I'm very satisfied with my experience with Breastlink. Yes, there was a long wait, but COVID has affected wait times everywhere, and I had two different scans to take, so that contributed, also. I had to wait for the doctor to see me, and while I cannot remember his name, he was exactly what I would want while wondering what my results would be. I got them after the ultrasound, and he was compassionate, honest, gentle, and even had a great sense of humor, as for now my cysts just need to be watched. The radiology and ultrasound techs were wonderful, also. I'm so glad to have the opportunity to visit Breastlink, and I'm grateful to have them in our region. read more

I am the husband of a breast cancer patient who was recommended to Breastlink in Murrieta by our primary doctor. We were asked to hand carry my wife's medical records to their office to expedite her medical treatment. She was not treated professionally at the office by the front desk staff. In fact, she felt more stressed and bewildered after contact with Breastlink then before contact with them. They were less the helpful with the many questions she had of the surgical, radiation and chemotherapy treatments. If the medical services rendered at this facility is anything compared to what she received by the personnel staff at the front desk. I am worried for any patient seeking treatment there. read more

Had a mammogram and a biopsy here in 2015. Grateful for how caring and professional they were....forgot about the experience until I had to call them for copies of my mammogram today. Getting a mammogram isn't fun. When staff members are rude it makes the experience worse. Today I went to Breastlink. Daisy and Denise were very nice, friendly and helpful! They went out of their way to be nice so everyone felt comfortable. I had to thank them because the last time I had this done (at another imaging place), the staff was rude and a question was annoyance to them. Denise and Daisy were awesome! Went in for a repeat mammogram and immediate ultrasound and was told I had bread cancer by the radiologist. I was told to find a surgeon and was given some information about support groups and breast link! I was dazed and confused when I left, not enough information was given to me as I left with such a devastating diagnosis! read more

I was referred here to have an ultrasound. When booking my appoinment they told me that I would have to pay the $75 co-insurance towards the ultrasound. When I arrived at my appointment they inform me that by NO WAY the Dr. would see me if I didn't get a Mammogram also. First of all, my referring Dr. didn't think that was necessary, secondly my co-insurance just went from $75 to $275!! The front desk employee was extremely rude and told me "Our Dr. requires you to have both tests done or else she won't even see you." So I nervously paid the amount to finally get closure for something that myself and my referring Dr. were already convinced of. After siting and waiting hours for two short tests, I started thinking that this was ridiculous! I was referred here for ONE test, then you FORCED me into TWO! That $200 is huge for a family living on one income. So I finally get my turn for a Mammogram (because that had to be done first). Completely NORMAL!! I was SHOCKED! (Mind you, I will say that the technician that performed the test was very nice and respected.) So now its time to wait again..... for a while..... in a hallway.... in your lovely pink gown. A girl calls me in for my ultrasound. Again, she was very nice and did a great job. She scanned my breasts for about 3 minutes, and says she's done. The Dr. comes in and explains what the ultrasound shows, .....again I was completely SHOCKED! It was exactly what my referring Dr. and myself thought. (I am a medical professional btw) So was the mammogram necessary??? Because that was normal, and the ultrasound gave me the answer I needed. So why couldn't I have an ultrasound and if that was abnormal be referred for a mammogram??? That is RIDICULOUS! It's GREED!! Being told that you are required to have a test without any abnormal tests prior is bad practice in my opinion. The real kicker is the fact they told me my insurance only covered so much, and that I had to pay the difference. Which I did before the testing. But almost a year later I receive a phone call that they are going to send me to collections because I have a past due balance!!! I have NEVER received a bill!!! Nor a phone call!!! Come to find out they sent the bill to my old address in Orange County. The only reason they had that address was because it was on my DL. I repeatedly told the front desk that it wasn't current and that all my paperwork had the correct address. Long story short: Front Desk: Rude, not very well at their job Back Office: Bring a book you'll wait a while (but they are very friendly!) I've only been here for one mammogram so far but found my experience pretty good especially for something us gals don't really look forward to. I found the front desk reception to be kind, helpful and friendly and my technician was also very kind. Making an appointment wasn't really an issue for me. My doctor sent the order over and they just called me to set up an appointment. I was pleased that they were open on a Saturday so I could leave my children at home for the procedure. read more

