I've been to other studios where the level of pretentiousness is high. This is not how Lighthouse is at all. Met both owners who introduced themselves and made my friend and I feel so welcomed. The energy is calm and serene. The Sound Bath was incredible and they make it so accessible to all. We loved it so much, we already signed up for April.

The foundation of every class is rooted in true Pilates principles, which I love. If you're new to Pilates, Club Pilates studios are such a great place to start. You'll learn proper form, alignment, and movement with instructors who genuinely care about your growth. I've seen a few negative reviews about membership cancellations, but honestly, those policies are pretty standard across any fitness studio. Each teacher has their own style but also consistent with each other where you don't feel lost. They have their own styles! They are all so amazing! They really do accommodate everyone, from the person who can't touch their tows (it me) to the person who is doing complex inversion or handstand poses. The space is intimate and beautiful. I also love that they have a diversity of classes, from yin and restorative to power yoga. I recently took their Strength and Flow class, as well as their Booty Luv class...both of which were so much fun! Highly recommend this studio!

This is not a "bone-cracker" who puts everyone through the same regimen; he is truly a healer that works from the root of the problem. Not only did the visits help, but all of his advise for exercises and self massage were invaluable. Best of all, he works to remedy issues - period! I have so many friends who just go week after week, month after month to their chiropractors without any end or real progress in sight. He provides free consultations! There is no reason to live with pain or lack or range of motion. Why not go have a conversation? I did and am now able to continue with my career without pain!

I personally enjoy the yin and gentle classes, but occasionally try the warm classes which are so nice in winter! Each teacher brings something unique in their energy to class as well as sometimes using oracle cards, singing bowls, candles, aromatherapy, foam support strips, etc. I love it! The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with no hint of competition here. Also I always find something fun and useful in their gift shop to try!
