Very disappointing. Unfortunately, the cake that we were charged $75 dollars for was not worth that in the least. My husband ordered a custom cake from Shana's bakery for my 60th birthday. I feel terrible for him because he was so proud, having had taken the time to research and order a custom made cake, not just a grocery store cake like we have done in the past. Unfortunately, it was the most expensive, and yet worst tasting cake we have ever had. I would have preferred a cake from the grocery store. The cake itself was extremely dense. It was difficult even to slice, and nowhere near moist. It appeared to have been baked several days before because it's texture was like that of an old, stale cake. The chocolate icing was thick and very stiff with a bitter after taste. It too seemed old. My entire family was very disappointed, as well. I don't know, perhaps Shana was having an off week. I was planning on trying the casseroles but have since changed my mind. It's not worth taking the chance, considering the cost. I don't have any problem paying more for a premium product but the cake we received definitely was not of that category. read more

New here. Saw this place across the street from street eats and walked inside- great pastry selection- MUST GET CINNAMON ROLLs!!! Everything's baked right on premises and they even have a back patio and will serve lunch with tea/lemonade read more