Just had my mammogram here and it was a good experience. I would have given a 5 but the scheduling was not great. Similar experience of others and it was a 2 month wait for my appointment. Since it was a routine screening I was fine waiting. Once I was there definitely a 5 star, it took less then 30 minutes from start to finish, paperwork and all. Terri was my radiologist and she was great! Definitely recommend and would go back. read more

I initially went to Breastlink 11/17 for an Ultrasound and biopsy for a lump in my right breast. A biopsy was performed and a marker was placed in the breast. I was told at that time it was a "suspected" cyst and to follow up with my Primary care which was Grace Family Health. On that appointment I was seen my a male nurse practitioner who flew across the room on his stool (literally) and promptly told me they would "throw some antibiotics at it" A bit confused at his approach, I did what he said and 4 mos later I still have the lump. I decided to seek a second opinion at Temecula OBGYN - Linda Leon was compassionate and sensitive and suggested I go back to Breastlink and have another Ultrasound done but this time to meet with Dr. Bremner afterwards. Due to scheduling Breastlink scheduled me for the Ultrasound on the agreement that if it were something to be further looked at they would have me meet with Dr. Bremner. Fine. Second Ultrasound performed on 2/27 - immediately following I met with VISTASH ARIAZAND "MD". He entered the room, sat down and arrogantly tossed his head and went on to say and I quote "I don't know why you are here - I told you the last time you were in here this is just a cyst and this is something that you will have to live with and to go see your primary care" Wow. When I explained I was referred back over to Breastlink after being told to throw antibiotics at it and that the lump was still there!- He laughed at me and said he sees cancer all day long and I did not have it! I was so humiliated and embarrassed for being there and taking up his precious time. I called him out on his arrogant attitude and lack of professionalism and respect for his patient. This so called Doctor is a shameful example of the level of professionalism at Breastlink Temecula Valley. He demonstrated arrogance, ignorance and blatant un professional bedside manner. Cancer or suspicion thereof is NOTHING to take lightly or disregard or make the patient feel as thought they were wasting the Doctors time. In retrospect, I hope he thinks about what got him to where he is today and dig a little deeper for role he plays as a health care provider. He is a disgrace. Afterwards I asked to speak with Mary - Operations Manager at breastlink Temecula Valley. She listened and apologized and said she will speak with him. Somehow, I don't believe anything will ever be mentioned to him or action taken because after all, this moron has MD behind his name. I'm an 18 years breast cancer survivor. In 2000 had a double mastectomy. 18 years later I find a breast lump on top of the implant. I saw Dr. Parris, who was very kind and explained the results of the ultrasound and said I need to have the "mass" biopsied. It was scheduled quickly (1 week later). Dr. Parris performed the biopsy and needed a mammo to make sure the tumor marker was placed correctly. I was sent home to await the results that I was told would come from my primary physician. (Who knows very little about BC) In the meantime, the next day I noticed the implant had deflated! I called Dr. Parris and left a message about my concerns and was told the Dr. would call be back later. The next day I get a call from one of the staff, and was told that I needed to go back to my primary for follow up. This happened at Breastlink at one point during my procedure, what does my Primary doctor have to do with this? Doctor did not call me back and I was thrown into the void of "what to do now, nobody there cares". Being a 2 time cancer survivor, may make me a bit more procative with my situation, so this doesn't sit well in my head. What to do now?? With one deflated boob??? Oh boy, this is fun!!! - NOT. Update: A Breastlink employee called and apologized for the situation, and said that protocol is going to change and be more accommodating to concerned patients. I called dr. Bremner's office the week of July 15 to get an appt for a second opinion for my cancer surgery. The first appt went fine. It took a week just for her office to make the call to schedule the MRI and then another to get it done. I asked why it took so long to make an appt for a test. I still don't know why. While it is necessary to wait for an available appt slot it is not necessary to wait an entire week to get the appt made. When those results came back the dr. ordered another test. I was told again someone would call me with the appt but another week went by and I had to call to see why I had not been scheduled. Scheduling any medical appt is simply a matter of picking up the phone and calling to input the appt. That is how it has worked my entire life. Yet again I had to wonder why it was taking so long and had to police it to make sure everything got done myself as if I didn't have enough to worry about. All along the way I kept saying I don't understand why everything takes twice as long as it should. When I asked the dr. about the elapsed time she said she wasn't worried about it. So for a surgery I was hoping to delay for a few weeks until my new doc got her bearings, it took four weeks to accomplish two tests and another five weeks after that to put me on the surgery schedule. I ended up waiting the entire month of August and half of September before the first surgery date. By that time I had to change the date for something that had to be done prior to surgery. Then the date they gave me they said could only be at a hospital I'd never heard of and didn't know the reputation of. I was then told if I wanted to go to the hospital I trusted I would have to wait another month until the second half of October. I asked if the dr. only does surgery one day out of the month because that seemed incredible and scary to be honest but it was the only explanation I could come up with. They gave me none except that was the earliest date at the reliable hospital. Needing to get this done and get on with my life sometime I went ahead and did the pre-ops for the October date (which was another disaster since they sent me to the wrong lab and I spent the entire afternoon going from lab to lab trying to find one that took my insurance). As I always asked questions as to why there didn't seem to be ANY URGENCY WHATSOEVER for the treatment of CANCER the staff became more and more rude and nasty as time went on. I have never been in the care of a drs. office where I had to do all the work and make sure there was some kind of timeline because they genuinely seemed to be in the business of delaying things as long as possible. It didn't make any sense but I motored forward hoping to get the surgery I needed. The dr. wanted a final test before surgery and was supposed to call me with the results to discuss beforehand. It became extremely difficult to speak with the dr. when I called with my medical questions and to get the last test results. The calls would come intentionally at a time I was not available and when I would call back to get my results I would be told the dr. is here but she can't come to the phone. This was deliberate, petty game playing with cancer, because they didn't like that I CARED about the wasting of my time and very likely the loss of my healthy tissue. The goal was much more about controlling my due diligence than about treating cancer. Up until that point I thought the problem was with the office staff. But then dr. Bremner personally left me a voicemail wherein she blamed me for the unforgivable delays in my treatment in a mocking tone while I was waiting for potentially serious test results and that's when I knew I could never trust someone that dishonest and petty with my surgery. I never did get those final test results because I realized they were trying to traumatize me. They wanted to punish me simply for seeking prompt care and being engaged in my care. This isn't an office you can trust to care about you or cancer. It's just a day job to these people. They want your cancer treatment to be convenient for them and if that means you develop more advanced cancer or die, more money and surgery for them. I am horrified that a drs. office marketing themselves to women would be this careless, apathetic, and cruel to cancer patients lives and well-being. After wasting 4 months of my treatment time on dr. Bremner I had to flee to someone I could trust to do my procedure with MY best interest at heart. I know that was long-winded but let me shorten it for you. Don't go here. Find someone who takes cancer, your life, and your peace seriously. This isn't that place. I am SO SORRY I put my life in these people's hands. read more

