Unfortunately, I had to experience going to an urgent care a few times in 1 week... fortunately it was this one! I am extremely hesitant going to urgent cares I'm not familiar with but I just moved 60 miles from my regular urgent care. Also, I'm not always able to do a ton of research on facility or have limited options due to insurance. I'm pretty sure somewhere between being launched into Space Mountain and navigating through "It's a small world" at Disney I picked up the Adenovirus. I saw a primary doctor at my health organization I work for when I was first feeling unwell and had a fever. Not much was done and all my testing came back negative (covid etc). This was on a Tuesday. I went to this urgent care the same week on a Friday. The front desk girls were really nice and professional. The waiting area is clean. They are cashless FYI (I paid with Apple Pay). On Friday I came right when they opened. First the MA(assumption on the title she took vitals and asked qualifying questions). She was brief and then turned on music before she left while my wife and I waited for the PA. I'm not a huge fan of the fact that music is being played. Especially when you feel miserable. Not sure if that is for patient privacy (if the walls are thin) but it was odd. Anyways, I went over my symptoms with the PA who was super nice. PA Stock. There wasn't really much done that visit. I know with a virus you just have to kind of ride it out. But it just kept getting worse. So I left and ended up coming back Sunday... that same week. This is where the magic happened. I was in so much pain I couldn't take it anymore. My throat, upper respiratory, sinuses, eyes were infected... and so my wife and I drove again to this urgent care. This time on the way there I booked my appointment online which is an awesome tool! When I got there I had a bit of a wait but it's urgent care and it wasn't like 2 hours and I had no choice. When I got back to the doctors office and waited for him that took a while. But A) I was in so much pain every minute felt like an hour and B) That Urgent Care got slammed and had limited providers. The xray tech did vitals and was super sweet and empathetic. Asked if I needed any water etc (that really goes a long way). Again goes the music haha my wife actually turned it off after a little bit. I would just recommend asking the patient before turning it on. I know it seems silly that it's just music but radio like music playing loudly when you feel horrible is just not the bees knees. Finally, at last the doctor arrives. I really didn't expect much to be honest because it's really hard to find a good doctor in general and especially at an urgent care I've had more bad experiences than good. Well this doctor is the reason I'm leaving this review. Dr Hamzeh was all about "how do we get you better" even with it being so busy I did not feel rushed or dismissed. He right then and there gave me treatment options that I took and prescribed me an antibiotic that I needed. I take several medications for some health issues I have so I get really worried about medication interactions esp having a past or doctors prescribing conflicting medications. He reassured me... more than once and I'm so sorry if I was annoying asking twice haha that I would be okay. And I was. I had a few questions after he left and he kindly came back to us when he had time to answer them. He was very confident in how he was treating me and actually took the time to help me. I started gradually feeling better the next day. It took a few more days to notice a bigger difference but I did! I was back to work by Wednesday. Today is Friday and although I still have the after effects of the virus and am not 100% I'm about 90% and that's all thanks to the Dr. Thank you to the staff and Dr Hamzeh on last Sunday. For someone who works in healthcare and someone who needs healthcare I know how frustrating it is to continue to pay copays with no help. My wife and I both appreciate you all and hope you had a wonderful holiday! Ps. I have been to this location a couple of times for my kiddos. I had to go for myself this time. I appreciate how friendly the front desk staff is. I hurt my toe pretty bad. It was later in the evening and I kept them longer than they were open. No one complained. The PA-Avo was amazing and his bedside manner is awesome! He took the time to explain everything to me in the process and what to expect. The assistant Tamara was great and Alvin helped too. Jen manned the front desk until I was done. I went in for a UTI, my primary care physician's wait is almost a month! The bill? $616.02! What they DID NOT TELL ME: 1. I'm considered a new patient since I hadn't been there in 3 years - more money! 2. They billed my insurance company - more money! Cash pay would have been less, but no one bothered to advise me of that. 3. No posted office visit rates to allow a patient to make a choice. I am very happy with the care my husband received this morning. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. We didn't have to wait long either. Once we saw the medical staff, he was able to provide my husband with a breathing treatment which helped him tremendously. My husband and I were very grateful for everyone that helped us especially after he had been struggling with a chronic cough that required my husband to sleep in a chair for the last four days. Don't go here. I went in after working all day feeling terrible. The lobby was empty, yet I waited for 30 minutes, no biggie. Got to the room, the nurse was so pleasant (5 stars), but waited another 30 minutes. The provider came in, he performed an extremely limited exam, (seriously 10 seconds). I felt completely unheard! He didn't adequately explain his reasoning as to why he wouldn't prescribe antibiotics and made me feel dismissed. Maybe it's money and wanting people to come back again. Whatever the case, I waited my turn, I'm paying, the 3 minutes he spent in the room felt very wrong. I've never experienced this ever at any doctor's office. read more

