When I saw Adrienne's work on Instagram, I immediately wanted her art on me! I am honored to have received this tattoo because, despite being in her apprenticeship, Adrienne's dedication to quality line work, attention to detail AND my comfort were bar none!!! I got my first tattoo several years ago by an experienced tattoo artist but didn't get the same experience. I felt comfortable every step of the way with Adrienne, from giving her feedback on the design, to her showing me techniques to improve my pain. I haven't had this kind of service before and I felt very safe in trusting Adrienne with my skin! I look forward to seeing her portfolio grow and hope to get more tattoos done by her in the future.

Artist: Adrienne Le I got my second tattoo, a really cute Koala, here! I came across Adrienne's work on her Insta page where I was really drawn to her cute sketches and some of her early work. I knew I wanted her to do my tattoo. I was extremely impressed by how fast she came up with the sketch and got me in for an appointment. I'd say she treated my tattoo with so much care as if she was getting it on her own skin. I appreciate that a lot. It turned out cuter than I expected and would definitely wanna go back for a second! The place was extremely clean and hygienic, too. Their dog Donut was a great tattoo companion!

I was following Mabel's artwork for almost a year and she kept doing all of my favorite anime and game pieces and making them all look AMAZING. So I decided to reach out and see if she would do a tattoo for me. She was so easy to work with. Listened to exactly what I was thinking and then accommodated in every possible way. She has a very light touch and the tattoo was practically painless (depends on area though obviously). She took her time and she made sure it was exactly the way she liked it before finishing. 10000% I am going to contact Mabel to do another piece for me (soon)! Highly recommend. The only con is that San Jose was INSANELY hot when I went down That's it.

I came to adrienne when she first started, from the moment I sat in her chair, she was super accommodating and put me at ease. I really enjoyed the whole experience & left the shop feeling satisfied about the way my tattoo turned out especially considering how new she is. I will definitely be back to get more pieces done from her!

Shawn is the only person allowed to ink me. From day one he is one who believes each individual should have their own unique artwork. Meaning, your piece can be entirely unique if requested. Not only that, it is encouraged. Shawn has been inking me for over 10 years and his progression and accuracy has only improved with the years. His stroke is precise, fast, but light. He can and is able to do dark line work, never messy or generic, but also stencil or charcoal pencil light line work. More often than not, random individuals have come up to me to admire my piece and give praises on the quality of the line work as well as the art piece itself. The artwork on my skin was hand sketched over weeks time until it was ready to be placed on my skin. You really have to understand the quality of line work of an artist. That of which being hair follicle thin, straight, and if needed a fading gradient or light like stencil. It simply isn't just a tattoo, it is art and should be treated as so. Cheers to the awesome work that Shawn puts out there. read more

The guy who did mine and my friends tattoos were nice but the they turned out so bad. My tattoo on my collarbone looks good but the one on the back of my elbow is faded and half the ink is gone. The guy didn't even shave the skin or wrap the tattoos afterwards. I waited a while to post the review until it completely healed but now that it healed and looks bad, i'm posting it. read more

Shawn is the and will be the only person to tattoo me. So far he has done an entire arm sleeve and currently working on a leg sleeve, for both projects Shawn took my vision and elevated the idea to the next level and went past my expectations. His color and quality are amazing, its been a few years since I completed my arm sleeve and it still looks like it did after I got it done originally. Booked Caroline for my tattoo, and I love it! She is SUPER nice and easy to talk to! Caroline was very accommodating and prepared. Came to Shawn with some ideas for a 3/4 sleeve and he really helped me bring it to life. Was easy to talk to about my ideas while inputting some creative alternatives to produce a better sleeve than I thought of originally. Line work is crisp and shading is smooth. I personally got color and it looks great even after some time, but don't be afraid to get neutral colors; he does both pretty well. Pretty prompt with communication and scheduling but he can get busy sometimes so I usually recommend getting a session when you can. Being located near downtown SJ is a big plus for convenience too since you could always get a bite to eat around here or hop on the freeway nearby if you're a busy person like myself. read more

I've always wants to get a tattoo but I had no idea where to go that'll give me quality tattoos at a fair price. Shawn was extremely professional and his artwork is amazing. I initally had work done on my arm 6 years ago and came back for a new piece to extend my half sleeve to a full sleeve. I am quite pleased with how fast the work gets done as well as the quality of work that I received. He is extremely innovative and will work with you to have the perfect tattoo that you have in mind.
