I've only ever ordered a drink a handful of times I was there, and they were all just okay. But as I prefaced at the beginning of this review, during the evening time a portion of the upstairs area turns into a bar, and they serve small bites! I happened to be there during this transition, and my friend and I figured we should try a few things from their menu. The service was great. Our waitress/the bartender answered a lot of our questions and was very friendly. The food was pretty decent for a cafe; I wouldn't come here specifically for these items. Okay I absolutely loved this place! I went here after an appointment in the area, and now i'm contemplating coming OTP once a week just to work from this coffee shop. The ambiance is great and there are plenty of seats for folks to work from. I ordered the Dalgona coffee and it was 10/10. Perfect coffee flavor to sweetness ratio. The cheese danish was also fresh and filling. The price point was great ($13 pre tip for both!) and customer service was excellent. Please give this place a try if you're in the area. The Ube Cream Latte tasted pretty typical, but when you get a sip of the ube part, it was thick and creamy and tasted good on its own. I did not finish the drink as it belonged to my friend, but I think mixing everything together probably makes it taste better. My friend thought the Bagel Pizza was fine and I found the Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Croissant to be very savory despite it being a "basic" sandwich. My honest rating of this spot would be a 3.75/5 stars, but I would come back here to study, do work, or chill with friends. However I was left confused after finishing the drink within 3-4 sips. ESPECIALLY when I selected 'easy ice' as an option. Good study cafe. They have an upstairs with plenty of tables and 2 private rooms. The outdoor patio is really nice, the tables have umbrellas and there are fans. You can order downstairs at the counter or upstairs at an ordering screen. The pandan and ube lattes are decent. The foam on top was creamy and delicious the first time I ordered the ube latte, but the second time it was waxy. For the strawberry cream matcha, the "strawberry" was essentially flavorless, and more liquidy than creamy. I also thought the matcha could have been made stronger, but it was decent. The Dalgona latte was interesting because of the caramelized sugar rocks on top, but the coffee itself was mid. That said, the largest size for drinks is 32 oz for $8, which is wild for cafe drinks. This place definitely learns more on the quantity than quality side, but it's good for if you're looking for a spot to sit for hours and sip something sweet. Parking Location is in a strip mall and parking is abundant. Restaurant The restaurant is clearly marked. Upon entering the restaurant we were pleasantly surprised. Very nice ambiance. Plenty of seating and we were greeted as we entered the door. There is a 2nd floor with a bar and patio. Food The food was actually good. We ordered the breakfast sandwich with bacon and egg on a brioche bun. We also ordered the ham Hawaiian pretzel. Both were fresh, hot and very tasty. It's their soft opening!! It's my first time at a two story cafe (stairs and elevator provided). Great study cafe, almost as if it was geared to it. There's numerous tables and outlets. Upstairs there's even two private rooms for a group or group study and a balcony area where you can sit outside. There's savory food and snacks like pizza and sweets like waffles, cake, and souffle. Easy free parking in the lot. The pandan latte was good! But I'm not actually sure what pandan is supposed to taste like. The presentation was good with the pandan creme on top. Came here with friends and it was a lot of fun! They have a little rooftop. It's just a street in Duluth outside but still had a great atmosphere on the rooftop. Drinks are amazing. I had a Java chip frap type drink. Recommended by the barista too. Loved it. I was tempted to get the Vietnamese coffee variants but it was like 10pm and I didn't want to be up all night. Checked out the new coffee chain from Korea! My cousin got the ube latte and I got the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. The ube latte was good, and the flavor was strong. It was still present a few hours later when it was a bit watered down. The croissant was flaky, crispy, and warm. It was very delicious and for 5.50, it was not a bad price for a sandwich. They have some menu items that are all-day breakfast. This croissant was one of them. However, if you're looking for lunch, it is not quite available. They have a sign that says lunch 11:30-close with some sandwich options, but they said they are not serving that menu. Not sure if it's because they're still in the soft opening phase? However, would recommend the croissant! And want to try the garlic cheese cube bread next time. Could be a good place to study. There's two floors, and it's relatively quiet with some tables and booths. Music is not too loud. It's just instrumental cafe music. Went today, I got a ube iced latte, a dalgona latte & a garlic cheese bagel. When I got there everyone was so nice & it had a great ambience. There were great options for seating. The ube latte was a perfect level of sweet as is & great flavor. The dalgona latte was on the sweeter side but had a really good flavor. I would get again if I could do half sweet. The garlic cheese bagel might have been my favorite part tbh. It took some time but very worth it. It was a mozzarella stuffed bagel with a garlic honey butter. Would absolutely recommend. Coffee: I got an iced vanilla latte and it tasted burnt. Barely