I got married October 26, 2019. I hate myself for waiting so long to write this review. I absolutely adore this flower shop! Fatima was so incredible to work with and listened to everything that I needed and wanted for my wedding. I wanted the reception flowers to be colorful and my bouquet to stand out and that's exactly what I got. I asked her for marigolds because as cheesy as it sounds marigolds guide the ones that aren't with us anymore home and she made sure they were everywhere. It made me feel as though my dad was able to be there with me. Towards the end of the night all of our tias were fighting for a centerpiece. I don't have any stand alone photos of the boutonnières or corsages but my brothers and groom had marigolds and everyone else had roses. I had a special request, and both the Florist and the delivery driver went way above and beyond what I requested.

I ordered flowers online on Saturday September 2, 2023 for a friend's birthday to be delivered on Monday, September 4, 2023. My friend never received her flowers, even though I received an email asking how the delivery was. I called Accent On Flowers on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 and the girl told me they were closed on Monday. Their website confirmed my order on Saturday and then proceeded to send an email on Tuesday asking about the delivery that never occurred on Monday. I will NEVER use this unreliable florist ever again. read more

Worse customer service ever! My wife tried to call to check the status of our order, she called both numbers one kept asking for a pin number and then cutting her off and the other number hadn't been set up yet ??? So she went to the website to get info. couldn't get anything without creating an account. After creating an account it said our order was in progress, and it continued to say in progress until the next morning! She called her sister, who had just lost her husband if she received the flowers. She said she received them yesterday @ 10:00am with no notice to me that they had been delivered. She also sent an e-mail with no response and gave a 20% tip. For the worse service ever! Their should always be a way to speak to a service rep. We will never use your services again. read more

Got introduced through a friend and I couldn't have asked for more!!! I wanted fresh flower accents on my gradation cap to make myself stand out of the crowd and boy did I get it! Trisha made a custom flower crown for me off of a sample picture, followed my specifications and even went out of her way to get me the specific flowers I wanted (even though she didn't have them in stick). Above and BEYOND! The flower crown looked amazing in my cap and I got sooooo many compliments! It also looked great without the cap as well! I got double use out of it! Awesome! I wanted yellow and white chrysanthemums and she added other small flowers and greens to really tie it together! It sure made my graduation pictures unique and made me feel special! So SAD. I ordered a very specific pink, orange and lime green arrangement for $56.40 plus tax and delivery, for my sister in laws Birthday. Something was delivered but it looked NOTHING like what I ordered. It was red and white (like Xmas) and on the website is listed at $29.95. When I called to complain, there was NO apology. Only "we can deliver another thing on Monday". I said no thats after her birthday and would just be confusing, and please have the owner or manager call me. So I get a call from a guy who says, "well you got a more expensive item (lie) and we can give you an in store credit". I said no I live in San Diego. What a great find! Trisha, the owner, is a sweetheart! She did my flowers for my engagement party! I had wanted pink calla lilies and orchids to be submerged in water. She executed the idea to a tee! Very easy to work with, she's very creative but can she definitely follow directions too if you're particular like me! Her prices are very fair! I needed flowers delivered, same day, to my daughter at Cal State Fullerton. I ordered the arrangement late in the morning on Monday. I received a call that the peonies would not be available until Wednesday, and was offered a wide variety of replacement flowers. I know nothing about flowers, and asked for the florist to choice a similar replacement. I called my daughter about an hour later, and as we were FaceTiming, the flowers were delivered. The arrangement was even more beautiful than the one I had chosen from the website. Stellar customer service, beautiful and timely arrangement. I had someone from out of state order flowers from here for me. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful, however when I sent a picture to the person who purchased them for me, they weren't very happy. They had asked for a long lasting arrangement of flowers, and they were disappointed that some of the roses looked like they were dying. So they called the florist to ask them to go and change out the flowers. They said I could stop by and have them change it out. Not a big deal for me to do, it was on my way home... This is where I wasn't impressed at all The lady knew who I was when I walked in with the flowers. I was like, okay she is going to make this right...but then she made me feel as if it was my fault that the flowers were dying. The arrangement was delivered to my work in the morning, and I got to work at 1:00, there is no way the flowers opened up that quickly and then began to wilt. She told me we must of not had the air on, which in fact it was on. Apparently, I made the mistake of putting my flowers close to an air vent, hoping they would perk up a bit.. She then went on and told me that the arrangement was originally $95 but they gave the people purchasing a deal of $65. This is totally unprofessional and inappropriate. They did do the right thing in changing out the flowers. They added more flowers than they took out, and added flowers that hadn't opened up yet. (what the people ordering asked for in the first place.) As I was getting ready to leave, the lady up front reminded me to tip the florist if I was happy with the flowers... Really??? Today, I stopped here to purchase flowers for a Jr. High graduation around the corner. There were many premade arrangements that were beautiful, but not what I was looking for. They were also $40+, there wasn't a single simple arrangement under $40. My options were single roses in cellophane or small/medium arrangements $40+. There was close to no "loose" flowers to BYO. I asked for a few of what they had and the woman made my arrangement. I was charged $25 (removing tax after I expressed my surprise at the cost) for this bouquet. The woman was very nice and the shop was clean, but I will not be coming here for future purchases. This flower shop, based off today's visit, does not leave room for selection and is pretty pricey compared to many of the flower shops around Fullerton. read more

