When i walked in, the owner, Sheralyn, said she didn't have any gift certificates on her. I almost walked out feeling frustrated, but Sheralyn was awesome in helping come up with another solution. I was able to pay for the service I'm gifting tonight. She is super nice. I really appreciated her effort to help me because I didn't trust or want to resort to anyone else based off my research.

I was worried about the appointment going over, but received no apologies when she arrived. The icing on the cake was that the color didn't even take. The stylist didn't charge me for the appointment, which was the one grace of the day. But I wasted 3 hours and still had to make another appointment. And right now, I am sitting at the salon AGAIN waiting for a third stylist, who is also now over half an hour late to work. Now, there's bad luck and there's bad service, but I'm pretty sure I'm getting equal doses at this salon. Customer service just doesn't seem high priority. I'll think about revisiting my star rating after she redoes my color today, but I already feel stupid for even sitting here.

So I was very interested in finding a go-to spot to start getting massages due to my very tight back and after doing some research and reading probably about a dozen reviews or so, I decided to give this place a try. The reviews were great and after visiting the website, I felt pretty comfortable booking a massage here. My first appointment was in early March and I have been coming here consistently about every other week or so since then. I've had massages from Krystal, Beth and Jessica and every single one of them were everything I hoped for and more. I was worried it might be awkward and uncomfortable, but you can tell they really go out of their way to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The 30 minutes always fly by and I'm always feeling 100% after the session so I would HIGHLY recommend checking this place out! read more

I signed up for an event at this studio, and asked if everyone there was vaccinated because I'm in the high risk category, and I don't put myself in situations with unvaccinated people. Instead of just a simple yes or no, Jessica said they maintained the health privacy of their guests and staff, but I could wear a mask if I wanted to. She then wrote 5 minutes later giving me a deadline to let her know if I was still attending or I'd be charged a fee ( I already paid for the class too). As if that weren't unprofessional enough, Jessica posted cryptic messages on her Facebook about how as a business owner you need to make tough decisions, and not everyone is the right client for her studio....all I did was ask if everyone was vaccinated due to my high risk status. read more

Lovely prenatal massage. The building is a nondescript multI-use space, so there isn't clear marking acknowledging that you're there, but if you go in and walk down the stairs and down the hallway, it's easy enough to find where you're going. There's a small waiting room that I sat in until my therapist came to get me and took me down the hall to one of the other rooms. While the overall environment isn't spa like, the actual treatment room was nice and relaxing. Couldn't hear outside traffic or anything. My therapist was Chelsea Rose and she was very nice and explained what to expect with my first prenatal massage and made sure to ask any questions about areas of concern or any high risk issues with my pregnancy. I had an amazing experience during my "Generational Healing" session with Jessica. The session was a unique blend of modalities including identification of generational patterns, emotional body mapping, sound healing, aromatherapy, and massage. The first part of the session was an engaging dialogue with Jessica while seated, then moved to the massage table for the healing. I experienced meaningful connections between my past, my body, and my emotions- and have felt much more clear about what will support my wellbeing. Chelsea Rose gave me a 1 hour whole body massage on a heated table with warm moist towels to add to the experience. It was a wonderful hour. Soft music, dim lights, and fragrant oils all added to the atmosphere designed to enhance relaxation. She paid attention to my problem areas concentrating on them without neglecting the rest of my body. The facility is conveniently located in Hilton Road between 8 and 9 Mile Roads in an old building that looks like it was a church. Businesses of similar or related in the building. I got to see Krystal yesterday for a 60 minute massage service appointment that I had scheduled. I'll start by saying the timing was perfect for my appointment! I was anxious at first due to the fact that it had been at least 5 years since my last massage and I have had some updates with my health. Once I walked in the door I was at ease. It was a tranquil environment and smelled fantastic. The music during my massage added to the tranquility. I am often stiff, achy, and creaky because of Osteoporosis. Simply Amazing. Chelsea Rose gave me a Thai massage yesterday, which I've been curious about since hearing about it. It was extremely relaxing, but also energizing, and I feel so grounded and balanced! Over a year later and I keep coming back especially for facials from Anaya! she does a fantastic job every time, gives great advice on tweaking my skincare, and most of all she is sweet and has a great energy about her! Chelsea is an absolutely amazing massage therapist! For several months I was unable to lay on my stomach and chair massage was my only option to get relief from my shoulder and neck pain. Since then I'm more able to lay on my stomach but go back for the chair massage. Recently I saw Jessica for chair massage and she was awesome as well. Both of these massage therapists are very skilled and good at what they do. I highly recommend the chair massage if u don't have a lot time but need the knot massaged out of your shoulder. read more

What a great experience. Being a Ferndale resident, I had heard about this place and was excited to try them out. I have an autoimmune arthritic condition and sometimes people can massage me too hard or be scared to touch me. Chelsea was amazing. She sat down and listened to my concerns and she did a combination of massage and gentle stretching. You get just as good, if not better, therapeutic intervention for your sore or strained muscles for half the cost of other businesses. There is a bit of a language barrier but they have translation apps on their cell phones. A small inconvenience for the quality of intervention and price. I highly recommena!! Eliza

Felt much better afterwards, relieving a lot of pain and tightness I was experiencing beforehand. She offers lots of add-ons, such as hot stone and sarga, but didn't opt for those this time. Was more wanting relief from my lower back pain. But given how pleased I was with the session overall, will certainly try those on my next visits. Also a very convenient location with plenty of parking right out front.
