Omg these guys are true healers and life savers. I woke up this morning super tight and all tensed up. I called my usual place and they could not get me in for over a week. I remember seeing BBS at our local farmers market and also my doctor recommended them to me awhile back. So I called this morning and they got me in within 2 hours. Kelly did a 60 minute deep tissue massage and focused the entire hour on my neck, shoulders and back and worked out all those pesky knots. Not only did he listen to me and my needs he took the time to teach me some home stretches and the importance of posture and hydration. WOW...is all I can say...this is my new "go to" place and I will be seeing Kelly monthly from here on out!!!! read more

We had such a wonderful experience with Kelly at Breathe on Saturday. My husband booked a couples leg massage, which I'd never had before and I was pleasantly surprised by how much i loved it. You get to sit on these big comfortable couches (complete with super soft blankets, mind you) while you enjoy an epsom soak and a lovely leg/foot rub. Kelly was thorough and asked about back issues when we hit certain pressure points, etc. Even though it was just for my legs, I still had that post massage, floaty high. I made an appointment online the evening prior and had no issues getting in the following morning. I felt my money was very well spent and I felt very comfortable and relaxed with my therapist Jillian. She was able to provide me with some relief after a neck injury a week prior. It literally feels like a cinderblock has been lifted from my shoulders! The environment was very cute and and the foot wash and essential oil treatment were an added bonus. This place is awesome! We had a couples massage and were very comfortable during our massages. Our hosts were very friendly and even gave us mimosas on the house with a warm foot soak afterwards. The massage felt great and was very relaxing. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the music played during the massage. They were playing top 40 music, so it didn't create a very relaxing environment when songs like "Radioactive" were blaring through the speakers. read more

I went here after reading all the positive reviews. Was hoping to find my new place to go as a regular. Granted I got a last minute - weekend - the therapist was not good. The place has so many stinky scented candles. One in every room- and its a small place- my eyes were burning! I could have rolled around on my yoga roll to get a better massage. I paid for a 90 min. one too. I'm all for the funky hipster atmosphere but they should have some understanding if the healing arts. I run my own construction company full time and do a lot of abuse to my body. I am always sore and my back and shoulders are always locked up with tension and knots. Today I was experiencing extra soreness, so I Googled to see if there was any chance of getting into a massage therapist today. I immediately ran across Breathe Body and Spa. They had online booking and their prices were excellent. It was easy to book online for a noon appointment. I arrived early to fill out paperwork, and they got me right in. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Katie Day LMT was me massage therapist and she did an excellent deep tissue massage. She is very thorough and really knows what she is doing. She is very strong and did an amazing job working through all the layers of locked up muscles. She used a combination of aroma therapy, massage and hot towels. It was amazing. I will for sure be going back!! The spa and decor is very peaceful and relaxing. It is an oasis for sure!! I went away feeling rejuvenated and very relaxed...just hated that I had to go back to work!! Thanks Breath Body and Spa for the amazing experience!! read more
