The first time stopping in, my kids and I really enjoyed ourselves. Small children friendly! The bigger slides are safe for younger kids when accompanied by an adult. They have an arcade on the top floor and the pool area on the lower floor. You can only purchase tickets online and no cash is accepted. When we went to check in the woman working was not the most friendly. The arcade is where you pick up wristbands and that was a very easy process. We looked around the arcade but didn't play any of the games. Many similar games as to what is at Dave and Busters. The water area has a decent layout and a number of water slides big and small to go down. We spent most of our time in the general pool with the basketball hoops. They also have an American Ninja warrior type hanging rope course that we had a lot of fun on. read more

Horrible experience! I was charged $62 to chaperone my son and his friend. I have come here before and I've never needed a wristband but on Easter weekend, without notice, they forced me to pay $62 to sit in street clothes on a folding chair. Used to bring my kids here when they were young and it was country springs and it was always a good experience. I will say that there were a lot of lifeguards on this visit, but the bottoms of all the pools were filthy- you could see white streaks where people slid their feet and the rest was algae green. Good choice for younger kids, maybe 12 and under. Less interesting for over 13 and anyone who has experienced the biggest waterparks at places like the Dells. More affordable than Great Wolf Lodge and their ilk and bigger than most municipal indoor pools with only one slide. This is actually the original meaning of, "it is what it is," as it's kind of in its own category. I'd say the admission price is worth it because they seem to have alert properly trained lifeguards. The arcade is definitely not worth it but there's no way you can keep children from getting in there and wasting all your money. The attached hotel has to handle a wide range of parenting abilities, if you catch my drift, and I think they do okay but you're not going to get a peaceful night's sleep if you're not a heavy sleeper or you don't have you edibles. I don't think there's quite enough for adults to do without children or who can leave their children with an older responsible sibling or cousin. However, the bartender I met served me up a nice single malt scotch without any hidden upcharge for neat so it averages out to okay. read more

Really the only larger water park in the Milwaukee metro area and when I say "larger" I mean with water slides. By no means do they compare to Wisc Dells but if you want more than a pool and fun for the family without the drive there isn't an option other than Springs. Good for young toddlers to teens and adults if you don't mind the limited adrenaline type activities. We've been here a dozen times and the ownership has changed summer of 2018 with a remodel of the hotel but not Springs. So why the three stars? Limited seating, limited tables, limited food options, cleanliness and average service for a $35 day pass on the weekends. $5 for parents that only want to observe and not use the park. What do I get for the $5? A long search for a table and a long walk to get a beer but at least I can watch my kids. The management knows there are no other options close by, and to me the price is steep for what you get. A small lazy river, One hot tub and they don't really have a larger pool. Mostly teenagers lifeguards and running the place when we have been here weekends and week days but at least the lifeguards have been vigilant with their job. The two big slides are called Triple Dog Dare and cyclone that you use tubes for one or two/three people and there is another larger slide without a tube. One smaller slide for younger kids. Concession service is 2 star at best. With list orders, long wait to get your food and long wait to get served. We come here for the convenience and sometimes find discounts or two for one deals. read more

This place has some awesome water slides(three) and has plenty of life guards. One thing I liked about this place is the life guards gave extra big pushes on the water slides!! The only bad thing about it was at night, before it closes, the water slides(specifically the body slide) get chillier when it gets later. This waterpark is great for 12 and under. It's very fun and has wide-open spaces. It doesn't have the massive thrills that some of the Wisconsin Dells water parks have, but it's great for little ones who need to blow off steam and enjoy the warmth of the water on a cold Wisconsin fall or winter day. Tried booking rooms and water park passes but had questions and called three times and staff were rude and could not be bothered. Gentleman who answered phone on third call says he can't take time to call back people as he is too busy. Well if that's the type of service glad I never got to book anything. read more

We came here because our first choice water park was fully booked for the weekend. To our surprise the kids loved this place! We have 5.5 yo and a 10 year old. The kids were able to go on all rides ( one ride requires adult accompaniment). The pools are clean and staffs are super friendly and courteous. The lazy river is not as long as we would want it but the pool is pretty big for a lot of us to hang out. The life jackets are great-better than other water parks we've been to. The hot tube is for 6 and over and it extends to the outdoors. A hotel is attached but you can also buy day passes just for the water park. We had a great time. Thank you! read more

We used to take our now 16 year old twins here when they were little. Our 11 year old wanted to go with some friends and I was very happy to see the quality and upkeep was the same as when we first came about 14 years ago. The park is on the smaller side, but is extremely clean and well kept. Fresh paint, very clean restrooms and locker area. It is a good value for a short day trip and saved on a few hours of driving to and from the dells. read more

Purchased the day pass to come up with my kids (10 & 9). My worry with any pools is cold water. Check in was super easy with friendly staff. They do provide towels but they are small and thin so bring your own. We had a great time with no one shivering. It was spring break so a bit crowded but that was to be expected. On peak times, seating will be very limited. Luckily we found a chair to dump our stuff on. We spent about 3 hours swimming and another hour at the arcades. There's only 1 family bathroom/shower and we were lucky to snag it to wash up together. Food can be purchased there and it looked like normal concession stand food. The rules said no outside food/drinks but we saw so many people breaking that. We plan to come back for sure! read more

Was my first time here......took the grand kids. At first I thought the admission was a little costly. But then a day pass was really ALL day. It included a locker, showers and dressing area, and all activities. I was so glad they limit the amount of passes sold. We always found a table, rafts always available, no long lines. The security guys were all super nice and staff was very helpful. The children I brought were 4 and 5. There was lots of things for them to do in the shallow area and they went in the other areas with their life preservers on. They had a blast. We'll be back! Grandma is going to bed now! read more

This is a great facility for a day pass or a perk with a room. The front desk service was amazing, thanks peggy! The lifeguards are very attentive and very good with children - even when your nephew trains a hose on the lifeguard at the top of the yellow slide! This water park was awesome. We came here to distressed myself and for a minivacation. I must say that the staff here were super nice, friendly and make our experience very exiting. The water was not so cold and just perfect. This place has one gazebo and it had the perfect temperature. My son and I spent about 5 to 6 hours each day for two days. We slept like babies the only night we staid at the hotel, totally worth it. The arcade upstairs is pretty nice. I heard it was kind of expensive but and I was not planning on letting my son stay there too long so I got a 10dollar card. He spent almost an hour playing an won a few times, I had a hard time making him hurry up. It seemed that if you are passing by, you can get passes for the water park only. Overall this place is pretty cool and we are definitely coming back. read more

I have always enjoyed coming to the waterpark. We haven't been there since the hotel changed to ingleside but we were definitely not happy. 30 minutes after we got there my fiance went into the locker room and noticed that there was feces on the ground so he notified the staff about it. An hour and a half later it was still there! Also while swimming in the big pool with my five year old we looked over and saw puke floating in the water. I don't think that I have to mention how bodily fluids and feces could get people VERY sick. After paying 105 dollars for what was supposed to be a nice afternoon swimming quickly turned into feeling grossed out and in need of a shower!! If this is how your going to run your establishment we will not be coming back. read more
