We picked up the apple pie after looking over the other items. The owner said they are in the early discussions of baking bread to include sourdough items. We can't wait for the fresh baked bread. As far as our apple pie, it's delicious! Apples are fresh with a bit sweet and sour tasting and with a fresh crisp bite not like that soft mushy texture like you get with store boughten pies baked who knows where and shipped in. I'll start with the good: - decent variety of flavors - two sizes - not too too pricey - takes custom orders - easy to order by phone - pretty decorations on cupcakes Now the needs-improvement: _ #1: MOVE LOCATIONS. They are not in a prime spot, but that could be overlooked. The real problem is the neighboring a nail salon and the chemical smells completely overpower the bakery smell to the point of nausea. I don't know how the girls bake in there with that smell. Move, move move!! - cupcakes were dry - website is outdated (I tried submitting a contact form and never heard back from anyone - was told they don't have access to the website since they bought the company from old owner. I HIGHLY recommend they either gain access or ask the previous owner to shut the site down) - it has flavors and pricing they no longer carry so it's misleading. - photos on website are prettier (and different) that what you get when you order - seemed like every cupcake was pretty much an iced and decorated version of banana bread, chocolate or vanilla (obviously with the exception of the strawberry or red velvet). It's not awful but I have experienced (MUCH) better cupcakes (and actually from this cupcakery BEFORE it was sold to the current owners). I don't think it's a total failure and with a few adjustments they could probably make some improvements for the better. Truth be told. if I needed cupcakes in the near future, I would look for other options before I tried them again just to see if this town has something a little better to offer.

We had SO many compliments, I could not have been happier. I will use Coco's for all of my baking needs in the future! When I picked them up the presentation was sloppy (looked like a five year old had made and decorated them) and tasted horrible. No one wanted to eat more than one. She also left them out at room temperature and the cream cheese icing was melting off of the cupcakes. When I talked to her about it the next day, she hollered and yelled at me over the phone. Then called back and said it was because she had had a busy week. No one deserves that type of treatment or product. I will be taking my business to other bakeries in the area.

Also, while I was there, the young woman who acted like she was the manager appeared very ageist towards an older employee, talking down to her in public in front of customers.
