Alex is fantastic. The gutter on one side of our house was knocked loose during a fumigation, so we reached out to Alex for help. Not only did he do a great job of fixing the gutter, he also checked our roof tiles for damage that he said was typical during fumigation and found a few cracked tiles. He then found replacement tiles that were discontinued and came back a week later to replace the cracked tiles. On top of all of that, everything was reasonably priced. We wanted to clean our gutters before fall rain and went through Yelp to get quotes from multiple gutter cleaning services. Alexander and "9 Dollar Emergency" was one of the first companies to respond. His communication was great, even answering questions that I was about to ask (which was regarding workers comp and liability insurance for the people who were going to do the job). Price was fair and competitive, very similar to the other companies. My gutters have gutter guards installed, and he patiently answered all my questions regarding whether or not that would cause a problem, if there was any price increase for the work of removing the guards, possibly cleaning them out, and re-installing them. (There was no price increase, and he is very experienced in gutter guards and there was no issue). All of the communication was done via Yelp chat, which was really convenient. We set up an appointment and he earned my business. When it came to the day, Alexander texted when he was heading over, and gave an accurate ETA. Very considerate! Upon meeting Alexander, he was very professional and friendly and VERY knowledgeable. He explained everything and told me why we sometimes had rain fall like a waterfall over certain parts of the house. He found a bird's nest in one of the gutters. He moved his car without asking when he learned I had to run a quick errand. Alexander was awesome. Job took about 2 hours for two story house with 120 linear feet of gutters.