I was shocked to find out Breastlink of Temecula Valley had mixed up my records with another patient leading me to believe I may be at risk for 6 MONTHS! No apology was offered, I was just told that "computers make errors." At this point I was just ready to move forward with my exam so I could get MY actual results. The tech told me I could just go due to the mix up but I was actually there because I have breast pain. I asked if I could still get an ultrasound since I did have a doctor's order of my own & I'd already waited 90 minutes? She complied, did the US & actually found something! She told me the doctor would be right in to see me. After lying there in a darkened room for 25 minutes while staring at my ultrasound images, I realized my kids would be getting out of school soon so I told the tech that I needed to leave. She said that the wait time has nothing to do with her & she can't hold me there AGAINST MY WILL but the doctor would still like to see me! As I sit here hours later I still can't believe the way I was treated. When Dr Parris (the facility's director) finally showed up she too was not apologetic about the mixed up documents because, "these things happen." After she followed up on the tech's ultrasound she informed me that I have a complicated cyst which means I'll need to return in 6 months. I'm already dreading it. read more

I was so scared to go to Breastlink at first. I was so wrong. From the very beginning. The receptionist is so loving and caring. Like a mother to all. So I booked my appointment, and when I went to the office, everyone was super kind and genuine. It was amazing from the beginning, I just knew I was in the right hands. But not only do you get to see one super amazing dr. you get to see atleast two. Dr. Parris was so thorough and gentle. Making sure to look into my eyes to make sure she knew I was okay. She is like an angel I met that day. Such an incredible woman. After I met Dr. Parris, I met Dr. Bremner, and after everything going so perfect, I couldn't believe it could get even more. She is the coolest Dr. I have ever met. Very sharp and witty, and made me laugh so hard. As soon as she walks in the room immediately, her presence is so strong, you can tell she is a hot shot Dr. that we are so lucky to have one in our lifetime. All my nerves were so relaxed at that moment. It was like a day at the spa! Dr. Parris and Dr.Bremner. Thank you so much for being our light. Breastlink is a beacon of light to all of us women. Very rude.i don't know how this place even gets business. The ultrasound tech was extremely rude acting like I shouldn't be there when I have had a on going issue for 7 months and my ob recommended I get my breast checked again. It is not anyones place to tell me if I should or shouldn't be having my breast looked at but me or my own doctor. Just because I am breastfeeding the tech managed to tell me you will have some pain and some lumps! Yes I am aware this can happen, I have had 3 kids I have never had issues like I am having now and I don't think someone needs to judge me based on the fact that I'm breast-feeding.it does not mean you can't have breast cancer or breast problems that need to be addressed just because you are breastfeeding!The way I was treated would make someone else possibly never come back in for something wrong with their breast. It's wrong to make people feel like that and no one should be saying anything but the doctor! It's not their place or their job to tell you you should or shouldn't be there.Save yourself the time and poor customer service and make sure you are feeling confident in your tech and exam and go somewhere else even if it's out of the area.I also wrote a review to Breastlink and ask them to call me when they asked for feedback and they never called me read more

Scheduling my mammogram with a male in the Dominican Republic who was not listening--at all--was all I needed to then cancel, leave a message for the manager, who never called me back, and then receive an automated call 2 months later confirming my upcoming appointment. I don't care how capable the actual radiographers may be, the process was a complete put-off, and any business who has to schedule outside the country with incompetent people is not a place I wish to go. read more

