Bread Winners located inside North Park mall sits in the middle of the shopping mall, with the beautiful courtyard in their backyard. The wins: the Farmhouse scramble (I ordered my potatoes and bacon extra crispy) was as good as ever. It comes with three eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes, and onion. I deducted a star as I ordered mine specifically with no onions and alas, they came out with onions cooked inside the scramble. The food took a while to come out and I just dealt with it as I didn't want to wait any longer. I do appreciate them offering to redo it. I also ordered a latte and fresh grapefruit juice. The biggest bonus was enjoying the nice weather out on the courtyard at North Park.

The food is tremendous, the service is top notch because it looks to me as they hire seasoned competent adults with good common sense so the order is ALWAYS right and that means a lot. The ambiance is always a good considerate crowd. I recommend the Scrambles and the bananas foster. I always take out of town guests here to make me look good. Any Bread Winners location will do!

First time here and this place is nice. It was a little cool the day I came so I ate inside but they have a lovely outside dining area. They have alot of great dishes on the menu so I definitely plan to return and try some of them. I had breakfast and everything on my plate was delicious. The service was good and fast even with this place being crowded on a Saturday. Bread Winners is definitely a winner in my book if you are looking for great food.

Great breakfast with a capital G. Just straight up deliciousness. Over 30 years ago the original opened on McKinney Ave long before uptown was uptown. It was a fantastic discovery that faded somewhat as they expanded to multiple locations. I stopped patronizing 5 or 6 years ago. However,if today's grub is an indication,They're back and so am I. Get the cinnamon roll for sure. It's worth the trip alone. Go!

Hair inside the taco when I took a bite.

Waited over 30 minutes for my food to come out then it came out with uncooked potatoes. They offered to comp it and remake it. I told them I would have to take it go because we were in a rush. When I got home to eat my tacos had hair in it. Absolutely disgusting

A classic staple with a cinnamon roll I DREAM about! A great brunch or lunch spot with plenty of options but the one thing you must get if their homemade cinnamon rolls! Absolute amazing. Light and fluffy and enough to share between 3-4 people!!! The croissant club was my favorite of the lunch with the wrap coming in second! Such a great classic !!!

Great brunch food and excellent service. Our waitress was outstanding, very attentive and brought out our food very quickly. She also have a great rundown of the menu and some recommendations. Vibe is elevated casual. We ordered the Normandy French toast, pancakes, and orange juice. The French toast was fluffy and delicious, and the strawberry was so good! Definitely our favorite. The pancakes were also solid and everything was very filling. The orange juice was just alright, nothing special.

This is my first time at this location and it was a bit of a let down. The mall vibes dont really do it for me. The bathroom was dirty. Service was slow. Our server was nice enough but clearly new. The food was just ok. Maybe i just ordered the wrong thing. It was just a less than impressive meal.

This is my first time coming to this place and did not know it was inside NorthPark mall! We were seated quickly, but it took them 20 minutes to tend to our table. Once our waiter came he was really great, but it was still not acceptable to wait that long. Other than that the food was good, but the eggs Benedict were just fried eggs. They had really good pastries and desserts though. Maybe I would try a different location next time.

This was a sensational breakfast I had when visiting Dallas for the week. Everything served to us was incredible. I'd describe this food as Modern Southern Classic. Yes I know that's almost an oxymoron, but they're offering familiar south dishes with an elevated approach that I appreciate. The brunch tots were a great start and the croque madame was all I needed for the rest of the day. The Normandy French toast was shared amongst the table and we all agreed how delicious it was. Service was memorable too!

My friend and I stopped by Breadwinners this past week while shopping at North Park and decided to enjoy the beautiful Texas weather by sitting on the patio. The outdoor seating is in a lovely courtyard, surrounded by shops, which made for a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. We ordered the Chicken and Waffles and the French Ham Benedict to share, and both dishes were great but not anything to write home to. I wish the waffles had more of that jalepeno flavor as they are jalepeno waffles but that is more of a personal preference. They came out quickly, and our server was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. All in all, it was a great experience, and I'm looking forward to coming back.

This location of Breadwinners has always been one of my favorites- simply because of its location within the best mall in the area. I'd give this location a 3.5: food is always delightful and fresh. However, the service always tends to be on the slower end. If you're in no hurry to get back to the bustle of Northpark, you're in luck. Food: I'm a sucker for the blueberry pancakes when I go for brunch. And the biscuits or pigs in a blanket are perfect starters for the table. Drinks are fair but not my favorite aspect of the place. The ambiance of the patio is by far the reason I keep returning. A sunny fall day looking out over the green space is unmatched and will always keep me coming back - even if it takes a couple of hours.

Came on a Sunday and we were seated pretty quickly. It wasn't too crowded and I really enjoyed the music and ambiance was chill and relaxed. Now for the food...think it was the location but I've had better at the other locations. Watermelon margarita: 8/10 this was probably the highlight of the entire meal. This was really good! Not too sweet and perfect amount of liquor. Not a fan of tajin but the drink was great. Chicken and waffles: 8/10 cooked fresh, nice size chicken breast and the waffles were decent. Pineapple upside down mimosa: 6/10 not really a fan of the flavors here. It was cute but the flavor was meh. Steak and eggs: 5/10 this dish came out cold. Steak wasn't cooked as it was ordered and neither were the eggs. The potatoes were also cold and overcooked. I enjoyed the toast though.

    Is there a party room?

Catherine, this location does not have a private room, but depending on weather we can make our covered patio private if that is an option for you. We do however have a large private room at our Plano location if that is an option.

I started with the croque monsieur, and it was exactly what I was craving. The cheese was perfectly melted and bubbly, and that hint of dill on top really pulled it all together. I also grabbed a slice of the lorraine quiche, which was incredibly savory with a crust that was so buttery and flaky it practically melted in my mouth. For dessert, the chocolate kouign-amann was a total standout, super crispy on the outside with those rich, sweet layers inside. I paired it with an iced chai latte, which was perfectly spiced and not overly sweet. They have a small outdoor seating section that is perfect for catching some fresh air while you eat. Staying open late worked in my favor as I got through DJing a show. The establishment is modeled like it's someone's house who just wanted to turn it into a food spot. Very welcoming, the lady at the register who took my order was nice. While every selection made it hard for me to choose from, I ended up going with the Cloud 9 - butterscotch, caramel, brown sugar meringue. I took the slice to go as I was heading back to Tulsa. It was so good. Every bite. I couldn't get enough. The combination of those 3 components went well together. As I was looking up the menu on their website, I noticed that none of the selections were the same from when I had my slice. That indicated to me that they have a rotating menu. That's going to make me a returning customer because I can have something new to look forward to.

The blueberry scone was fresh and although I only pinched a small bite from it, I could tell it was moister and more flavorful than most, well done! I wanted to try the Chocolate Kouign Amann, since I had no idea what it was, lol. It was packed with chocolate, but it wasn't fresh, the wonderful flaky pastry was rock hard. And now the quiche - I wanted SO much to love it - it was bursting with ham and the pastry looked lovely. But the pastry was SO hard that I couldn't even cut into it! I wanted to eat it with a fork but had to pick it up to bite the top part, since it was like wood. And the entire bottom of the quiche was drenched - when I bit into a bite from the lower part, all this water came squirting out - every bite that touched the bottom part of it was squirting water! I was so grossed out, why was this happening? Unlike my fave place La Madeleine, they only send you a slice, so sadly that was my one and only experience with Village Bakery quiche.
