Not thrilled with a my botched simple haircut, one side was an inch longer than the other side. I had someone else repair it for me. Salon is overcrowded, too many stylist stations crammed into the store, which makes it difficult for customers to get around without ducking and turning sideways. Prices aren't too extreme for a haircut 50 to 60.00 depending. They do ask for a tip when you pay, I think that's tacky. I know how to tip and if I am happy with my hair experience I will leave one. Nice building, lots of parking. Beautiful shopping area. Easy walk-in salon if you aren't requesting a specific person. Of course friendliness varies person to person, as is life. One stylist was very personable and friendly, one seemed stuffy and arrogant. I'm still searching for a great stylist. Good luck out there. read more

Tera did an amazing job on my hair. I don't go to the salon often, but when I do, my hair usually needs a lot of work and she absolutely nailed it! She's very skilled, super gentle with my hair, and just a genuinely kind person. I'm new to the area and feel really lucky to have found her. I stopped by the salon the day before just to ask about a consultation (I didn't see her, the receptionist just told me that Tera will do the consultation), and within 30 minutes, Tera called me and left a voicemail letting me know she had an opening the next day. I really appreciated how proactive she was. During the appointment, she took the time to explain how each treatment works and how to space them out so my hair stays healthy. Terrible owner my sister paid ahead of time, for an updo for her wedding, Ashley was supposed to come out to the air bnb to do her hair. And the night before told my sister she had to come to her at the salon to do her hair, because she double booked her self. There was no way that could happen we had the whole itinerary surrounding her getting ready at the air bnb with a photographer. She asked for a refund, Ashley told her she could give her $75 back. If you don't like doing a job, go find something else to do! We are visiting from out of town, our home county is still on lockdown and my husband and I have been unable to get haircuts. We are staying in a hotel in post falls and called EVERY hair salon there to see if we could get fit in for some cuts and every place said no, so we started calling salons in couer d alene. This place was recommended by a friend so when I went there I was in high hopes. Before my haircut my original hair stylist canceled so they rebooked me with Oriana. After my haircut I noticed that my front face framers were not cut evenly and the back of my hair was slanted. When I contacted Oriana about her service, she blamed me for not checking and told me she had double checked my hair. I sent her pictures of my hair and she considered that unreasonable for any partial refund. After getting in contact with the owner, the front receptionist told me that the owner would correct the mistake that was made. They never contacted me back. The amount of disrespect that I continually endured should never be allowed in a business especially a hair salon where their goal is to make you feel confident. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want your hair to get messed up, be ignored and lose $80. read more

Stacey Shannon fixed my hair after a bad color. She's very knowledgeable on hair care and has a lot of tips and tricks to keeping my hair healthy. I suffer from hair loss and she knows how to work around that to keep it looking full and nice. She will straight up tell you if something isn't going to look good or won't work. I really appreciate that because sometimes, I want to try something different and it's not always a good idea. She's tactful, professional and always very nice about it though. As far as the facility, it's beautiful! I love the design and it's conveniently located in Riverstone Plaza. Depending on your stylist, expect a wait for appointments if you need something like color....it's worth the wait though. I haven't found anyone else who has hair care products that they do. Their hair care products are TOP NOTCH and actually work. They're not full of the commercial chemical garbage you find in your lower end salons, quick-cut hair places and the like. Expect to pay top dollar here...but you get what you pay for; trust me. read more