On Friday, 7/25/14 when I came for my breast biopsy. The ultrasound tech did some ultrasounds of my right breast and right armpit. Then Dr. Parris came into the biopsy room, she communicated to me what was going to be done. Dr. Parris did not mention that she was going to numb the area where the biopsy was going to be done. I asked Dr. Parris if she was going to be giving me the numbing medication. Dr. Parris said, "of course, what you don't want the numbing medication." I told Dr. Parris, "I want the numbing medication." Then Dr. Parris did some ultrasounds, then she cleaned the area where the biopsy was going to be performed, then she cleaned the area again. Then she touched my nipple. Why? The lump is not in my nipple. I was stuck with a sharp object 5 to 6 times, I kept saying, "ouch, ouch, ouch." I said ouch 5 to 6 times. Then I started to cry. Dr. Parris said, "Go find a happy place." I don't have a happy place. The biopsy was performed on my right breast and right armpit. Then when the procedure was done, Dr. Parris walked around the table to the front of me and said, "Why are you crying, we are all done, why are you crying." Then I told her, "that I have been in an abusive marriage for 7 years." Then Dr. Parris said, "Do you think we abused you today?" I told her, "I want to get up and get dressed." Then Dr. Parris said, "We are putting the bandages on you." Then again Dr. Parris said, "Do you think we abused you today?" Then while the ultrasound tech was putting bandages on me, the ultrasound tech said, "Do you think we abused you today?" Then the ultrasound tech said, "We have to ask you that question." Then again I said, "I want to get up and get dressed." Then again Dr. Parris said, "Do you think we abused you today?" Then I told Dr. Parris, "to get away from me." Then again Dr. Parris said, "Do you think we abused you today?" Then I told Dr. Parris, "to get away from me" and again I told her "to get away from me." Dr. Parris would not give up; she wanted me to answer her question. I laid on the table with my right breast exposed and Dr. Parris kept asking me, "Do you think we abused you today?" I felt that I was put in an uncomfortable situation. I became scared and felt the only way to get out of that uncomfortable situation was to lie to Dr. Parris to get out of that situation. I have been in an abusive marriage. Then Dr. Parris said, "Go get her mother." Then I heard Dr. Parris tell my mother, "She thinks we abused her." Then when we left the biopsy room, I started to shake and my body became cold and I started to get goose bumps. My mother asked the mammogram tech for a blanket and the mammogram tech said, "We will be done soon." I remained cold until my mother and I left your faculty. Dr. Parris did not make sure that there was enough numbing medication used or applied to the area. Dr. Parris kept referring to the fact that the numbing medication is just like the same way that the dentist would numb you. I have been to the dentist many times and the dentist always checks to make sure enough medication was used to numb the area. So why didn't Dr. Parris check to make sure enough medication was used to numb the area? What, I am not allowed to say, ouch? What, I am not allowed to cry? How would you feel if you were stuck with a sharp object 5 to 6 times? One biopsy was done in my lower armpit. The armpit is a sensitive area. Doesn't Dr. Parris know that the armpit is a sensitive area? I lay on that table in pain. Moving my legs, my arms, holding on to the table, stretching out my other arm and extending my fingers, because I was in so much pain. Dr. Parris and the staff did not have any kindness or compassion. I RECEIVED NO CARE AT THIS FACULTY. THE SERVICE AT THIS FACULTY IS BEYOND TERRIBLE. I waited a month for the Breast Care Center of Temecula Valley to call me. I received no call so I called them, left messages. Then we played telephone tag. I told Mary that it has been a month and I have not heard from you. Mary said, "I have been busy interviewing people." I told Mary how upset and hurt I was by the treatment. Mary said, "we have many letters and cards thanking us for Dr. Parris and the great service." I told Mary where are they, I don't see them in the lobby, hanging on the wall. Mary said, "per HIPPA, I have them in my office." Dr. Parris did not even know the size of my lump. Dr. Parris had to turn to the ultrasound tech to get the answer. DR. PARRIS HAS AN ATTITUDE. Then I called Carol in Quality Assurance. I was told that they would communicate with the ultrasound tech to get her side of the story. They did not inform me of their internal findings. Then in 2015 I went to City of Hope in Corona, CA and heard a lady talk about the pain and terrible service that she received. I knew she was talking about the Breast Care Center of Temecula Valley. She also said that she lived in Murrieta, CA Mary never answered any of my questions read more

