I was surprised to find that other florist in the city were not open on Saturdays and would not deliver on a Saturday, but Brea florist took care of everything for us The arrangements were beautiful, fairly priced, and most of all took the stress off of our family very quickly We actually use the large arrangement to place flowers at the gravesites of other family members later in the week! ​I visited this shop to order delivery for a friend's funeral. After I spent time selecting an arrangement and agreeing on a $20 delivery fee with an employee, the owner intervened. Instead of finalizing the sale, she told me to find a shop closer to the delivery location. I came here for the convenience that it was nearby. She essentially saying not to "bother" and to take my business elsewhere. I've never been treated so poorly by a local business, especially while grieving. I was trying to support the local business, too. They clearly don't want my business now or in the future. I will not recommend this place. read more

Called to get some pricing for a corsage and bouquet for my daughter's prom. Spoke to a very nice person who answered all my questions and I was able to walk in later that day to place my order! Easy to find florist near Downtown Brea. On the corner, plenty of parking. Walked in and was able to quickly place the order. I showed her a photo and she was able to jot some notes to confirm what we wanted. Walked in on pick up day and she immediately remembered our order and went to grab it from the fridge. She gave us some tips on keeping them fresh. They came out beautiful and my daughter was so happy! Photos don't do them justice! The bouquet is still in water and looking great! Had to find a last minute florist for sympathy flowers after driving around at 8am on a random weekday. Luckily they were open early and very accommodating. I've had experience with other florists shop where they overcharge but the flowers look so sparse and "cheap". Walked in and was immediately assisted and asked what I was looking for. They said it'll take 15 min and came out with this beautiful arrangement! The other two places I went said no flowers are readily available and it'll be available in a few hours but I needed something right away and Brea Florist came through! Price was reasonable and the arrangement was perfect! Would stop by again if I need flowers. Definitely recommend. read more

They made a corsage and a boutonnière for my son and his girlfriend. They were very friendly and let me go to the back to pick out the ribbon color. I appreciated them offering me to take a look at their large selection as the yellow color was very specific. They also somewhat customized the corsage because the person who was going to wear it was very petite and we didn't want the corsage to be overwhelming on her frame. Received a beautiful bouquet for birthday it's been six days and still fresh looking! I've replaced a couple of flowers that have wilted from my garden no problem day six Hydrangea wilted day five but removed it, trimmed it and placed in boiling water for a few hours and it came back to life. This is a review for the way I was treated for NOT buying anything from Brea Florist. I placed an order for a bouquet to be sent to a rehab center the other day. The person that took my order was very polite and accommodating, but what impressed me the most was that she called me back later in the day, and said that they had called the hospital, and the facility didn't allow flowers. She said she would credit my account for the amount I had been charged. The next day I checked my charge and I still hadn't received credit. I called her back and she couldn't have been nicer. She double checked her accounts and told me she was sure I would get credit, but if not to please give her another call.