any ice so I'm drinking kind of warm ish coffee. They do have about 4 sizes to choose from. Service: No greeting when I came in and took forever to greet me when I came to the counter. Great. Worst experience ever. Me and a group of friends just needed a place to chill and talk, so we went into Tom Toms. I've been here before, but this time was completely different. We weren't hungry, so we didn't order anything at first (maybe that's on us, whatever), and two of my friends grabbed matcha from the café next door. The waitress walked over and told us outside food wasn't allowed, said there's a sign (we didn't see it), so we apologized. She literally told us it's okay, just don't do it next time. Meanwhile there were like 3 other people sitting there with outside drinks and she said nothing to them. So we're sitting there, quiet, not messy, not loud -- literally just chatting and playing on our phones. She keeps eyeing us like she's watching us for no reason. Then she comes back and tells us we need to buy something or leave. Fine. I don't want problems, so I get up and buy a drink. Twenty minutes later, everything is calm... until the owner storms over out of nowhere, mad for no reason. The café isn't busy at all. He starts yelling at us about how we all need to order food, how I only ordered one drink for a whole group, how we "can't have outside food" meanwhile there are other people with outside food not even 10 feet away from us and even though his own employee told us it was fine this time. Keep in mind none of us are even 18 -- he clearly felt bold because we're kids. Then he threatens to call the police. So I tell everyone to sit down, because at that point I wanted to see how far he'd go. Ten minutes later FOUR cop cars show up. Even the cops looked disappointed. I explained what happened; they said the owner doesn't want us there and to just leave. I asked for my refund and got it, and we dipped. There was no mess, no noise, no issues -- literally nobody was bothered by us except this owner. The whole thing felt targeted. We were the only ones there who weren't Asian, and honestly it felt like we got kicked out for not spending "enough money" in his overpriced café. Maybe he just can't stand people who aren't from his culture or who don't drop $100 every time they walk in. Either way, 0/10. Never coming back. Would not recommend unless you're Asian or planning to spend a ridiculous amount for no reason. read more

We went once in the morning and got the pandan ube cream latte which was so delicious we had to come back! But, when we came back to bring my family to try it, what a terrible experience! There was a younger Latino male with a bun and glasses taking our order. As we ordered we asked which coffee items could be ordered hot, he states they all can be hot. So when I ask about the dalgona latte he states, it cannot be hot. That's fine we'll order something else. When we attempts to order the horchata lattes, he put it in the system and it rang up as $23.50 for two grande lattes. When I asked him about why that was the price, he goes, "what do you mean those are the prices." We tell him to refer to the menu with the prices behind him that states the price is $5.75 for the grande latte. Instead of looking at the menu... he claims," but that menu is old it ain't the real price." Y'all haven't been open for a week yet...lol how's that price old. So we asked if he could ask someone else to confirm the price of the latte and he goes "ain't nobody here speak English, they just Korean." My FACE when he said that... I could not believe the discrimination at this age.. ugh. In the end, he found someone who could fix the price because he typed the order in incorrect. And the person who fixed it apologized and actually spoke English... Whoever yall have at the front working tonight, please help him work on some customer service skills and kindness. He refused to give me the ringer and receipt for my order following this incident. Then, a lady in front of us was upset her order took 30 minutes and requested a refund. Decided to spice up our weekend night, so my partner and I ventured out for drinks and a slice of sweet potato pie - because who can resist that? Boy, was I wrong. Our drinks took longer than dial-up internet on a rainy day, and the pie? I could've knitted a sweater in the 40 minutes we waited for it. Looking around, you could visibly tell that other customers were frustrated. The service? Let's just say it could use a serious pep talk. The staff consists of a bunch of teenagers who are just figuring out life, let alone how to mix a drink--or maybe even smile. Shoutout to the teenage boy in glasses and black shirt working the register: talking to a brick wall would've been more productive. No greeting, no hello, no smile, just the look of pure annoyance and indifference. I'm pretty sure a tax auditor would've been more friendly. I didn't really feel welcome here. They only have one machine for ordering so I decided to order at the counter. The lady counting the till seemed annoyed that I was standing there to order( she never greeted me and when she did finally take my order she didn't really smile at any point. They didn't have the drink item I wanted so I just got a regular coffee which was fine but I also ordered a turkey and egg on brioche which turned out to be delicious meat. Service was slow and disorganized. We waited nearly 45 minutes for just two drinks. When I asked for oat milk, the staff member even discouraged me, saying it would "taste weird." During our wait, several other customers were visibly frustrated, with some even requesting refunds.
