I have shipped my car over a dozen times. Maybe once duplicating a transport service. I chose this location because they were local to my outgoing destination ( Houston). Prices were on the lower end side and booked a few weeks prior to shipping my car back to Ohio. I usually pay for higher end companies like Montway etc. I emailed the local manager and told him my concerns and my issues with communication during shipping process. Very friendly but this was the worst communication of any shipping company i have used. Would tell me daily that someone would definitely let.me.know yay or ney if there was a driver. Never got a call. Had to call daily to check if possibly pick up. No but I will definitely have someone call you to let.you know. Crickets. I'm here on a work contract so I'm on a bit of a time crunch and to have to take time out my work day every day during pick up.period. Yep I emailed and left voicemail to please give an update. Nothing. The only saving grace that gives them 3 stars.is the driver they chose. I met him.in Houston. Told him I'm flying back.to Toledo and going on my birthday trip on such n such a date. He had my ride there on memorial day no less. 2 days ahead of projected drop off. He told me to reach out to him personally as he does TX to Chicago frequently and I def will. He was awesome

He maintained communication while locating an available driver, again it was a major holiday weekend. The driver was friendly, professional and accommodating. The vehicle was picked up at 3:30pm and delivered to my mother by 9am the next day. The cost of shipping with Benny was reasonable and worth every penny. Montway hasn't even found a driver to hire yet. The dispatcher said they are still "negotiating" with drivers. There is no ETA for hiring a driver... ...let alone for that driver to pick up the vehicle... ...let alone for delivery of the vehicle. I was told that if it takes a couple weeks more, that is still within the "estimated" due date of TODAY. I asked if a month from now would still be in the "estimated" delivery date, or would Montway be in breach of their contract. "No, we would not be in breach."

They picked up my car from my resident on July 1, 2026, via a third-party wrecker service, which delivered my car to their wrecker yard, where it has just been sitting there to this day (July 6, 2026). They promise me that my car was going to be delivered from Texas to Atlanta either on Friday, July 3rd or Sunday July 5th. Each time when I called to inquire, I only received excuses after excuses. The day before the pick up, my truck driver Derek actually showed up early but was accommodating to the fact that I wasn't ready. The only miscommunication we had was that I was told my car would not be picked up on a Sunday yet the driver was ready on a Sunday. However Derek was able to come early Monday instead and it took about 5 days for my car to arrive to California on Friday. Overall it was a stress free experience as moves can always be so frustrating, I appreciate this company for taking care of my needs.

I called some time after noon for an update since no one provided a response. I spoke with Mark and within the hour he sent me a quote. When he emailed me the contract he informed me of the amount and if I could allow a one day window for the driver/ company to pick up. He texted me the name of the company with the driver's name and numbers. About an hour later he texted me a new company name and numbers. My vehicle was not picked up on the original date, it was picked up the next day, but I did agree to give them a one day window. I received a text informing the driver would be there a noon to pick up my vehicle but he did not arrive until after 6 PM. Once he picked up my car I was sent a text informing that my vehicle would arrive between 9-10 PM on Saturday. I reached out to one of the numbers thinking it was the driver because I was told that one number was the driver's and the other was for the dispatch, to find out if my driver's side window was raised because when he departed the window was down. I left several messages and late Friday night I got a call back from the company assuring me the windown was raised. I asked for a Pic to verify and it told another couple of hours for them to send it. Fast forward, I received a text very early Saturday morning informing me that my vehicle will now be delivered Saturday morning instead of late Saturday night. The driver finally texted me from his number to inform me that he was an hour away. Once he arrived, he called me to inform me the he was outside with my vehicle. Overall my experience with MB Superb was very good. My only piece of advice would be that the broker screen the actual transporting company better and provide the customer with information about the transporting company. ​
