Okay So, I went to my regular hair girl and she completely messed up my hair. I've always asked for Blonde Ashy and I left with bright yellow, almost "old school blonde". A friend gave me Victoria's number and I texted her. She was lovely and able to get me in by noon the next day. Completely fixed my hair and now I won't have to run around Vegas looking crazy. I came in for a simple tint/tone of my dark blonde hair. I asked to go one shade darker, to a light ash brown. When I arrived the stylist began cutting my hair. I was not there for a cut. The light ash brown came out NEARLY BLACK. I had just spent 16 weeks, 3 half day appts and over $1000 getting dark brown OUT of my hair at my local salon in CA. I am beyond upset. The stylist then argued with me about the color. She then said it would take 30 minutes to fix (after I just went through this process at my local salon, I know a 30 minute apt will not fix the issue without burning all of my hair off). I had an amazing experience with Cadyl. I bleached my hair at home and it was a disaster. I got it "fixed" at a different salon but it didn't turn out the way I wanted it to until I saw Cadyl. My hair is the exact blonde I was hoping for. She was so nice to talk to as well and the atmosphere is amazing. The salon is in a cute Victoria house. I really wanted to get my hair done very last minute for my birthday! So I gave Breakstone salon a call early in the morning. She answered the phone and rushed over to the salon to get me in and let me mention that my hair is a very big challenge (since i had box dye in it) i also have a hard time with my hair becouse of how curly it is!I am so greatful for that. I was looking for a hairdresser closer to home because my previous hairdresser had moved out farther. I found Cadyl and thought I would give it a try. While the color was good, I was very surprised when I went to pay, she said she charges for color & haircut, even if you didn't get a haircut. That she didn't separate the two. ??? WTH .. I ended up paying for a haircut I did not receive. In retrospect I should have disputed it, but I didnj't. There was another customer in the salon, and I did not want to make a scene. I cannot recommend this hairdresser to anyone, and obviously will not be a return customer. Despite the distance I now have to travel to my previous hairdresser, I will continue to see her. She does a great job, is a very nice person, and best of all doesn't charge for a haircut if I didn't get one. read more

Salon review I love this salon. It was a great experience from the moment I walked in the door. Cadyl was up front about pricing, which was refreshing and the pricing was reasonable too. She doesn't overbook so I never felt rushed by another customer. She's quick with the foils, but was willing to put in the needed time to make sure the highlight process got to the exact color it should be. And I love love LOVE the color. And the cut is gorgeous too. My hair shines and the products she uses makes it so soft and healthy. She is truly an artist. She gave lots of hair care tips along the way too. The salon itself is a beautiful place to get pampered and Caydl is really sweet, friendly, and sincere. It was a great experience overall and I'm glad I've finally found my salon! read more

I can not recommend Vida enough!! She spent six hour repairing my hair color. I haven't experienced this kind of service in I don't know how long. The price point is stellar as well! She absolutely has a new committed client in me. Can't wait to bring my daughters for haircuts. To top it all off, the salon is in a period home, complete with original stained glass windows. I am beyond pleased with my experience at Breakstone Salon! I called last minute this morning and was hopeful to get an appointment for a hair cut! When I got to the salon I was very impressed with the aesthetics and how clean the place was and how they are taking the best precautions against COVID where they have sanitizer readily available to customers and they take your temperature too before your appointment begins. I was only expecting to go in for a cut, however Cadyl studied my hair in depth and we determined color correction, highlights and a cut would be our route! Boy was I pleasantly surprised at the outcome! I have never had so many compliments on my hair from anyone! I will absolutely be returning to this salon in the future! My daughter, husband and I have been going to Caydl for 4-5 years. I have thick, curly hair and have had more bad haircuts than good. Caydl is conscientious, experienced and thorough, and I trust her completely for my haircuts and colors. I chose this salon because of its location to my home and work. Luckily, I was pleasantly surprised by the service and atmosphere of the salon. When I initially called, Caydl was great about working with my schedule and getting me in right away. I didn't go in for anything complicated (just a trim), but she was able to improve my cut and bangs and talked me through her rationale for how she was cutting my hair. I decided to change things up and try a hair salon, instead of the usual barber shop. This place has a really nice vibe with a laid back feel, but still very clean and professional. A hair stylist named Kaylee gave me the best men's haircut I have ever had. She gave me a "high and tight" and finished the back with a straight razor. The blending was perfect! I feel like I have hair style, rather than my plain old hair cut of the past. I will definitely be back. read more
