices which ended up in gross errors on simple projects. Not Fabio! He also noticed that we were a shoes-off house and took off his shoes. It wasn't a big deal to me if he wanted to wear his shoes but that he noticed and took them off any way was really nice. For the price and quality of work, can't be beat. Had Fabio raise our range over the stove up higher because it was too close and wasn't venting properly. This meant he had to take down the range, cut down a kitchen cabinet and the doors to a smaller size, then put it all back together. He did such a good job that I had him come back and do some plaster on our ceiling where we had pot lights installed on a previous job. Cabinet came out great, ceiling came out nice and level. He also returned a week or so later to sand and patch a few spots to make it perfect. Everything looks like it was done that way originally. Would recommend. read more

Once I contacted him, he made an intial visit to inspect the work so that he give us a fair quote. On the day of the installation they arrive per schedule and didnt waste time finishing the work. Even though we had some setbacks( the fuse on the fan light was broken and the switches were not compatible with the fans we bought, and the Jbox opening was a little too big for the lights),he suggested that he can do that additional workas long as I can get the parts. I found Fabio from a friend. He was very responsive and came over for an estimate even though it was holiday season. Fabio gave me a quote for installation of a bathroom fan and shower door, among a slew of small jobs I requested on the side. Since I have a master bath fan which is adjacent to guest bath, Fabio sites that 99% of houses should have an outlet to the fan and he can easily hook up new fan with existing outlet. So we agreed on a price and he showed up on time as we have scheduled. To our surprise, my house fell into the 1% and the fan for my master bath was going into the attic. Even though this incurs extra work, but Fabio honors the quote he gave me and added a fan outlet for me.
