When I walked in there was people standing by the register, I figured they were waiting to order, but they were just blocking the way. I was standing there for about 8 minutes and no one said a word to me. I asked people at the kiosk if I order something with them and they said I order at the register. So was a few more minutes until someone asked what I wanted to order. There was a lot of employees so Im not sure why it takes so long to address or acknowledge a customer. -Lemon tart-This taste is more like vanilla custard with a hint of lemon as if they literally just put some lemon zest in there and call it a lemon tart. I ate the custard part and threw the shell away. Pass on this one. ($5.95) -Cannoli cream macaron- cookie was raw in the middle, didnt' taste anything like cannoli. ($2) -Irish cream macaron-was fully baked but wasn't that great ($2) -Egg bacon cheese croissant sandwich was ok The egg was kind of like a omelette texture. Love at first sight for this place! Just absolutely loved the whole atmosphere of this cafe! The food was amazing, everything that we had, the service was wonderful, one of the best in a while. The cinnamon bun minis just as good as described, and the best truffle fries, which are hard to find! We took some croissants to go too, and they warmed up beautifully! This place is so cute! We went here for brunch during a girls trip. Everything is sparkling clean and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outdoors and had amazing service. The waitress was quick and attentive. She brought out chocolate chip muffins which were delicious as an appetizer. This was such a nice touch. The cappuccino was delicious! I was excited to try this place. The ambiance was great, the menu looked promising, but as I stood at the counter to order something to go, I was ignored. There were plenty of workers around. They were talking to each other about scheduling issues very loudly. I just stood there waiting to be acknowledged in any way. Finally I gave up and left. I will take my breakfast business elsewhere. Great little spot for breakfast. The staff is super friendly and helpful when you have any questions about the menu. They also give you a free mini muffin when you sit down which was delicious and could eating a whole bunch of them. I ordered the two eggs with sausage and the cheeses hash browns. I didn't really like the cheeses hash browns. There was a little too much cheese in it and made taste a little off. Sides that the rest of the meal was fantastic. read more

We were originally going to go Winna's Kitchen but fortunately, our Lyft driver was a local and had told us that place was never open. True enough that upon arriving to Winna's kitchen, it was actually closed despite their google and Yelp saying that they are supposed to be open. Anyhow, our driver recommended this place so we went here instead. I got the basil, tomato and balsamic quiche with a side of grits. I rate the quiche 4/5, since I personally am not a fan of the balsamic with it. I would rate their grits 10/5 because it was just so beautifully seasoned. It came with a croissant, which was unfortunately sad because it's literally their name! My husband devoured his breakfast burrito which came with a generous helping of breakfast hash. By the way, the breakfast hash was to die for. As far as the burrito goes, it must have been pretty good because my husband finished the entire order. I finally got to try Croissants! I've heard about it for several years and it was scrumptious! Going around Christmas was also a bonus. It is so warm and cozy inside. It happen to be pouring down rain the day we visited but it was just perfect inside, you didn't want to leave. I started with the hot chai latte and it was perfect especially with the mini pumpkin muffins they drop off before your meal. For my entree I had the Croque Madam. It was super tasty and not a gut buster. Try it with eggs over easy. The broccoli salad was my the side I went with which was pretty good. Thinking I should have gone with the cheesy hash browns or grits to top things off. The have a great dessert counter as well which has fresh pastries, cakes, cupcakes, and also some of their homemade sides like the broccoli salad. My best tip is to not sleep on the BOGO 3 tiered stand right by the register. It had a good selection and they were still soft. The sticky bun wasn't sticky enough for me, a bit dry (that one came off the fresh side, not bogo). But the other pasties were what you'd expect. The coffee was good and I like that they have mugs to use. A TON of outdoor seating, so even though there was a families with a bunch of young boys, we could just pick a seat around the other side of the building and have a more serene experience. read more

This is our favorite breakfast in MB; we come every year. The interior is beautiful, the service is great, and we haven't had anything that we didn't like. We really liked our server, Taylor. We had the cinnamon bun minis, fried green tomatoes fried chicken benny, chicken and waffles, chicken salad croissant, tomato basil soup, and coffees. All fantastic. I'd definitely recommend getting anything with fried chicken. In the past, we've also had shrimp and grits which are delicious. Upon check in, the girl asked if we had reservation which we didn't. She informed us that wait time for party if 4 would be 45 mins. This is the first cake I've ever purchased from here, last year I got a piece and it was a little dry. I came back on Halloween night wife and I had just came in town and it was around 8:50 when I went in there were no cakes available the only thing I could get was the BOGO items so I picked up a pumpkin cake a croissant. They wrapped the pumpkin cake with icing in plastic wrap and the icing stuck to it when I opened it up, see photo of it wrapped up. I came back tonight 11.01.23 to see Akil and to get a piece of my favorite cake. It was awesome seeing him and getting to meet his 2yo son. I got some cake to bring home there was only 2 pieces left. I got home got my milk and took my first bite and was extremely disappointed, the cake and the icing was dried out the chocolate cake was crumbly not moist like it usually is.
