Now I'm having to repay someone to repair my damages ductwork. When I called and told them about what happened and ask for a refund they told me that I waited past the 10 day refund period And all they could do was send someone out to reclean. I don't think they knew what they were doing when they were actually cleaning my ductwork and therefore damaged my ducts. I had them come on March 30, today is April 30.