Excellent customer service and communication! My manager is ill so my department decided to send flowers to her home. We found Accent on Flowers here on Yelp, went to their website, Rashida helped us place the order, and within an hour we got a thank you email from our manager! I purchased a premium size bouquet for an anniversary and the delivered flowers looked nothing like the photos on the website. The delivered floral arrangement was very cheap and very small. Boyfriend bought me flowers from here for valentines day. They were sooo beautiful! (i added a pic) He also ordered chocolate covered strawberries from here too. The strawberries were really fresh and sweet. Not sure what kind of chocolate they use to dip their strawberries, but it's really good. This place is really hidden and is next to many stores (Liquor, subway, etc) but it's before MexicAzn so don't pass it! So happy that it was open at 6pm on a week DAY! Came to get some get-well flowers for a family member and the girl who helped me was so sweet! She showed me her samples and though it didn't fit what I wanted at first, she did her best to give me other options (which did satisfied me in the end). Ordered the love and devotion flowers (2 dozen long stem roses) for delivery today. They only delivered 1 dozen! If my girlfriend didn't send me a picture of the flowers, I would never have known! The manager/owner Rashida stated that they are short on roses. What kind of excuse is that? on valentines day? really? Never ordering from this place again. They charged me $151 and expected to delivery only a dozen roses when I paid for 2 dozen? They offered to pick up the roses, add another dozen and redeliver them!! The surprise is already spoiled and this would be the worst vday flower delivery ever! After a mistake like this, they should refund the order...... After a Google search for floral graduation caps, I came across Accent on Flowers and knew I had to have her flowers for my graduation day. I dropped in about 4 days before my graduation and told her I wanted something that matched my school colors. The day of my graduation I returned to pick it up a few hours before the ceremony and I was so in love. She did a wonderful job, priced it very fair, and gave me a graduation balloon, which was incredibly sweet of her. I will definitely be back for my future flower needs. read more

Here is my honest review based on today's visit. I actually did not make a purchase when I visited here. I just came to stop by after lunch to see their selection. Immediately, when I walked in, the atmosphere felt very "light." I then realized it was because of the people who worked there who were sincerely welcoming and friendly. I learned they changed ownership, which accounted for the way the environment felt differently. I imagine it would be easy to put a customized order in with them. They have a nice selection of flowers here, though it is not extensive. I like how they have lovely arrangements that are inexpensive. You can tell they put care and effort into them. It is a simple store in its current state, but perhaps that will change under its new ownership. I think they can really run with the title and do a lot with accents on their arrangements, like crystal accents. They seemed to have some pieces already (i.e. birds, butterflies, etc.), which were really cute. I think it would boost their sales to go a little more of a modern route. Perhaps get creative with the wrapping like using printed kraft paper with a matching ribbon if not already. Some cosmetic changes to the interior and furnishings would also help. Hopefully they are working on this :-). Overall, I had a positive experience here. Nice people who are eager to help you and ready-made flower arrangements at great prices. read more

This place need to work on their customer service. 1st time my husband sent me flowers from here at the end of January for my birthday. The arrangement was nice, flowers lasted a while but it was not the arrangement he had chosen when he bought it. The lady who delivered it was very nice, handed me her card and asked me to leave a review. The now was on a card with their name and even the vase had a sticker with their name. 2nd time my husband ordered was for Valentine's day and the order never arrived. My husband called over and over leaving voicemails with no reply. It ended up being delivered the next day with an apology. She said their system crashed and handed me a free cupcake as an apology. The lady made sure there was no name anywhere, even the note card was blank! When I asked for a card she said she wasn't carrying any and left. Again the flowers were not what was ordered and when I tried the cupcake it tasted burnt. We have been calling since then to get a reimbursement for the shitty service and nobody returns calls! My wedding was 10/13/12 and they did all of my flowers... I have to say that Trisha was an absolute doll to work with! She made our wedding look so beautiful and it was beyond everything that we had discussed in all of our meetings! If I could give one piece of advice... let Trisha know what your budget is, then bring in pictures (even the ones completely beyond your budget) and tell/show her about your theme for your wedding.
