We had a great experience with the waterpark. I have a son with special needs and all Rebecca the supervisor of the waterpark was INCREDIBLY friendly and accommodating! She is a credit to the company and helped make the experience for both my son and the rest of the family accessible, enjoyable and memorable. This is a great place to bring the family and spend some real quality time together while having a lot of fun! It is a great staff, wonderful accommodations and a fantastic property.

So much fun for all ages! Well maintained. Great staff. Lifeguards are on duty. Many basketballs for all to play. Many different play zones. All very fun. All indoor, no sunblock needed. Great artwork on walls. Beautiful scenery inside an tickets are worth the value.

Good choice for younger kids, maybe 12 and under. Less interesting for over 13 and anyone who has experienced the biggest waterparks at places like the Dells. More affordable than Great Wolf Lodge and their ilk and bigger than most municipal indoor pools with only one slide. This is actually the original meaning of, "it is what it is," as it's kind of in its own category. I'd say the admission price is worth it because they seem to have alert properly trained lifeguards. The arcade is definitely not worth it but there's no way you can keep children from getting in there and wasting all your money. The attached hotel has to handle a wide range of parenting abilities, if you catch my drift, and I think they do okay but you're not going to get a peaceful night's sleep if you're not a heavy sleeper or you don't have you edibles. I don't think there's quite enough for adults to do without children or who can leave their children with an older responsible sibling or cousin. However, the bartender I met served me up a nice single malt scotch without any hidden upcharge for neat so it averages out to okay.

Really the only larger water park in the Milwaukee metro area and when I say "larger" I mean with water slides. By no means do they compare to Wisc Dells but if you want more than a pool and fun for the family without the drive there isn't an option other than Springs. Good for young toddlers to teens and adults if you don't mind the limited adrenaline type activities. We've been here a dozen times and the ownership has changed summer of 2018 with a remodel of the hotel but not Springs. So why the three stars? Limited seating, limited tables, limited food options, cleanliness and average service for a $35 day pass on the weekends. $5 for parents that only want to observe and not use the park. What do I get for the $5? A long search for a table and a long walk to get a beer but at least I can watch my kids. The management knows there are no other options close by, and to me the price is steep for what you get. A small lazy river, One hot tub and they don't really have a larger pool. Mostly teenagers lifeguards and running the place when we have been here weekends and week days but at least the lifeguards have been vigilant with their job. The two big slides are called Triple Dog Dare and cyclone that you use tubes for one or two/three people and there is another larger slide without a tube. One smaller slide for younger kids. Concession service is 2 star at best. With list orders, long wait to get your food and long wait to get served. We come here for the convenience and sometimes find discounts or two for one deals.

I grew up going here when it was Magic Waters but haven't been in probably a decade. We took our…read morekids this time and had a ton of fun. Here is what I noticed: The place was smaller than I remember (that seems to happen as I get older and larger), but doesn't mean it's small. It's a great size with a lot of different things to do for almost every age group from babies to adults. Since we have little ones we stayed in the kids area most of the time and our kids loved it. They have a big water playground with one of those huge buckets that dumps a waterfall every 5 minutes or so. I really want to go back sans kids and go on some of the adult slides because they've added a bunch and they look super fun. The lines aren't bad to get to anything (in fact we never waited for anything while we were here) so they do great crowd control. The wave pool in the center is a fun time too, and they also have a lazy river. The workers were all pleasant to us and the park was kept very clean. The kids area did need a little scrubbing of the floor (in the center of the playground floor, where there is standing water), but that was about it. I felt fine walking barefoot everywhere. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the high prices of the food and drinks. $12 for a kids dip n dots ice cream, $20 for one order of chicken fingers...these are ballpark or movie theater prices, maybe worse. That's the only thing that keeps it from being 5 stars to me. At least they provide a few umbrellas and picnic tables in the parking lot, so as long as you prepare and bring a lunch or meal with you, just go eat it in the parking lot and come back. The other nice thing is they stamp your hand upon exiting if you want to return, so it's very nice they allow going in and out if you need to. We got season passes this year (nice that they also get you into six flags as well) so I am looking forward to coming back again soon!

I was very disappointed with my visit this week. Many of the sections and slides were shut down…read more Staff is poorly trained (with the exception of the lifeguards). And the property is dirty and badly outdated. Do better Six Flags!

