We stopped here for a late brunch on a Sunday and the place was quite crowded, however, the line kept moving, and we were seated after about a 15 minute wait. This place has a cozy diner vibe, and the staff was very sweet. We ordered a Florentine Benedict and Philly steak omelette along with coffee. The food was really good; I enjoyed the Benedict. The staff does a great job quickly cleaning and getting the table ready for the next guests, that helped keep the line moving on a busy Sunday afternoon. read more

Went for breakfast at 8:30 on a weekday-have tried several times over the past few months but always a line in season a bit later in the morning. That's because it's solid and a locals place. The best news?? They have Rapa scrapple and they serve it thin and crispy, just as it should be! I got the basic egg platter-scrambled eggs, scrapple, home fries, toast. Eggs were basic-would've liked them a little softer. The hash browns are shredded, and we added onions. They were good! My friend was pleased with hers as well. In town to sign contract on our forever home and stumbled across this place a few miles away. This will definitely be our breakfast spot. They were SLAMMED at 10:30 on a Wednesday so that should have been our sign this place is good. We were seated and greeted quickly and the waitresses were working their butts off. Well, we found this little place three days ago and this is our third day to have breakfast. It is exactly what a family owned breakfast and lunch diner is suppose to be. Perfect diner food, clean, kind and welcoming staff. The service is timely and courteous. Let me just say the Country Ham Omelette is real. Just the right amount of cheese and pieces of country ham with the three eggs! And it is always worth the wait! Go and enjoy! read more

I eat here at least once a week and almost every day during the summer when my grandson is visiting. It is his favorite breakfast spot. He loves the Eggs Benny (so do I). It's a very relaxed atmosphere and the staff and owner are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. I can't recommend this place enough. read more

Great food, great service, super friendly servers. Servers are extremely nice. We had waffles, breakfast sandwiches, hash browns and bacon and received the food pretty quickly. It was cooked perfectly, hot, and very reasonably priced. Definitely a place to return to. A smaller restaurant but we walked right in and sat down without a wait, although it was mid morning on a Monday. Books are available for reading in front of the cash register and as the restaurant is not overly loud one can easily read. read more

The service was fast and the breakfast was delicious! I had an omelette that was filled with fresh veggies and sausage. The grits were creamy and delicious. The corned beef hash was nice and crispy. The servers were nice and friendly. I would definitely support this business again! read more

The woman who rings up the tickets was rude. A waitress dropped some cups a one hit my ankle and I told the cashier that wow that hit my ankle and I felt that I thought her first reaction was going to be an apology no she said well it was only a cup so I repeated myself and again only a cup. It's a shame that they are losing a loyal customer over her being rude The Spanish waitresse is always nice I go there All the time not so much now read more

OK food but can get crowded especially on Sunday mornings. Their tables can be a little tight especially if you have any kind of gut. Wait staff is efficient and it's patronized by mostly locals. Grits are very good but they seem to use Velveeta as their cheese of choice. read more

We were shopping in the area and were looking for a new place to try near by. Yelp showed some good reviews for this location so we tried it out. It is in a strip mall and there was easy to park. It is a popular locals place from talking to some of the customers. The restaurant was nice with a retro feel. The staff were very nice and quick with refills. The food was good and plentiful. Well today was a early lunch day so I ordered lunch here for the first time. Breakfast has always been very good. The cheese steak sandwich was terrible. Grill shavings for meat too well done and dry as a bone . And Also hardly any meat in it. I paid extra for the onion rings also a big mistake. The two that were edible were good the rest were down right awful. I will go back for breakfast but never again for lunch. To be fair my wife had the grilled cheese with bacon she enjoyed it. read more

We are in Myrtle Beach for a long weekend and were looking for a place to get good breakfast. Breakfast House did not disappoint. It seems to be a local spot, family owned and operated. The food was good and plentiful...nothing spectacular, but very tasty. I had a blueberry pancake, country ham and scrambled eggs. My husband had the country omelet with grits, toast and a side of bacon. Everything came out hot and exactly how we ordered it. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Upon arrival you sit yourself down, and we were immediately greeted with the menus.the food came out fast and the service was good. Staff was friendly and quick. I had the breakfast sampler. The sampler came with hash brown, 2eggs, bacon and sausage, one pancake and 2 pieces of French toast. I asked for turkey bacon instead of bacon and sausage. My niece and nephew has eggs Benedict with turkey sausage instead of Canadian bacon ( we don't eat pork). Overall everyone enjoyed their meal, service was good and the food was even better. Highly recommend (especially the link sausage and country omelette)! I was nervous to check this place out since it had so few reviews, but I'm so glad I went! This breakfast diner is a serious gem and the food and service were incredible at a reasonable cost. Food was fast but delicious! This place closes at 2pm on Sunday's, but they were still friendly and welcoming when we came in at 1:30pm. We never felt rushed, but they were so speedy that we had finished eating and paid before 2pm! I got the country omelette which was delicious (bacon, ham, sausage, cheese, and potatoes but I swapped this for spinach) and only $7.95! I tried some of my fiance's order of the link sausage and it was amazingly juicy. I'll definitely get that next time! read more
