We broke out of the most difficult room with 20 seconds remaining!
    Laurie H.

What a fun hour to spend! Our group worked to break out of the Zombie Roadhouse. This room is the most difficult so they give you an extra 5 minutes for a total of 65 minutes. We broke out in 64 minutes and 40 seconds. Yep, 20 seconds to spare! It's challenging and fun as your group tries to solve the multiple clues all throughout the room. It was our first time, but others in the group had done other escape rooms which helped because they knew what to expect. But the beauty is the fact that a wide range of ages can all participate. The puzzles take some thinking and common sense but aren't real difficult. It's a matter of everyone working together and using the clues they're finding. The more people the better because everyone has their own thoughts and processes for solving the puzzles. The people that work there are very helpful. They explain everything you need to know before you enter. They offer clues if they see your group is struggling a bit. They want it to be a fun experience for you and I can say with 100% certainty that everyone had a blast. I can't wait to go back and try another room and I would recommend this in a heartbeat for families, co-workers, classmates.... Even if you don't break out of the room in time, you'll want to go back and try it again! The perfect way to sum it up would be to say it's action packed fun!

We finished Zombie Road House in 61:12!

I just came out from the Zombie Breakout in 61minutes 12seconds with 14 people. This is definitely a great group activity where everyone scrambles to figure things out, talk with each other about the clues they found and figure out the puzzles. The puzzles vary and some are simple while others are elaborate. I mostly just helped out here and there while others figured out other puzzles and find keys. All in all it was fun and I wouldn't mind doing the circus and spy themed break out.

Even though we failed at Zombie Roadhouse we kept our brains! Haha haha. Shout out to Matt, he was great! Only weird thing was the Bill Cosby photo

Great she for the breakout experience!

We had an amazing time, Josh (host) waited for a couple of stragglers from our group to arrive before we got started. The room was a blast, but we probably would not have escaped with out some additional help from Josh. Will definitely go back again, everyone loved it!

We had a party of four today and we did the room "Under Pressure". We were greeted quickly and got to the room a few minutes before our reservation. The rules were made clear and the game was well explained by the in person host and pre recorded video. We were told that this was one of the more difficult rooms and we didn't make a lot of progress during the first 20 minutes, but once we got into a rhythm, we began to solve puzzle after puzzle until we were ultimately able to "escape". This is a great thing as I've been rooms operated by other companies that were very convoluted and not explained very well and we'd spend an exorbitant mount of time trying to solve puzzles that were not well thought out or looking at areas of the room which were not meant to be of any help. We even skipped one puzzle because we were able to escape without it... we cleverly circumvented it by maybe reading too much into one aspect of the global key to escape, and the employee that was watching us said that she'd never seen anyone solve puzzle B without first solving puzzle A, so that was kind of cool! And that's not a knock on the design of the room; we just figured that one part of puzzle B meant that we had to do a certain series of steps and we happened to be right and that gave us the information that allowed us to go on to the next step. I've got the bug now and I want to do more rooms and when we do, we're absolutely coming back to this location!

While I was excited to try out the escape room, unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations.  Here are some specific concerns we encountered: 1. Some puzzles were either overly ambiguous or lacked logical connections, making it difficult to progress.  Example) My elementary age son finding the main key to the main puzzle box within 10 minutes. Another example, The helper elf not being able to physically solve the glass puzzle with our free puzzle pass,  and instead she just told us the code combination.  dr 2. The actual escape room lacked technology & fun surprises. My family loves escape rooms and this was the first one we have visited that didn't have a secret lock door that opened to another area or clue! No special lighting or music. All the clues were inside of literal boxes that had combination locks on them to open. 3. After solving the escape room with 25 mins left on the clock we were left disappointed with staff recommending we tip on the way out.   We were looking forward to a fun and challenging experience, but unfortunately, the above factors detracted from the overall enjoyment. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as I'm sure you strive to provide the best possible experience for all your customers.  I hope this feedback can be helpful for future visitors.

The puzzles were the perfect level of challenge and the decorations were great! Only thing I wish I knew before hand was we could tip the actor, I don't have Venmo and didn't have cash on me so I wasn't able to tip. I'm gonna make sure that actor gets a tip the next time we go before we even get in the room!

We got to see play and do so MANY things all active and the girls loved the play areas ...all of them. The bathrooms were clean and strategically placed...I was pleasantly surprised. The parking is somewhat close....& I liked the exercise...our girls napped so hard after the visit. I am in firm belief that the overall planning and logistics of this place are professionally done & handled well! This venue is a must visit if in the area and you like hands on action. The girls had a blast and that is what matters most!! 10/10 times I will return.. for the price I paid... I could see myself doing this again with a longer stay in the area! Sidenote the people in guest service station were super awesome... All workers that interacted with our family had smiles on their faces and were so helpful. ***Especially since we had Museum Pass in another state (Oklahoma City) and they participate in the reciprocating membership deal. I still paid for 2 full price even though I figured it should have be the cheaper ... But it was interpreted wrong I guess by me within 90 mile... I feel for the price I paid...it eas kinda worth it. We will return! *Questions reach out* Respectfully, Bryan and Family Oklahoma City

The bad news is there was an art fair and no parking only $20 parking. That did not kill our vibe. Tickets are $16 a person and under 2 is free. We purchased the tickets and we parked our stroller. The kids walked up the stairs and went into this water room. My son loved it so much. He was squealing and running around. My daughter loved played with the balls and throwing them in the water. Once we were done with this floor, we decided to go up the stairs. We were shocked to see a massive preschool room suitable for ages 4 and under. They have tons of toys for the kids. They had another water station. My kids were dry at first. However, a little boy sprayed water at my son and soaked him as his mom watched and said nothing. This didnt make our experience bad because luckily we had a change of clothes. I only say this to warn you to bring a change of clothes just in case they get wet. We didn't really go to the third floor. My husband said it was more for older kids when he went to check. The kids were having too much fun inside the playroom. We will definitely be back and hopefully not on a day where an event is taking place.