We bought two adult day passes, one for me and one for our daughter. At first I thought the cost was too high since it has been at least 20 years since I had been to the park, but after spending the day there - I now think it was worth every penny. The park has been cleaned, new paint, new rides and it was active with visitors which was nice to see. Plus, they have the dry park which is great. They had a very nice patting zoo with all sorts of animals including a parakeet feeding room where you can feed the parakeets as they land on a peanut butter and bird seed feeding stick. They also have a really nice water park that we didn't even get to use since the dry park had so much to do. The food and drunk items were a bit pricey like at all amusement parks, but they do let you bring in two water bottles per person and a snack so that's fair. They also let you get your hand stamped to leave the park and have a lunch at your car from a cooler or you can go to a fast food place if you want to. Parking is free, which is a huge plus. I was also VERY impressed with the friendliness of the staff beginning with the lady who sold us the tickets - very nice and patient. Many of the rides are run by students, but they were all very responsible, friendly and followed through before each ride started to make sure all the riders were secure. The young man at the antique car ride managed the entire ride by himself and still took time to ask everyone in each car "Did you have fun?" at the end of every ride. I was very impressed with his maturity and responsible actions and he looked to be about 18. Overall, we had a great time and although it carried a cost of about $50 per person, it was well worth it and we didn't even get to use the water park. Plus, I kept thinking that we live 15 minutes away so we didn't have to spend much time and gas money driving to a place like Wisconsin Dells for such a nice attraction. I highly recommend visiting even if only once a summer to get some nice picture/video memories.

They also only have one small gift shop when you leave the park, wish they had more gift shops around the park. The games had cheesy teddy bears as prizes... so my daughter did not want to play any games. It was crowded and people with little kids enjoyed themselves. However at the stage my daughter is... I would rather go to a carnival, at least I don't have to pay unless I go on a ride even if a wrist band is more expensive. It was fun but too expensive for what is offered... don't think we will be back

My family and I have been coming to Great Wolf Lodge for a few years.. this would be our fifth or…read moreso in the past two years. The location is very easy to find. One thing new is the parking gate that blocks cars from entering. This was our first time seeing it and it got us confused for a little bit. My wife drove this time, and she thought we had entered the wrong entrance or an employee entrance. We were, however, in the correct location. We arrived around 2pm, which was a few hours prior to check in time. The loading aisles were full of cars and there was a lot of people checking in. There were a few mobile check in kiosks... but there were also some actual staff members whom you also had to check in for other things like getting a parking pass. This was very confusing and annoying. However, it was a little more efficient verses having to wait in line. The kiosks printed our wrist bands. We were able to verify which would have access to the rooms and which would have access to pay from the wrist band. That was a very convent to have... however, we made the mistake of putting in on our right hand. This made leaving the parking lot harder. However, it made opening some of the room doors harder... I don't know which is the correct method because some were easy on the right hand.. .but others were difficult. My room was not ready when I finally checked in. So we went to the arcade. There were plenty of machines which a huge variety of games to pick from. Also, there was a burger joint nearby so we ate there while we waiting for our rooms to be ready. During that meal, I got a text that my room was having issues so to visit them at the front desk. Keep in mind they do a great job of communicating through text messages. All my messages were responded in an adequate amount of time. Once my room was ready... it was big. We got an extended room which a separate living space with a barn style door. It allowed our daughter to sleep while we were able to not disturb her. And when we went to bed too...we could open that barn door. Keep in mind, we brought out own inflatable bed for her. Only downside is that this configuration only has 2 queen beds instead of a king. However, I did enjoy having my own bed again. The room was clean, but was very old. There were a lot of slightly damaged equipment and it felt a little musty and old feeling. There were a good amount of outlets around the bed but some of them were so old that either plugs weren't able to hold in place or your devices were not charging fast enough. The water park itself was very nice. It was heated with a heated water. This was appreciated since the outdoor temps were 0 degrees or colder. However, we could not tell while in the water park. There was a nice section for little babies and toddlers. And they had a separate giant splash pad area for older kids to run around and up/down. We loved the lazy river. Overall, despite some comments of how bad this place is. In reality... look at the price, and I am not sure why people are expecting 5 star resort feeling. It fit the bill and we had a great time. Our room was old but it was clean. We would be back in the future.