I have never been to this office but it was highly recommended by many so I went. Long review but you will be shocked by end I promise and not in a good way. I arrived on time and was greeted by a not so friendly office staff. I had talked to the appointment desk the day before 3x confirming what exams were to be done. When I checked in they reviewed doctors orders again and I filled out some paperwork. I asked if they could check with insurance because my portion seemed high and I was told if I didn't pay at that moment and they called insurance and wait for answer they would move on to the next person. I paid and went back to the room. Before laying down the girl reviewed what she was going to do and it was not what my doctor ordered. She said I will check your problem area but wont be thoroughly checking both breasts. She said yes I know it isn't what the doctor ordered but we cant do that. I said why. She said because you didn't say you had pain in the other breast. I said that doesn't matter because my doctor ordered both breasts to be checked. She said no I will only be looking at the area of concern. I became flustered. She went and got the radiologist doctor because as she said "I was not understanding her." Doctor Ariazand.....No compassion, empathy, sympathy, you name it. He came in and seemed irritated from moment her entered. He explained that he has other patients and if I was going to be calling my doctors office he wasn't going to sit there and wait for me and take up his time. Even though my doctor, once on line, my nurse said would talk to Breastlink and clear this up. My doc works closely with them. Before DR. A left he explained to me that no they would not be doing a full scan on both breasts and he wouldn't risk his license to write that I was clear. He said you need a mammogram. I said I don't want a mammogram and I wont be getting one. He asked when I last had a mammogram. NONE OF HIS BUSINESS. He then told me that ultrasounds don't see cancer. I said I don't care what you write or what ultras do this is what my doctor order and YES ultrasounds DO see cancer as my 3 year was diagnosed with cancer from an ultrasound. NOT ONE OF THEM SAID I AM SORRY at that point. He just continued to BULLY me into doing what he wanted. I ended up leaving but not before giving him a piece of my mind once dressed. At that time he said I can do a breast scan on both breasts and service you and then another appointment would need to be made for the check of your cyst. It is 2 separate time slots. OHHHHH SO nice after 1 and a half hours of me here and on the phone with my OB sobbing in the hallway you decide now to make it clear how I can get what I want. He said the front office and schedulers must have gotten confused as to what the order was since 2 things were on there. I replied well you could have just been nice about this whole process or once said I am sorry about your child. Or sorry I wasn't clear at first. Perhaps one of the 5-10 staff that passed me in the back hallway as I sat crying could have said are you ok, do you need a tissue, can I get you something? THIS IS A PLACE that not many women want to be at and they need to have much more compassion if they are in the healthcare field. HORRIBLE experience. Massive amounts of stress and all for nothing. read more

