My work friends and I had a surprise off day on Monday, May 4, 2026 which was amazing. We searched on Yelp for a brunch place that was in a central location to all of. We found 360 Brunch House off of Mockingbird which is very conveniently located by Mockingbird Station off of 75. We made a reservation and had the sweetest server Angie who truly made our brunch special. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and lead us to the menu choices. The food was absolutely AMAZING and the environment was PERFECT for a girls brunch date. We were able to find a nice booth area that was nice and quiet and super comfy. Angie was the absolutely best waitress, kept our glasses full, and constantly checked on us!

Yelp 100 Challenge 2025 #56 Visited on a Sunday for Brunch. The theme of the restaurant is hard to decipher. It's dimly lit with a few neon signs. Outdoor seating on the sidewalk area in the back. Parking is across the street or at a parking garage a little further but walking distance. Ordered their cinnamon roll pancake, breakfast potatoes, and two pineapple Mimosa. I will not make a special visit back, but if I am in the area, I may visit again

Came for a work lunch on a Monday around 11:30am, there were 6 of us. I got the chicken bacon ranch wrap and it was pretty tasty. However, my coworker got the chicken and waffles and the chicken was undercooked and pink (see photo). The manager came over and said "our chicken is just on the pinker side, and that's just how our chicken is". Which if you know anything about food safety is completely incorrect. Was not impressed with how he handled the situation. The gave us a 50% discount on her plate but when the gratuity was automatically included in our bill (which is fine) but it wasn't calculated correctly because it wasn't accounting for their error and the discount given. All in all- wasn't really impressed and don't plan on returning.

The hot chicken was absolutely amazing - perfectly seasoned with just the right kick. I swapped the waffles for French toast, and it was such a great choice - soft, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the chicken. For drinks, I had "Tha Berry" but substituted tequila, and it was spot on! Everything came together perfectly, and I'd definitely come back for this combo again. Service was excellent and we had a table of 7. Ambiance is causal cute

My family and I decided to checkout 369 brunch house because the previous place was not giving brunch vibes and the food selection was not great and basic. 360 brunch delivered the vibes depending on what you are looking for. When I say vibe, I mean a place where people can gather, converse, and have a good time hanging with one another instead of needing to be distracted by music and extra things. Our server was great and attentive as well. This is a good place if you looking to just converse with family, friends, or with your significant other. The drinks are really good as well and I forgot to take a picture of mine. Cowboy: 10/10.. flavorful and filling. It was seasoned just right and honestly nothing was missing. Apple Whisky French Toast: 10/10... a nice blend of sweetness to this. Both of these meals provided the perfect balance of flavor and I appreciate that.

What a cute little spot they have quite a nice menu with brunch time cocktails. They had a full bar with a bartender running when I arrived this morning. I came looking for brunch because I had just dropped my dog off at the vet and had some time to kill the coffee comes served in these very large turquoise colored cup and saucer sets which are very nice and breakfast was reasonably priced for what I got two eggs scrambled or any way you want two large chicken sausage patties that were deliciously seasoned and four mini Belgian waffles. I only ate half and took the rest home, but that's my norm. It is located in a shopping area across from West Elm, and up the street from Bath & body Works. There are a lot of physical activity franchisees in this location as well very cool and lots of parking.

Where do I start? ... my reservation was for 12:30pm My mom showed up promptly at 12:25pm and they didn't check her in, so when I arrived at 12:35pm they said my reservation was cancelled. They told me, "the rest of your party wasn't here so it was cancelled, but we'll put you back on the list." Usually places have a 15 minute grace period. 5 minutes late and cancelled? Ok. The lack of organization at the front door is crazy too. They had people crowding around the podium and you can't tell who is checking in from who is just waiting around. When we were finally seated, we ordered our drinks. They came within 20 minutes, and when the drinks arrived we ordered our food. Our waiter's name was Drake - he was very kind and helped us make our decision for food. Food took 50 minutes to arrive - this is no exaggeration. My husband's burrito was served with sour cream packets and small to go salsa containers. I find this to be cheap and very tacky. He asked to substitute chorizo for steak and they uncharged an additional $8 and didn't add much at all to his burrito. $23 for a breakfast burrito with mostly cheese and veggies. I got the chicken bacon ranch wrap - I'd rate it 6/10. The music kept going in and out because it was connected to someone's phone over Bluetooth. I'd like to add the decor is very minimal, this place was extremely crowded for subpar service from the hosts and food not being that great. My mother and I exchanged words with the manager who was a tall Asian man (I forgot his name), and when we tried to give feedback he was looking everywhere else but at us. No eye contact, and no reverence at all for what we had to say. I was completely thrown off by the vibes of this place and I wouldn't ever return.

Ask for Angie! She was so sweet and attentive! The Grilled Peaches French Toast was a overwhelming portion and delicious. You can tell the peaches weren't just in a skillet but really grilled! Everything was fresh and hot. My sister got the Chilaquiles, she said it was seasoned and the different textures were a HIT! She said, her preference would be to add an extra egg to the dish especially if you're an egg lover. The drinks were great as well but I notice most places in Dallas serve their cocktails with a lot of ice so eventually the drinks get watered down. The only downside. All in all, I would return! The restroom and indoor seating were clean and the atmosphere was pleasant.

