But, what makes this company stand out are the three items I mentioned. I like a company that communicates with you, and this one did from the office staff verifying the appointment to the men on the job who let us know when they'd be here for the work. It is very welcome and in today's workforce, very unusual, to get a thank you but we did. We received a nice card a few days after the service thanking us for our business. We will use them again and recommend this company to anyone who is interested. The men on the job, Matt and Mitchell are good representatives for Chattanooga Plumbing.

I do not understand how the location of the meeting (at a church) can be considered "religious intent." To be fair, I guess the Handyman didn't have any of my contact information? I didn't start the text with my name, but he never ask for any amplifying information just let me know he blocked me because I started with "religious intent" and that he wasn't sure what religion had to do with hiring an electrician. I never stated that religion had to do with the job. My only intent was to get a quote to have some electrical work done. It still seems illogical that the location of the meeting would determine the content of the message.

They have worked on my HVAC units repair and maintenance along with plumbing. My most recent was a repair to a flexible water supply line to a water heater that failed causing water damage. I was without water entirely to the whole house, so no flushing or washing hands, etc. I contacted MCS first thing in the morning and by noon that day Clarence (plumber) had fixed the problem. Clarence quickly evaluated the problem and offered a few solutions explaining the differences (cost, maintenance, expected longevity...) also identified the year of the water heater and its expected life span. In under two hours he had finished the job and explained everything he had completed including an extra shutoff valve I asked for mid service. Clarence was quick, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, patient with questions, clean and very kind. I recommend MCS to all my friends
