It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a membership and then struggle to use the classes you're paying for. The cancellation policy makes it even worse. You're required to give 30 days' notice, which essentially means you can end up being charged for another full month even after deciding you want to cancel. Communication was also a major issue. I repeatedly tried calling and could never get anyone to answer the phone. Between the difficulty booking classes, the 30-day cancellation requirement, and the lack of responsiveness, I would not recommend this membership.

They really do accommodate everyone, from the person who can't touch their tows (it me) to the person who is doing complex inversion or handstand poses. The space is intimate and beautiful. This is not a "bone-cracker" who puts everyone through the same regimen; he is truly a healer that works from the root of the problem. Not only did the visits help, but all of his advise for exercises and self massage were invaluable. Best of all, he works to remedy issues - period! I have so many friends who just go week after week, month after month to their chiropractors without any end or real progress in sight. He provides free consultations! I personally enjoy the yin and gentle classes, but occasionally try the warm classes which are so nice in winter! Each teacher brings something unique in their energy to class as well as sometimes using oracle cards, singing bowls, candles, aromatherapy, foam support strips, etc. I love it! The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with no hint of competition here. Also I always find something fun and useful in their gift shop to try!

I Noted the soothing piano arpeggios,and sat on the free, comfortable yoga mats. There were props a go go to sit on, including blankets, blocks, wedge shaped blocks, bolsters both round and rectangular, and best of all: Eye pillows and sand weights for your ankles or abdomen. This is real restorative yoga, not what is advertised by other studios as "restorative" or "yin." The place is quiet, with no external noises, and only six or so yoga students. This means individual attention and individual attention. This is a hands on, prop intensive place that is authentically in touch with yoga philosophy and its roots in the yoga sutras.