Don't go anytime after 12 even though they close at 2, they'll turn you away well before then. Went on Saturday at 1:15 was told they weren't seeing anyone. Went again Sunday at 12:15, again told they weren't taking anyone. Went just needed a quick sports physical. read more

The front desk staff at I-Care are truly disappointing. They seem to forget they're the first impression patients have of the clinic. Don't expect a hello, a smile, or even basic kindness--you'll only be acknowledged when they're ready to take your information. I'm dual insured, so I clearly explained which plan was primary and which was secondary, and even provided the subscriber birthdates for each. The staff member asked me three separate times which was which, then still claimed I gave the wrong information. I don't mind repeating myself, but the attitude and quickness to blame me was uncalled for. The whole interaction was rude, unprofessional, and flat-out incorrect. This kind of behavior is exactly why I--and many others-- will choose to drive just two minutes down the road to Accelerated Urgent Care instead. My experience here was nothing but great. Came here on a Monday morning for an arm pain that i had for almost a month now. I have been seen by our health department thru work but hadn't gotten an X-ray. This clinic took an xray and gave me a work release form to ensure that i need to have a well rested arm. The care that I got from the health care provider exceeded my expectations. Colorful decor and photos on their wall as I walk past the hallway reflects a healthy working environment. Recently took my daughter here on a Saturday afternoon for swollen tonsils. I had been here before for different issues, but it had been quite some time. The office was clean and staff was efficient. Time in waiting room was less than 20 minutes and we were in and out in less than an hour, about 45 minutes total. The doctor was friendly and thorough. He prescribed an antibiotic which a previous doctor did not recommend. The antibiotic helped my daughter so I was glad that he did that. They did a throat swab that they sent out to the lab, but 2 weeks later we had not received a call with the results- my daughter's condition improved in the meantime so I forgot to follow up until 2 weeks later. It turned out it was negative, but they didn't notify us until I called 2 weeks later. Other than that, our experience with i-Care Urgent Care was a positive one. read more

This urgent care used to be good but the provider PA Reed sucks. I brought my wife here for a finger cut. We were inside the room already and took us almost 3hrs to wait inside the room. He injected multiple lidocaine to numb my wife fingers with his shaky hands and end up not stitching her fingers. Did not prescribe any antibiotics and forgot to prescribed pain med. We call the urgent care and ask for pain med and he only prescribed Tylenol. The cut was so deep that it took half of her nail. Of course Tylenol wasn't gonna help her. My wife was in pain for the whole week. We went back again for ABX and pain med. I told the staff, who's the provider today? Cause we don't want PA Reed anymore. They said he's not here so we decided to wait. And sure enough we got the same provider. This PA looks obviously new and doesn't know what his doing. Two worst visit in a week. read more

I have had two great experiences with icare on Clinton Keith, including for a broke toe that needed X-rays and for a bad ear infection. I went in to get checked for head trauma. They were not too busy and I had minimal wait time. They took me in and assessed my injuries, took my blood pressure. They wanted to take an X-ray on my elbow because that one of the areas that I hit but I didn't think it was necessary. They were not able to take a brain scan because they do not have that kind of equipment but they got me in and out in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this Urgent care. read more

My husband is so impossible to get to go to the Dr.....and after this experience I got the "I told you so....this is why I don't go to the Dr" response every wife dreads..... Long story short he made sure he was first in line when they opened, they dismissed him quickly with a Claritin prescription and only looked in his nose after he pushed for it....even after all that they didn't send in the prescription they said they would, and only sent in for the bs Claritin...we had to call them and get the prescription sent over. I was shocked based on his symptoms they only gave him a topical antibiotic but I'm not a Dr so....after a week of no relief I begged him to go to the urgent care I usually go to and there they correctly diagnosed him, and gave him the proper treatment. His infection went systemic because of the lack of care. If he wasn't in so much pain and I didn't keep nagging him, this could have been a very serious life threatening situation. Not sure if this was a turn and burn situation or lack of experience on this particular provider, but I recommend finding another place to have your family treated when your PCP isn't available. I hardly ever leave reviews but this experience has prompted me to make an exception for both urgent cares. Healthcare is no place to get complacent. read more

