I had requested a quote for cleaning gutters and gave a sqft, and Eco Bay Cleaning gave me a rough estimate which was fair and I really liked the responsiveness of our communication. I accepted the quote and we arranged a time for it which was very fast as well. On the day of the appointment, 4 people showed up promptly and in a few minutes they gave me an accurate and also fair estimate (within the initial rough estimate). Nahum and his team were incredible. They went above and beyond in helping my parents clean their roof, even helping patch a hole they found! This was no ordinary cleaning either. This was a 2 story, very steep, and complicated spanish tile roof. There was so much to clean that it had created a dam and started flooding into the house. They cleared the dam, cleaned everywhere else on the roof, didn't crack any tiles and took before and after photos after helping patch a hole. Amazing. Nahum and team were fantastic in cleaning out my second story gutters and downspouts and also installing gutter guards. He brought two people with him to help. All were masked up as well. I first had Eco Bay clean our windows last year, they did a great job. We have a lot of old windows and they leak if pressure washed. Eco Bay washed all of them, inside and out, by hand with no mess. The windows looked great. So when winter came, I called them out again to clean the gutters. They came out next day, cleaned out the downspouts and gutters and picked up the mess. I hired Eco Bay to give me an estimate on house cleaning and window cleaning. I decided to hire them for my windows. I explained clearly that I needed to have all the tracks pulled out and cleaned underneath. When the crew came out to clean, they did not appear to be cleaning under the tracks so I reiterated that I was quoted for a thorough cleaning including removing the tracks. I was told they would do that, but when I checked the first two windows it was not done. I told them I didn't have the time to monitor all their work and that it needed to be done correctly. They asked me to call their boss and then said they had an emergency to go to and left my house without finishing the job. They left furniture that was moved and the only two windows that were supposedly clean were still left dirty. I called the supervisor Eric who said he would have a team meeting and get back to me. He never did. I called to see if they could have another crew come out as I was counting on it to be done before next weekend and he said after a very long story to find a new company to do the work.
