But that makes me think that multiple people have asked for utensils from NBC and went nextdoor like I did when they weren't provided. I saw there was a dollar store on the other side of the plaza and ended up getting a pack of 60 forks from there for $1.33. That's obviously really cheap so that's not my issue, I just find it odd that an establishment would sell food without providing utensils to eat with, especially if it's requested commonly. (The Chinese restaurant probably spent more printing that sign than NBC could have buying 100 forks to keep on hand. Comical!)