I have been here numerous times in the past and have always received the greatest care and attention by all of those who work here. With that said, there is one P.A. to steer clear of and his name is Vincent. Your well being is not his immediate concern and he clearly states that and you're treated as such. Minimal concern for impaired breathing and actually suggests that it's more mental than physical? Bronchitis was suspected on the last visit and he echoed that feeling but would not prescribe any well known treatment drugs for fear of losing his license? I'm not the only one who has had issues with this physician. It's a great place to be treated at, but if you get him, you might want to ask for someone else. Just a warning folks. read more

Brought my kids for a fever, vomit and persistent cough filled the paperwork within minutes and was told it was 1-2 hour wait. Came in at 12 and when they finally called us in it was 2:40pm only to be told that I did well giving my kids Tylenol for fever and to give them fluids that's all. I had also filled up paperwork for myself to be seen and was not told anything except my vitals are "good" yet my insurance will be billed for this visit just to be told drink fluids. Go elsewhere care quality is not a good standard here. I have insurance and I'm willing to pay so my kids can get medicine or have at least a good assessment done by the doctor. But what a disappointment this place is absolutely not the Urgent care you want to go. read more

First time here, went in for some back pain. Front desk was quick and easy. The nurse assistant that checked my vitals was extremely personable and helpful, helped made a lot of things clear with what to do going forward, I wish everyone in the medical field was as nice as him. The doc that checked me was also very easy to talk to, loved her energy and personality. Unfortunately for me, I'm thinking of switching from Sun City Prime Care over to Graybill group. They accept Blue Shield CA with SCPC, but not with Graybill, soooo it may have been my last visit, not that I plan on needing to go to an Urgent Care again. read more

The care is detailed and I feel like I'm listened to and cared for. I'll drive the extra 5 miles every time now since I went to another urgent care ( Temecula 24 hr Urgent care that was HORRIBLE!). Including this urgent care. Talk about a "power tripper" receptionist? Yes, I left after being insulted and barked at, like a DOG, by this obviously very unhappy young woman. Rudest office employee I've ever seen or heard in ANY doctor's office. Hands down. Walked in today because I needed a prescription for my thyroid pills. My old prescription ran out and we are between insurance companies. This urgent care has helped me in the past with prescriptions for my thyroid pills. Been on them for 30 years. Simple, right? Nope. I looked around the waiting room. A few people waiting... maybe 4? ALL had their masks down... drinking... eating... texting... talking on their phones. Do I care? Nope. I am vaccinated and covid is almost OVER! Hurray!!! "Just to let you know," said the nicer receptionist who took my credit card to swipe a $100 payment , "It's possible the practitioner might not write you a prescription for thyroid pills today." HUH? "Would someone please go see if they'll be able to write a new script for synthroid today, before I waste $100 for maybe nothing?" I asked. "NO!" screamed the rude office receptionist... turning in her chair, before the other young girl had a chance to say or do anything. I could NOT believe my ears. I wasn't asking for pain killers. I wasn't asking for muscle relaxers. All I needed to see the doctor for was my THYROID medication, because I ran out and we are in between insurance companies! What happened to words like manners, customer service, kindness, hard work, caring for patients and finding ambition to get up off that damned chair to go ask the physicians assistant an extremely quick and simple question... before I spend $100 just to find out no one there can write me a prescription for THYROID pills? Did I really ask for too much out of this lazy woman? LOL! I've used this urgent care several times in the past, including when I broke my foot about 3 years ago. It was a really good urgent care. NEVER... not once... did any receptionist tell me that I might be paying $100 for nothing. I've had new prescriptions for my thyroid pills written there before. It was never a big deal. All I needed today was a simple answer to a simple question... about a super simple, generic prescription for thyroid pills... BEFORE the nicer receptionist... the one who graciously took my credit card... swiped it and charged me $100 for nothing! Nope. We don't do oil changes here. But, we're keeping your money!" Isn't that exactly what this snarky, rude girl was telling me??? Then, the rude receptionist turned to me, pointed rudely at me and screamed, "PUT YOUR MASK UP!" Now... she had an entire reception room FILLED with people not wearing masks. Her demands to me had nothing to do with wearing a mask. What she was saying to me was "SHUT UP!" The rude receptionist refused to move. Sure, she was more than happy to point a finger at me, and let me know me I might be spending $100 for nothing... SCREAM at me... But, she would not get off that damned chair for anything. I've been to this urgent care several times, for my thyroid medication, when hubby and I were in-between insurance policies. NEVER had any issues before now... not once! One bad apple... She RUINED this once good urgent care doctor's office! Scared the heck out of me... Used a pulled down mask as a lame excuse to tell me to shut up! I won't be returning. We are at the tail end of covid. I am vaccinated as are sooo many in our area. California is literally one of the last states that still tells people to wear masks and I don't think anyone in Murrieta actually enforces it... except this horrible, terrible, rude, lazy receptionist. I've never experienced a place so badly named, i-Care? Yeah right. Should be "We don't care - Urgent Care" or maybe "We give zero fucks - Urgent Care". Story goes like this: I was mauled by a dog and had significant amount of skin ripped off my chin area, because I couldn't drive I had to Uber and this was the closest place to my house so I went here, bad idea. First I was told they wouldn't take my insurance. I said "I'm bleeding out of my face, I don't care I'll pay out of pocket" receptionist says "it'll be $300" with attitude like I don't have the money. I took off the cloth on my face and said "again, I'll pay as I am bleeding out of my face". She looks horrified and gets the doctor who says I will have to go to an ER. I said "ok well I need to call someone for a ride" and I politely went outside to bleed on the sidewalk instead of all over their office. They were sitting there looking out at me occasionally and not once offered to call an ambulance or offer me water, maybe a piece of gauze would have been nice. But nope, they were too busy not caring. read more

