The dish had pork belly instead of bacon, and shrimp. THe texture of the grits was very good, not too runny or too thick. The shrimp seemed good quality and not chewy or rubbery. I really enjoyed the dish and would order it again. The chilaquiles were an interesting take, not at all what you're normal chilaquiles would be. They come with lamb but we substituted with chicken. They were covered with a type of hollandaise sauce and we both thought they were good. I also ordered a breakfast shot that had bourbon in it, and a piece of pork belly on the top, and a shot of orange juice. It was pretty strong and very good. I would definitely order this one again, and the piece of pork belly they added on top was perfect. No. I walked in and the center of the floor had already been cleared to get the line dancing going. I paid for my $10 fee at the bar. Got my bright bracelet placed on me and got on the floor. We (I) learned 4 different line dances before I went to the bar to get my bottled water. I was told that the bottled water is free for those taking lessons! The servers at the bar were friendly. The instructor was great at giving dance instructions. It was very easy to listen and follow his instructions. After I sat down, I decided that after the first break at learning a couple more new line dancing moves I was done for the night. I chose to sit and enjoy some chat time with friends and watching everyone dance. I really enjoyed the vibe going on here. The place was very packed with line dancing peeps! Tables filled up quick but there were side tables along the wall that were available. This place is pet friendly. There were a coupe of pups on leash with their owners. Parking is available. They were incredibly accommodating during planning and highly attentive throughout the night. The beverage selection was excellent as always. Only things to pre-plan is that they don't have any dedicated tech for the rental space, nor do they offer any food options other than the food trucks that are independent of the brewery. They are open to bringing in outside food sources, which we did. Also, we brought our own little projector and screen as well as a music source. Easy.
