The tacos are street-style, and the tortilla itself is a tasty vehicle for whatever protein you get. And the various toppings that you get, including the salsas, provide brightness, heat, and crunch to make the experience much more enjoyable. i have noticed, though, that the tortilla sometimes slightly breaks when the sauces from the meat sit on it for a few minutes when serving. I think having a double tortilla for their tacos would fix this problem. The quesadillas are my favorite item - they're cooked perfectly every time, and the cheese that melts within it creates such a luxurious, decadent meal. My favorite proteins are the pastor, which you've most likely seen at other places as well, cholito (beef and cheese), and pastorcito (pork and cheese). I've never seen the latter two offered as meat options anywhere else, and after having them here, I'm wondering where they've been all my life. Absolutely fantastic! Pricing is comparable to other taco food trucks in Seattle. The food truck itself is situation in the parking lot of a Chevron gas station, so there is a small parking lot, if needed. Also, there are a few tables set up right outside of the food truck in case you want to eat there. A very good option for quality Mexican food if you're in the area. I'll continue to go back if I'm craving Mexican for lunch.
