If you're not cool with that, build a pool in your basement and hire a staff to maintain it. It's definitely cleaner than a lake! Parking is really easy. Locker rooms were big enough that even though I visited on a day with lots of kids from various summer camps/programs, it didn't feel crowded. Entry prices are fair considering all that's offered. There were tons of options for my 4-year-old to have fun for hours. There aren't as many features as at Hoyt, but it seemed more spread out, especially for the little ones which was nice. A great tip from a friend was to bring our own chairs. That way we didn't have to worry about finding open ones, or hoarding them all day. There's plenty of space for chairs in the sun or shade and plenty of pool areas that are shady too. Lots of lifeguards keeping an eye on things and enforcing the rules (no deep end or big waterslides until you pass the swim test, no running, etc). I felt comfortable allowing my kid in the water while I was sitting on the side watching. They also have a little snack bar. Baseball game prices, but it is very convenient. All the stuff you'd expect like candy, brats, nachos, pretzels, ice cream treats, etc. Also, 2 options for kids meals: chicken nuggets or a hot dog, both with really delicious seasoned fries and served in a bucket with shovel. My kid ate most of his meal and then played with the bucket immediately. It's a nice community pool with everything I'd expect. I'd certainly visit again.

The food takes about 45-60 minutes plus about a 10 minute wait to even order. If you buy the pass with meal it doesn't make the waiting faster. The water slides close about 5-25 minutes early with no warning, they'll just let you wait and then once you get to the top they'll tell you start heading down. And on top of that the wave pool and the lazy river are filthy. I think this was officially my last visit here. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I guess since I didn't grow up here and it's not really geared toward adults it makes sense. We got a chance to visit this season before they closed and it was so much fun. As the name suggests, it's Christmas/Santa/winter themed. The daily price is high, but next year I think we'll be buying a season pass and hopefully can balance pool pass and amusement park visits. My daughter had so much fun with her friend here. And there's more than I expected! The rides were good, and though there aren't a ton of them they are solid and enjoyable. I rode a few, and I wasn't sure they'd be fat friendly. The Route 66 ride was fun; it reminded me of Tomorrowland Speedway, but with cooler cars. And the fire truck ride was a unique one; though I don't have a lot of amusement park experience but I didn't expect to see a fire truck that takes you over to a fire (gas powered) and lets the kids aim their hoses to put it out. There's a petting zoo, with pigs, alpacas, goats, sheep, and so on. You can buy a cup of feed and they will be your best friends for real. There's also an aviary, where you can buy a feed stick to encourage the birds to come pick from. We spent a lot of time in both those areas, and the kids really got a kick out of feeding the animals. After going on a bunch of the rides, we went to the wading pool. I didn't realize how extensive it was--it's a very large pool area, but the water is only a few feet deep and it's a zero entry pool. I thought it would be much smaller, so I didn't bring a suit--but luckily my friend did since you can't go into the pool unless you're properly attired. There were various slides and I think my kiddo could have spent hours there. But the day was cool and there was a bit of rain, so we only stayed a short while. I'm really looking forward to going more often next summer, letting the kiddo enjoy the pool much longer. Parking is free--at least as of 2026. There are concessions, and you're not supposed to be able to bring outside food, but somehow my friend snuck some in so YMMV.

We had the pizza and it was delicious. It reminded me of a school pizza growing up and a little bit of Sbarro. It filled us up and our picky 3 year old loved it so that was a bonus. We also went to a different location to get freshly squeezed lemonade and iced coffee. Both were delicious and perfect mid day snack during sunny afternoon The bathrooms were clean enough. The rides were fun and staff was very friendly. At the end of the day, we stopped and greeted Santa. I loved this experience since he was very patient and kind to our daughter. And it was very personalized. I was under the assumption was simple, and pose for photos but no... he talked to her and read her signs as to how comfortable she was. I appreciated Santa so much since he could tell she was getting a little scared and nervous. Overall, it is a fun place to be especially as a child. This one visit convinced us enough to become season pass owners as we left the park. We will be back in the near future.

It's a big marketing scam; front desk staff pushes unnecessary add ons like: Paw Passes which come with undisclosed limitations, dinning and breakfast options with "sub par" food to say the least. When you are attempting to use the benefits you paid for, there are stipulations the front desk conveniently doesn't mention. An example is the $100 hold they place on your form of payment in addition to your deposit if you purchase said meal plans. "Common knowledge" they said is that in order for ALL charges to clear, it can take up to a week or more in contrast, they, GWL take their money immediately, but arent as quick to refund yours in the event of any error committed on their part. Lets talk about their filthy rooms... The 1st room we checked into reaked of smoke, there were cigarette debris, and an obvious lingering smell that penetrated your nostrils at first breath. There were lipstick marks on used cups that werent discarded amongst other things. Due to the obvious lack of cleanliness in this room, we were moved to room #2 in the same tower. The 2nd room was disgusting amd even worse. A night supervisor came in to inspect and was left with his mouth open from the decrepit condition it was in. There were pubic hairs found in the wolf den, urine stains, tears on the sheets, and something that resembled bugs underneath the bunks and other debris. I asked to speak with a floor manager immediately as I needed a witness to inspect the atrocities. Susan arrived and made an attempt to downplay the situation however; even she couldn't hide her disgust for said conditions and moved us yet again. Now, all this moving from room to room didn't come free; they didnt disclose that they were charging my card every time they moved us to a different room, they failed to inform us that this move made it look like I had reserved several rooms under one card. This meant that every time a clerk opened my reservation, it appeared to look like I made several reservations under one name! WHAT THE ACTUAL HECK! Due to this frustrating situation that took practically MOST of our time, energy, and patience, the kids didn't get a chance to enjoy what we paid for. They went to bed late, irritable and disappointed. This incredible story doesn't end here; there is more but honestly, I'm too tired and frustrated to keep adding on and the stress of reliving it makes my blood boil. Due to the misery and stress this caused, we checked out early. I am writing this for the moms and the families that seek a nice, worry free vacation at a place that boasts about its amenities and its family friendly environment. Dont go here. Save your time, sanity, and effort for a business that appreciates & takes care of its customers. No place is perfect, I know, but businesses can start by correcting their mistakes and taking corrective measures to ensure their patrons are prioritized. They clearly don't like it anymore than you do. Plus, you get your kids out of the house and busy all day for hardly any $ so chill. You want to go to a public pool when it's hot, guess what, so does everyone else. The front desk staff was friendly, the restrooms and locker rooms were clean (yeah they smelled, the are restrooms at a super chlorified pool, duh) the water felt great, slides were super fun and the girls had a blast. Yes the adult rules can be a bit annoying but guess what, this wasn't built for us so just let your kids go have fun and suck it up.