This negative review is because of Ashley, her lack of customer service and lack of compassion. Summary: I was having severe pain in my lower right. I didn't know what it was or if I should go to the hospital. My wife called I care and spoke to Ashley. It was about 1:00 pm. When my wife asked about taking me to Urgent Care, Ashley did not ask any questions about the type of pain I was having except saying, they were planning on leaving early today so if I could get there by 1:30, they'll take me in. Bottom line, go somewhere where they at the very least, care to ask the proper questions and direct you where you should go. Not good Ashley, perhaps some customer-sensitivity training or go work somewhere where you have to deal with people. read more

My 2 year old hurt her elbow jumping on the couch , I thought maybe she dislocated it , took my daughter to Kaiser to her primary care and was there waiting an hour to get seen , finally they send her to xray then wait another hour , the doctor comes back and tells me they couldn't find anything to just keep an eye on it , gave her Tylenol and told me if her symptoms get worse to come back. I was so frustrated because her elbow was still bothering her , she would not move her arm. My friend works here she recommended me to come the next morning , it took Dr.Roach 30 minutes to check her elbow and pop her little bone back in place without no xray. My daughter instantly started moving her arm around. Dr.Rochin was super nice and Kathy the front desk lady was super helpful. Ann is a awesome doctor! In 2-3 weeks she found out everything wrong with my body. My old doctor couldn't even do that in 2-3 years. Very attentive and she also brainstorms and will think of every possible thing it could be. The other doctors are also really good here I've used the urgent care portion and the male doctor I had was super kind and resourceful on the issue. Will continue to come here I love it! read more

I went here for some pain in my right wrist that had been bothering me for a few weeks. A brief examination by an NP (you never see MD's here, it's always and NP or PA), and a few x-rays later, suddenly I'm being casted for a fracture. The x-ray images were explained to me, but I have to be honest, I didn't see any fracture and I've had an ankle and tailbone fracture in the past which were clear on an x-ray image. Fast forward a week, the pain is still present despite the cast. I have the cast removed and go to Ortho as advised by my primary care and what do ya know, my x-rays are NEGATIVE for a fracture and even a healed fracture still displays on an x-ray. This place is simply in the business of making false or inaccurate diagnosis for profit. I'd avoid this place if you're looking for accurate and quality urgent care services. Oh my goodness. I fractured my foot and immediately became anxious and nervous about what to do. My primary told me to go to an urgent care. I chose I-Care because I had been there before so I called and asked if they had an x-ray machine. They do, so I headed in. I was greeted by 2 front desk girls that were fielding walk-ins from a lot of sick people. When taken back by Alvin for xrays, the rest was history. Got here Memorial Day right when they opened, staff was quick and very professional. Filled out paperwork and was seen within 5 minutes. Sweet front desk workers, sweet lady did initial check up, and shorter doctor was also a very nice, attentive, sweet lady. Will definitely be returning. read more