I wish I could write a review on the breast MRI that my Dr. ordered for me to receive there but they would never schedule me. It has now been close to one month since my Dr. sent the order in and no appointment made. They will not let you talk to anyone so you must wait for them to schedule and call you back. I could be dead by the time they get around to it. I am going to Orange County Memorial Care in Laguna Hills. No problem talking with anyone and made the appointment on my first call. read more

I was referred here late 2017 for a mammo followup. An ultrasound was performed and I was told to come back in 6 months for a followup. As I was leaving, the technician asked me to follow her back to Dr. Parris's office. The Dr. stated that while we were discussing my family history, she decided to look again at my results under the highest magnification and the last 3 yrs. of mammo tests. She stated that the issue was first manifested in 2016 and that upon comparison the lesion had grown. I was very surprised and concerned since I had received a letter stating that my breast mammo results were negative for 2016. Unfortunately, another organization performed and analyzed the results of my 2016 test. Due to her questioning attitude and due diligence, she stated she would be setting me up asap for more tests. Since then I have been under the care of Dr. Bremner and her team. The doctors take their time and explain EVERYTHING to you, and I have never felt uncomfortable for asking so many questions. They are patient, passionate, and concerned about your health. I am confident I will get the best advice and treatment going forward. The level of technical expertise, proficiency, professionalism and passion from medical professionals MATTERS. The person who read my results in 2016 obviously made a mistake that affects my life greatly. I have learned to trust but VERIFY. From now on, I will demand to see test results, understand the process and conduct research from many levels and options and not take someones word. read more

If I could give Breastlink less than 1 star, I would. The front desk staff are rude with long wait time. They seam to be very comfortable with manipulating cost of diagnostic mammograms and procedures. They quote you a price for a diagnostic mammogram, and later they bill you a higher cost. They told me my biopsy is completely covered by my insurance, but they billed my insurance for a separate diagnostic mammogram and have the outside lab bill my insurance directly for the specimen analysis. As I inquired into the almost $300 additional charge, they told me that they have no way of knowing what my insurance is going to pay for, and what will need to go toward my deductible. I know that is completely false. They stated that the cost supplied is an estimate, and these charges are customary, but they will make policy changes to ensure that they inform future clients/patients of possible additional charges. They offer contradicting information in explaining the additional charges. Breastlink normal policy is to insist that you pay charges not covered by insurance, prior to procedures/mammograms, and now they claim that they really don't have access to this information. They informed me that the additional mammogram being charged is for the procedure to place a breast marker, but yet I received a letter informing me that my latest mammogram resulted in a cancer free mammogram which was performed on the day of the biopsy. SO DID I REALLY NEED A BIOPSY? I also have a permanent scar/lump on my breast caused by biopsy! I KNOW OTHER PEOPLE MUST HAVE ENCOUNTERED SIMILAR SITUATION. PLEASE DOCUMENT YOUR EXPERIENCE, IF YOU EXPERIENCED SIMILAR SITUATION. WE NEED TO GET A MOVEMENT SO WE CAN HAVE BREASTLINK INVESTIGATED. read more

What an absolute joke! Trying to get an appointment, and any kind of accommodation with scheduling is terrible. I was referred here for a second opinion, and of course once they get your records, they can't just say, yes you need to come in, or no everything is fine. I have tried to get in for the last 3 months, and not been successful. Finally, I thought it was going to happen for this Monday at 2pm. I received the confirmation call today, advising me my appointment is at 11:30am. I already had to jump through hoops with my work to get the time off, and now I can't go because someone miscommunicated the time to me a month ago, when I had to reschedule for this appointment b/c they couldn't make any exceptions because the doctor is just too busy. They are so busy and over book, and end up having to reschedule people. Get it together. Stop over booking if you can't handle the client base. read more

In spite of the wonderful care from Dr Amy Bremner, I will never return to Breastlink (or any of their companies: West Coast Imaging or Radnet) due to the extreme stress I have had to endure in dealing with their incompetent and unresponsive billing department. I have spent countless hours on the phone with them proving I have paid a bill (from two years ago that they suddenly sent me), have sent them their own receipts and insurance EOBs showing that I have paid the bills. You are not allowed to speak directly with billing as "they don't have a direct line." Customer service reps, who state they "cannot see your payments or insurance payments" say they will send billing a message for you. They have promised to have "billing specialists" call me, which never happens. They have no interest in clearing things up at their end. Extremely deceptive billing practices. This is not an exception--read the reviews for all of their locations and affiliates--similar billing nightmares. read more
