I called the shop and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and took no credit for their terrible work nor did she offer any remedy. I tried to stress to her that the bouquet that was ordered looked nothing like the picture that was advertised and her response was that "they don't go by pictures." - then how am I supposed to know what it will look like and why was a picture ever advertised in the first place? This was for a monumental birthday for someone very special in my life and I am so extremely upset that this is the gift they received. It's an embarrassment. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. You'd be better off getting a bouquet from Trader Joe's for 1/5 of the price.

Fatima was so incredible to work with and listened to everything that I needed and wanted for my wedding. I wanted the reception flowers to be colorful and my bouquet to stand out and that's exactly what I got. I asked her for marigolds because as cheesy as it sounds marigolds guide the ones that aren't with us anymore home and she made sure they were everywhere. It made me feel as though my dad was able to be there with me. Towards the end of the night all of our tias were fighting for a centerpiece. I don't have any stand alone photos of the boutonnières or corsages but my brothers and groom had marigolds and everyone else had roses.