Nice place and they handle reservations and wait time well.. they kept us informed as much as possible, but I feel like the wait list just took forever to move! They have unique food items like French toast pancakes! Swear I never thought of anything like it.. and it was good.. we did eventually get seated towards closing so whatever they had at first they didn't so no lobster or flaming anything.. bummer but hey I get it.. I should have had reservations! The food wasn't bad but the corners of my French toast was a lil hard.. Overall I'd go back again with a group of people just to sample the menu, because they did have a good bit of things worth tasting

I thought my chicken was perfectly fried, and the waffles were good too! Came on a Saturday and was seated after a 25 minute wait for a party of two. The inside is decorated super cute, and there's also patio seating available!

We tried this place recently for brunch and had a good experience. We had a party of 3 so we couldn't make a reservation online (4 or more). There was a party of 15 that had a reservation in front of us that the restaurant wasn't prepared for. The hostess disappeared for 10 min to get that situated while the other parties piled up at the front. Once we got seated, the service was good. The food came out quick. The Baja chicken breakfast bowl, 2 egg breakfast and chocolate chip pancakes were all great. The portion sizes were great for the price. The food came out before my wife's mimosa, but only because it sat at the bar for a bit. Overall, we had a good experience and we will try it again when we are in the area.

360 Brunch House was like striking brunch gold--and yes, I'm still thinking about it. We stopped in after an early morning of community service with the Hotcake Hustle, already hungry and tired, and this place absolutely delivered. From the moment we walked in, the energy was right, the service was on point, and the food did not come to play. Shoutout to our server, Jewel--friendly, attentive, and let's just say... easy on the eyes. Service with a smile always hits harder. Food-wise? Kaleah and I ordered the Cowboy bowl--steak bites, scrambled eggs with cheese, and potatoes. Let me be very clear: this was real steak, not that shaved mystery meat trying to pass for beef. Seasoned well, cooked right, and hearty enough to recover from volunteering and living. Another friend ordered the French Toast, and honestly, the picture tells the whole story--golden, fluffy, and tasting exactly how it looked. Someone else went with the Chicken Ranch Wrap with fries, and that plate was cleaned... which is always the real review. Now let's talk drinks, because brunch without cocktails is just breakfast with responsibilities. We had a French 75, an Old Fashioned, and a Classic Margarita, and every single one was crafted exceptionally well. Balanced, smooth, and poured with intention--not heavy-handed chaos, not watered-down regret. Respect. Overall, 360 Brunch House checks all the boxes: great food, strong cocktails, solid service, and a vibe that feels celebratory without being chaotic. If you're looking for a place that understands brunch is both a meal and a mood, this is it. I'll absolutely be back.

There is a sentence on CBD Provisions' Instagram that I want to read to you because it is doing a…read morelot of work in very few words. "A brasserie in boots." That's it. That's the whole thing. French discipline, Texas spirit, six syllables, no further explanation offered or required, and if you do not immediately understand exactly what that means the moment you walk into The Joule on Main Street then I do not know what to tell you except that the rosemary tallow fries are going to clarify things very quickly. CBD Provisions opened in 2013 as the Joule Hotel's in-house restaurant, became famous for a crispy pig's head carnitas that required you to pull strips of meat off an actual half pig's head at the table and tuck them into tortillas, which is a dish so committed to its own bit that it belongs in a museum, and then closed in July 2025 for a months-long renovation that brought in new culinary director Sezer Deniz. Deniz trained under Chef Jean Paul Naquin at the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France. He has twenty-plus years in Michelin-starred kitchens including Alinea in Chicago. He is now making breakfast tacos inside a hotel in downtown Dallas and I want to be very clear that this is a promotion. The room has exposed brick and wood floors and steel beams and mosaic tile and antique mirrors and railcar booth seating and a center banquette and stone tabletops, all of which sounds like it should be competing with itself but instead produces the specific feeling of a place that has been here long enough to know what it is. I sat at the bar, which is the correct place to sit, and ordered the short rib corn cake stack, which is braised short rib and avocado and two poached eggs and a poblano hollandaise and which arrives looking like the cover of a cookbook that does not exist but absolutely should. The poblano hollandaise is the detail I keep returning to. Not regular hollandaise. Poblano hollandaise. Someone in that kitchen made a decision to take a classical French sauce with two centuries of culinary tradition behind it and introduce it to a pepper from Puebla, Mexico, and what resulted is something that makes you look at regular hollandaise and think, you had potential, you just never reached it. I ate the entire thing and then contemplated ordering another one and then did not because I am a person with limits, technically. The CBD Provisions burger is a double smash with American cheese and grilled onion and house pickles and something called fancy sauce, which is a name I respect enormously because it is not pretending to be anything other than exactly what it is. It comes with rosemary tallow fries, which are the reason I will order this burger every time I come here for the rest of my life. Rosemary. Tallow. Fries. Three words that in combination produce something that should be legally classified as a controlled substance. French in method, Texan in manner. Boots and a brasserie. The Joule has been on Main Street for years and CBD Provisions has been feeding people inside it for over a decade, new chef and new tile floors notwithstanding, and it has figured out the thing that most hotel restaurants never figure out, which is that the goal is not to remind you that you are eating in a hotel. The goal is to make you forget entirely. I forgot entirely. The tallow fries helped.
