Stopped by for a quick run of a typical Cuban breakfast fix. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a "Good morning" from the employees behind the counters and ready to attend me with a smile and a " what would you like to order?" My order was 2 cafe con leches and box of some assorted pastelitos and croquetas. Ordered the traditional Cuban all time favorite pastry of guava, guava and cheese and another and two coconut pastries. Also one of their one of a kind pastelitos , can't get anywhere else which is the chorizo one. Soo yummy. In addition, I ordered smoked ham croquetas which were the bomb! Love this place and happy they have this other location on the east side of Hialeah. Usually I visit the one on the west side where they are very courteous and even recognize me but these employees on the east side were just as nice. Definitely will stop by again. read more

I try and come here every weekend, great Cuban food and fast service. This place never disappoints and the ladies are very nice.

I came to Breadman with a few friends on an East Hialeah food crawl; this was our first stop. I'm a fan of this local franchise from their original spot near Miami Lakes. In fact, one of the employees working Saturday used to work in that store. Service was attentive to both our group and other customers. As far as this trip, I kept it light with both their manchego and house made ham croquettes plus a Cortadito. The croquetas warm, fresh and flavorful. My cafecito had had the right amount of sugar (not overly so) and a good shot of caffeine. There were plenty of tempting sweets that took a lot of willpower to hold off. My favorite from here is their classic guava & Nutella pastelitos though. read more

So much love for the Breadman bakery. It's the perfect mix of old school and new twists on Cuban bakery favorites. I have been a few times to this newer location and decided to take a group of friends who haven't ventured out to Hialeah much. They loved it! There's a lot that goes into the experience of a good bakery. Lots of counter space, friendly workers, good cafecito, and definitely a delicious croqueta. Breadman has it all. Croquetas and empanadas are great, In my experience their pastries have to be eaten at the establishment if not they get soggy real quick, especially the pizza pastelitos. Their milk shakes are awesome, have to be my highlight there paired with some beef empanadas. Service is great just have a long wait sometimes. Place does get cramped pretty quickly. read more

My heart is forever a Vicky bakery girl however was headed on an early roadtrip and Vicky doesn't open until 6am but guess who is open at 530am. Yup, the new east Hialeah bread man saved the road trip. We had so many laughs with the staff, and praised them about my favorite dish (arroz imperial) they make it the best. We ordered almost half of the bakery and then were able to go off on our adventure. Love how cute they decorated and the tribute to el Indio bakery. read more

The Mamey Shake I ordered was too thick and way too sweet! I had to ask for ice to water it down. I'm not used to having so much sugar especially adding white sugar to an already sweet pulp of mamey. It was quite disappointing. The ham croqueta and guava pastelitos were equally underwhelming. More dough than filling for both.The croqueta filling seems underbaked too. Came here today for the first time and I must say I have found a gem in hialeah. Girls recommend to have the Rico suave as a breakfast sandwich and I was in total shock it had so much flavor and big. I also had a cafe con leche which was very yummy I loved that they asked me how I would like it and they were very attentive. I also took a box of pastries with different varieties "they even had Nutella pastery" which was delicious wish I would have got more my husband loved the chorizo and cheese pastery and the house croquets.
